本发明涉及物品存放技术领域，具体为一种危险品存储室，其能够实现存储室较长时间的双向防火的效果，提高安全性，其包括由箱体式存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室的墙体由外层镀锌钢板、外层石膏板、中间保温岩棉、内侧石膏板、内层镀锌钢板构成。

技术领域
本发明涉及物品存放技术领域，具体为一种危险品存储室。
背景技术
对于危险化学品等材料的保存需要满足严格的存放要求，这些危险品通常具有易燃易爆的特点，存放过程中容易引燃发生火灾，一旦火势从储存室里蔓延出去，会对整个车间造成严重影响，甚至引发严重的安全事故，因此存储室必须要保证防火，但是目前市场上常见的都是采用金属钢板，虽然可以起到一定的防火效果，但是火势一旦较大时间一长，火势很容易从存储室跑出，而且一般防火效果也只能防护存储室内部的火，一旦存储室外部发生火灾，存储室内的危险品很容易受到影响，从而造成更严重的火灾。
发明内容
为了解决现有存储室无法有效起到防火效果的问题，本发明提供了一种危险品存储室，其能够实现存储室较长时间的双向防火的效果，提高安全性。
其技术方案是这样的：一种危险品存储室，其包括由箱体式存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室的墙体由外层镀锌钢板、外层石膏板、中间保温岩棉、内侧石膏板、内层镀锌钢板构成。
其进一步特征在于，所述箱体式存储室的侧面开有通风口，所述通风口处设置有不锈钢框架，所述不锈钢框架上端安装有联锁叶片，所述联锁叶片顶部固定于所述不锈钢框架内壁顶部，所述不锈钢框架内壁底部安装有发条弹簧，所述联锁叶片底部与所述发条弹簧连接，正常状态下所述联锁叶片收折于所述不锈钢框架上端并通过熔断片阻挡，当温度高于所述熔断片的熔断温度时，所述发条弹簧将所述联锁叶片拉开关闭所述通风口；
所述箱体式存储室的侧面开有泄压口，所述泄压口处安装有泄压板，所述泄压板与所述箱体式存储室的墙体之间通过螺钉和易损件固定，所述泄压板与所述箱体式存储室的墙体之间还设置有钢丝绳；
所述箱体式存储室底部设置有防泄漏槽，所述防泄漏槽容量高于存储液体总容量的25%以上；
所述箱体式存储室内部和外部均设置有静电接地端子；
所述箱体式存储室的墙体内外表面均涂有固体醇酸金属底漆及高固体丙烯酸醇酸搪瓷面漆；
所述箱体式存储室底部通过膨胀螺丝固定；
所述箱体式存储室墙体外部设置有标准支架，所述箱体式存储室墙体上开有标准接口；
所述箱体式存储室内设置有重力回退式货架。
采用本发明的结构后，箱体式存储室的墙体中间内嵌中间保温岩棉和至少两层防火型石膏墙板，内外层采用镀锌板材质，内侧外侧防火强度都很高，不容易受到火灾影响，具有最高4小时双向的耐火极限，实现了存储室较长时间的双向防火的效果，提高了安全性；为了进一步提高箱体式存储室的安全性，通风口处设置了联锁叶片，发生火灾时熔断片熔断后联锁叶片自动关闭，实现了隔断，另外，泄压口的设置以及防渗漏槽同样提高了箱体式存储室的安全性。

具体实施方式
见图1和图2所示，一种危险品存储室，其包括由箱体式存储室，箱体式存储室的墙体由外层镀锌钢板、外层石膏板、中间保温岩棉、内侧石膏板、内层镀锌钢板构成，其中外层石膏板和内层石膏板均为两层结构，保温岩棉采用阻燃保温岩棉。
箱体式存储室1的侧面开有通风口2，通风口2处设置有不锈钢框架3，不锈钢框架3上端安装有联锁叶片4，联锁叶片4顶部固定于不锈钢框架3内壁顶部，不锈钢框架3内壁底部安装有发条弹簧5，联锁叶片4底部与发条弹簧5连接，正常状态下联锁叶片4收折于不锈钢框架3上端并通过熔断片6阻挡，当温度高于熔断片6的熔断温度（一般为165℉）时，熔断片6熔断，发条弹簧5将联锁叶片4拉开关闭通风口，起到了保护作用。
箱体式存储室1的侧面开有泄压口，泄压口处安装有泄压板，泄压板与箱体式存储室的墙体之间通过螺钉和易损件固定，实现点连接，在爆炸发生时为强度薄弱点，易被破坏，减少爆炸带来的损失，泄压板与箱体式存储室的墙体之间还设置有钢丝绳，防止泄压板被破坏时飞出发生意外。
箱体式存储室1底部设置有防泄漏槽7，防泄漏槽7容量高于存储液体总容量的25%以上，可以收集室内漏出的液体。
箱体式存储室内部和外部均设置有静电接地端子，内部接地端子供化学品容器静电接地使用，外部接地端子与埋设土壤的铜棒相接，有效导静电，防止静电产生的火花带来安全隐患。
箱体式存储室的墙体内外表面均涂有固体醇酸金属底漆及高固体丙烯酸醇酸搪瓷面漆，耐化学腐蚀、抗紫外线，适用于室外环境。
箱体式存储室1底部通过膨胀螺丝固定，防止地震、台风等极端条件下意外的发生。
箱体式存储室1墙体外部设置有标准支架，箱体式存储室墙体上开有标准接口，供外部防电器部件的安装与连接，如空调、灭火系统、电控箱等做成独立模块，做成独立模块，安装更加快捷、方便，整体外观专业整洁。
箱体式存储室内设置有重力回退式货架8。
另外，箱体式存储室1可设置不同形式的防火门9，在满足储存室整体防火性能的前提下，为化学品的存储、取用带来方便。

1.一种危险品存储室，其包括由箱体式存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室的墙体由外层镀锌钢板、外层石膏板、中间保温岩棉、内侧石膏板、内层镀锌钢板构成；所述箱体式存储室的侧面开有通风口，所述通风口处设置有不锈钢框架，所述不锈钢框架上端安装有联锁叶片，所述联锁叶片顶部固定于所述不锈钢框架内壁顶部，所述不锈钢框架内壁底部安装有发条弹簧，所述联锁叶片底部与所述发条弹簧连接，正常状态下所述联锁叶片收折于所述不锈钢框架上端并通过熔断片阻挡，当温度高于所述熔断片的熔断温度时，所述发条弹簧将所述联锁叶片拉开关闭所述通风口； 所述箱体式存储室的侧面开有泄压口，所述泄压口处安装有泄压板，所述泄压板与所述箱体式存储室的墙体之间通过螺钉和易损件固定，所述泄压板与所述箱体式存储室的墙体之间还设置有钢丝绳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险品存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室底部设置有防泄漏槽，所述防泄漏槽容量高于存储液体总容量的25%以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险品存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室内部和外部均设置有静电接地端子。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险品存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室的墙体内外表面均涂有固体醇酸金属底漆及高固体丙烯酸醇酸搪瓷面漆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险品存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室底部通过膨胀螺丝固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种危险品存储室，其特征在于，所述箱体式存储室墙体外部设置有标准支架，所述箱体式存储室墙体上开有标准接口。
