the kitchen is also provided with a control circuit and a communication module, the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, the control circuit is electrically connected with the communication module, the communication module is in communication connection with a data processing center arranged in a building monitoring room, and the data processing center is in communication connection with a mobile terminal of a maintenance worker;
the temperature sensor detects the water outlet temperature of the faucet, the water quality detection sensor detects the water outlet quality of the faucet, and the water outlet temperature and the water outlet quality are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer circuit in real time in an electric signal mode;
the control circuit is used for processing and judging the water temperature and the water outlet quality reported by the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, and sending processed information data to the data processing center through the communication module;
the data processing center analyzes and processes the information data reported by the communication module, converts the information data into data with fault type and position information, and sends the data to the mobile terminal of the maintenance personnel in a form of short messages.

if the final water quality Z1 is not in the range of the threshold value Z, the single chip microcomputer circuit sends a second signal with unique second identification information to the data processing center through the communication module according to the final water quality Z1.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a faucet with an automatic maintenance function, the faucet is arranged on a kitchen sink and comprises a heating device and a filtering device, the heating device is used for heating the outlet water after the faucet is opened, the filtering device is used for filtering the outlet water after the faucet is opened, a temperature sensor, a water quality detection sensor and a power supply module are further arranged in the faucet, the power supply module is used for supplying power to the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, an electromagnetic relay is arranged between the power supply module and the temperature sensor and between the power supply module and the water quality detection sensor, the electromagnetic relay is electrically connected with the heating device, and the electromagnetic relay is used for cutting off or connecting a power supply line between the power supply module and the temperature sensor and between; the kitchen is also provided with a control circuit and a communication module, the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, the control circuit is electrically connected with the communication module, the communication module is in communication connection with a data processing center arranged in a building monitoring room, and the data processing center is in communication connection with a mobile terminal of a maintenance worker; the temperature sensor detects the water outlet temperature of the faucet, the water quality detection sensor detects the water outlet quality of the faucet, and the water outlet temperature and the water outlet quality are transmitted into the single chip microcomputer circuit in real time in an electric signal mode; the control circuit is used for processing and judging the water temperature and the water outlet quality reported by the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, and sending the processed information data to the data processing center through the communication module; the data processing center analyzes and processes the information data reported by the communication module, converts the information data into data with fault type and position information, and sends the data to the mobile terminal of the maintenance personnel in the form of short messages.
The user opens the faucet, so that the electromagnetic relay is conducted, the power supply module supplies power to the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor, the temperature sensor and the water quality detection sensor work, the temperature sensor detects the water outlet temperature of the faucet, the water quality detection sensor detects the water outlet quality of the faucet, the water outlet temperature and the water outlet quality are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer circuit in real time in an electric signal mode, meanwhile, the single chip microcomputer circuit starts timing, when the user closes the faucet, the electromagnetic relay is disconnected, the power supply module stops supplying power to the temperature sensor and the water quality sensor, the single chip microcomputer circuit receives the final water outlet temperature and the final water outlet quality reported by the temperature sensor and the water quality sensor, the final water outlet temperature is recorded as C1, the final water outlet quality is Z1, meanwhile, the single chip microcomputer circuit stops timing, and the recording time is T63, then, the single chip microcomputer circuit judges the recording time T1, if the recording time T1 is more than or equal to a set value T, the single chip microcomputer circuit judges that the final outlet water temperature is C1 and the final outlet water quality is Z1, if the final outlet water temperature C1 is not in the range of a threshold value C, the single chip microcomputer circuit sends a first signal with unique first identification information to the data processing center through the communication module according to the final outlet water temperature C1, if the final outlet water quality is Z1, the single chip microcomputer circuit sends a second signal with unique second identification information to the data processing center through the communication module according to the final outlet water quality Z1, the data processing center analyzes and processes the first signal and the second signal reported by the communication module, the first information represents the fault of the filtering device, the second signal represents the fault of the heating device, and the first signal and the second signal from the same faucet correspond to the unique position information stored in the data processing center, the data processing center is converted into the short message information according to the fault type and the position information and sends the short message information to the mobile terminal of the maintenance personnel, the fault type of the water faucet of the maintenance personnel and the specific position of the fault water faucet are prompted, the water faucet with the fault is convenient to maintain in time, the intelligent unified management and monitoring functions of the water faucet on each layer are achieved, manpower and material resources are saved, the water faucet with the fault can be maintained accurately and timely, the filtering and heating functions of the water faucet are guaranteed to be used normally, and the service quality and the service image of a building property company are improved.
Furthermore, an indicator light is arranged beside the faucet and electrically connected with a control circuit, and the control circuit can control the indicator light to send out different types of fault warnings.
