fixing two beams 1 at different heights on the walls on two sides of a kitchen, welding a plurality of guide beams 2 uniformly distributed at equal intervals between the two beams 1, and arranging the guide beams 2 in an inclined manner; then, the smoke hood single bodies 3 are sequentially placed above the flow guide beam 2, two adjacent smoke hood single bodies 3 are quickly clamped in two arc grooves two 3b3 of another smoke hood single body 3 which is not welded with the flow guide arc plate 3c through the extending half of the flow guide arc plate 3c to be connected into a whole, the shape is attractive, a ceiling smoke hood is formed, when smoke vapor is generated in a kitchen, the smoke vapor rises to accumulate when meeting a cold condensation arc plate 3a and accumulates into liquid drops, the liquid drops slide along the inner arc surface of the condensation arc plate 3a and fall into the flow guide arc plate 3c, then the liquid drops are discharged from the flow guide holes along the flow guide arc plate 3c and are discharged into the flow guide beam 2, then the liquid drops flow into the U-shaped oil guide pipe inside the cross beam 1 from the flow guide beam 2, then flow into the oil collecting box 5 along the U-shaped oil guide pipe regularly, the unified collection treatment is carried out, the roof of the kitchen is effectively protected, and, the service life of the smoke hood is prolonged, and the U-shaped oil guide pipe and the smoke hood single body 3 are convenient to disassemble and clean;

In conclusion, the cross beam 1 is matched with the flow guide beam 2 to form the obliquely arranged flow guide ceiling support, oil stain water vapor finally flows into the oil collecting box 5 to be collected and treated uniformly, the roof of a kitchen is effectively protected, and the kitchen with different sizes is customized and used; the guide beam 2 is matched with the smoke hood single body 3, and can be quickly connected into a whole, so that the ceiling smoke hood is attractive in appearance and formed; the welding lug 3a1 is matched with the welding groove 3b2, and the first arc groove 3b1 and the second arc groove 3b3 are matched with the flow guide arc plate 3c, so that the assembly can be fast and the welding is convenient; the condensing arc plate 3a and the flow guide arc plate 3c are matched to quickly collect oil smoke and water vapor, so that the roof of a kitchen is effectively protected; the device is convenient to assemble, disassemble, maintain and clean, and is suitable for batch production; the overall dimension of LED lamp 4 is the same with the overall dimension of petticoat pipe monomer 3, according to the illumination needs, changes the petticoat pipe monomer 3 of this position, and the installation is dismantled simply conveniently.

A kitchen assembled oil-dirt collecting ceiling smoke hood comprises two cross beams (1), wherein the cross beams (1) are respectively fixed on two side walls of a kitchen, the heights of the cross beams (1) on two sides are different, U-shaped oil guide pipes can be drawn in the cross beams (1), oil collecting boxes (5) are detachably arranged at two ends of each cross beam (1), two ends of each U-shaped oil guide pipe extend out of the cross beams (1) and extend into the oil collecting boxes (5), a plurality of guide beams (2) which are uniformly distributed at equal intervals are arranged between the two cross beams (1), a plurality of smoke hood single bodies (3) which are butted and clamped are arranged on the two adjacent guide beams (2), a plurality of LED lamps (4) are arranged on the guide beams (2), the LED lamps (4) are butted and arranged between the adjacent smoke hood single bodies (3), each smoke hood single body (3) comprises two symmetrically arranged side plates (3 b), and condensing arc plates (3 a) which are uniformly distributed at, the arc face of condensation arc board (3 a) upwards faces, be fixed with water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) of a plurality of equidistance equipartitions between curb plate (3 b), the arc face of water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) is down, water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) and condensation arc board (3 a) distribute in turn, water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) are located the below of condensation arc board (3 a), water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) are located between two adjacent condensation arc boards (3 a), the lower border of condensation arc board (3 a) is located directly over condensation arc board (3 a), form the water conservancy diversion hole between water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) and curb plate (3 b), curb plate (3 b) are stretched out to half of the water conservancy diversion arc board (3 c) of most side.

