The fourth step: when the water level H calculated by the data processing controller 13 reaches one-half of the drain height H, that is, H is 1/2H, the classification switch 12 corresponding to the water level is opened to start the operation of the water pumping mechanism 11 corresponding to the water level, and if the water level H is lower than 1/2H, the classification switch 12 is closed, and the water pumping mechanism 11 is still operated.
