Description

Discharging agent, preparation method thereof and application thereof in sequin discharge printing process
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a discharging agent, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a gambiered Guangdong silk discharge printing process.
Background
Gambiered Guangdong silk, also called gambiered Canton, is listed as the second national non-material cultural heritage list in China in 2008. Nowadays, the patterned gambiered Canton gauze silk fabric is prepared by dip-dyeing a printing blank with gambiered Canton liquid for many times, drying in the sun, and finally mud-coating the dried fabric with river pond mud in the bead triangle area to change the fabric into the gambiered Canton gauze silk fabric with one dark side and one brown side.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a discharging agent, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a gambiered Canton silk discharge printing process, which aim to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art and at least provide a beneficial selection or creation condition.
In order to overcome the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the discharging agent comprises the following raw material components: leveling agent, liquid paraffin, thickening agent, hydrogen peroxide and water.
The hydrogen peroxide cannot be directly printed, because a draining layer is formed on the surface of the gambiered Canton gauze after the gambiered Canton gauze is subjected to sun drying and mud passing, water drops directly form water beads on the draining layer, a required pattern cannot be generated, the hydrogen peroxide needs to be compounded to obtain a discharging agent, and after the hydrogen peroxide is uniformly contacted with the gambiered Canton gauze surface, discharge printing can be generated.
The thickening agent can be common printing and dyeing thickening agents, such as PTF thickening agent and the like. The PTF is mainly composed of acrylic copolymer, can be used as an efficient thickener for preparing pigment printing paste, can be compatible with various adhesives, is suitable for roller printing and circular and flat screen printing, and can ensure that printed products have clear outlines, bright colors and high color yield. The color paste is convenient to prepare, has good stability, does not crust on the surface, does not block a screen during printing, and has the same quality as a synthetic thickener PTF of United kingdom Union colloid company.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the discharging agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-4% of leveling agent, 3-20% of liquid paraffin, 10-30% of thickening agent, 20-40% of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water.
Further preferably, the discharging agent comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 1.5-3.5 percent of liquid paraffin, 5-15 percent of liquid paraffin, 15-25 percent of thickening agent, 20-35 percent of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the leveling agent is selected from at least one of peregal O-20, peregal O-25 or OP-10.
Among them, peregal O-20 is widely used in emulsification, wetting, dyeing aid, diffusion, washing, etc. Has excellent biodegradability and low-temperature performance, is not influenced by water hardness, is more suitable for washing synthetic fibers, and can be used for both powder formulations and liquid detergent formulations. The molecular formula is C58H118O24Molecular weight is 1199.5431; peregal O-25, also known as X-102, levelling agent O, etc., it is a chemical product used in printing and dyeing industry, metal processing, glass fiber industry, agriculture; OP-10 is a chemical raw material, contains polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether-10, and has excellent characteristics of level dyeing, emulsification, wax prevention, corrosion inhibition, wetting, diffusion, antistatic property and the like.
The preparation method of the discharging agent comprises the following steps: adding a leveling agent, liquid paraffin, a thickening agent, hydrogen peroxide and water according to the formula, and mixing and stirring to obtain the discharging agent.
A production method of discharge printing comprises the following steps: the discharge agent is adopted to carry out discharge printing on the gambiered Canton silk, and then the gambiered Canton silk is pressed and cleaned.
Specifically, the production method of the discharge printing comprises the following steps: s1, making a pattern plate; s2, manufacturing a silk screen plate according to the pattern plate, and selecting a 80-200 mesh silk screen; s3, placing the silk screen plate on the gambiered Guangdong silk needing printing; s4, coating the discharge agent prepared by the invention on a silk screen plate, and scraping flowers according to a conventional discharge printing mode; s5, pressing after the temperature and time are set by the pressing machine; s6, washing the discharging agent with clear water until the gambiered Guangdong silk is neutral.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the temperature during pressing is 80-100 ℃, and the pressing time is 5-20 min. The gambiered silk is a silk product, and can be hardened if the heating temperature exceeds 100 ℃ for a long time, so that the original soft texture is lost.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the cleaning process comprises: and cleaning the pressed and ironed gambiered silk until the pH value is neutral. Specifically, the discharging agent on the cloth is cleaned, and the pH value is neutralized to be neutral.
The discharging agent is applied to the production method of the discharge printing of the gambiered Canton silk.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a discharging agent, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in a dye discharge printing process of gambiered Guangdong silk, wherein the discharging agent comprises a leveling agent, liquid paraffin, a thickening agent, hydrogen peroxide and water, the discharging agent adopts hydrogen peroxide as a decoloring agent, the oxidation performance of the discharging agent is not changed after the discharging agent is compounded with other raw material components and prepared, and peroxide ions in the hydrogen peroxide can oxidize and destroy conjugated double bonds in a dye chromophore of the gambiered Guangdong pigment in the gambiered Guangdong silk, so that the effect of bleaching and discharging is achieved, the liquid paraffin can increase the lubricity of the discharging agent, and the discharging printing paste can conveniently pass through gambiered Guangdong silk cloth, so that the gambiered Guangdong silk subjected to discharge printing can present white and clear patterns through the formula of the discharging agent, the layering sense is strong, and the effect of the patterns is also good. In addition, the discharging agent has wide raw material sources, is green and environment-friendly, can be effectively used for discharge printing of gambiered Guangdong silk, overcomes the defects of single color and heavy color of the current gambiered Guangdong silk, can increase originally monotonous varieties by adopting the discharging agent, accords with the aesthetic sense of young people, has wide application prospect, and can be widely popularized.