The kitchen assembled oil stain collecting ceiling hood according to claim 1, wherein the beam (1) is hollow, a plurality of beam grooves (1 a) are formed in the beam (1) and are uniformly distributed at equal intervals, the cross section of each beam groove (1 a) is U-shaped, the cross section of each flow guide beam (2) is U-shaped, two ends of each flow guide beam (2) are inserted into the corresponding beam groove (1 a), and the outer dimension of each flow guide beam (2) is the same as the inner dimension of each beam groove (1 a).

The assembled kitchen hood for collecting cooking oil and stain as claimed in claim 3, the lower extreme of curb plate (3 b) is inserted and is closed inboard at water conservancy diversion roof beam (2), stainless steel or galvanized steel board that curb plate (3 b) were made for adopting laser cutting, the thickness of curb plate (3 b) is 0.5mm-1.5mm, arc groove one (3 b 1) of a plurality of equidistance equipartitions are seted up at the middle part of curb plate (3 b), a plurality of welding groove (3 b 2) have been seted up at the middle part of curb plate (3 b), two welding groove (3 b 2) that adjacent distance is far away are a set of, two welding groove (3 b 2) position symmetry of same set of, a plurality of welding groove (3 b 2) equidistance equipartitions, welding groove (3 b 2) are located arc groove one (3 b 1) top, arc groove two (3 b 3) have all been seted up to the both sides of curb plate (3 b), arc groove two (3 b 3) are half of arc groove one (3 b 1).

The assembled kitchen oil stain collecting ceiling smoke cover according to claim 4, wherein the welding projections (3 a 1) at two ends of the condensation arc plate (3 a) are inserted into the same group of welding grooves (3 b 2), two ends of the flow guiding arc plate (3 c) are inserted into the arc groove I (3 b 1) at the corresponding position, the flow guiding arc plate (3 c) is arranged inside the two arc grooves II (3 b 3) at the same side, half of the flow guiding arc plate (3 c) extends out of the side plate (3 b), and during assembly, the extended half of the flow guiding arc plate (3 c) is clamped inside the two arc grooves II (3 b 3) of the non-welded flow guiding arc plate (3 c) of the other smoke cover single body (3).

The assembled kitchen oil stain collecting ceiling hood according to claim 4, wherein the guide arc plate (3 c) abuts against the upper edge of the guide beam (2), the guide arc plate (3 c) is made of stainless steel plates or galvanized steel plates, the thickness of the guide arc plate (3 c) is 0.5mm-1.5mm, the length of the guide arc plate (3 c) is equal to the sum of the length of the condensation arc plate (3 a) and the thickness of the side plate (3 b), the end surfaces of the two sides of the guide arc plate (3 c) are coplanar with the outer side surfaces of the side plates (3 b) on the two sides, and the outer diameter of the guide arc plate (3 c) is equal to the arc diameter of the first arc groove (3 b 1).

The assembled kitchen oil stain collection ceiling hood according to claim 4, wherein the inner sides of the condensation arc plate (3 a) and the flow guide arc plate (3 c) are smooth surfaces, and the cross-sectional dimension of the welding projection (3 a 1) is smaller than or equal to the inner dimension of the welding groove (3 b 2).

The kitchen assembled type oil stain collecting ceiling smoke hood according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the LED lamp (4) comprises a lampshade (4 b), mounting plates (4 c) are fixed on two sides of the lampshade (4 b), the mounting plates (4 c) are inserted into the inner sides of the two adjacent flow guide beams (2), the lampshade (4 b) abuts against the upper edge of the flow guide beams (2), an LED lamp body (4 d) is arranged at the lower end of the lampshade (4 b), a connector (4 a) is arranged at the upper end of the lampshade (4 b), the mounting plates (4 c) abut against the adjacent side plates (3 b), and the overall dimension of the LED lamp (4) is the same as that of the smoke hood single body (3).
