the specific process of the biological polishing enzyme treatment comprises the following steps: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1:10, adjusting the pH value to be 5, then adding 0.5g/L of acid cellulase into water, controlling the treatment temperature to be 50 ℃ and the treatment time to be 40 min;
the dyeing process comprises the following steps: dyeing the gray cloth by adopting conventional reactive dye;
the specific process of hydrophilic soft finishing is as follows: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1:10, adding 6g/L of softening agent into the water, treating at 30 ℃ for 15min, and then draining;
the specific process of shaping is as follows: padding the gray cloth in an antibacterial finishing liquid by adopting a two-dipping two-rolling method, wherein each liter of water contains 2.5g of liquid curcumin, 6g of sodium chloride and 0.5g of waterborne polyurethane binder, the mass concentration of the liquid curcumin in the liquid curcumin is more than 80%, and after treatment, sizing the gray cloth by a sizing machine;
the specific process of tentering is as follows: the moisture regain of the grey cloth is 12% through wetting or pre-drying, then the grey cloth is pulled to the specified width, and then drying is carried out;

the specific process of the biological polishing enzyme treatment comprises the following steps: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1:10, adjusting the pH value to 7, then adding 1.5g/L acid cellulase into water, controlling the treatment temperature to be 60 ℃ and the treatment time to be 50 min;
the dyeing process comprises the following steps: dyeing the gray cloth by adopting conventional reactive dye;
the specific process of hydrophilic soft finishing is as follows: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1:20, adding 15g/L of softening agent into the water, treating at 50 ℃ for 30min, and then draining;
the specific process of shaping is as follows: padding the gray cloth in an antibacterial finishing liquid by adopting a two-dipping two-rolling method, wherein each liter of water contains 3g of liquid curcumin, 8g of sodium chloride and 1.5g of waterborne polyurethane binder, the mass concentration of the liquid curcumin in the liquid curcumin is more than 80%, and after treatment, sizing the gray cloth by a sizing machine;
the specific process of tentering is as follows: the moisture regain of the grey cloth is controlled to be 15% through wetting or pre-drying, then the grey cloth is pulled to the specified width, and then drying is carried out;

Examples of the experiments
The healthy and environment-friendly fabric obtained in the examples 1-3 is subjected to an escherichia coli performance test by a shaking flask method, and the results are shown in the following table:
through the data analysis in the table, the following results can be obtained: the antibacterial property of the healthy and environment-friendly fabric prepared by the process is obviously improved, the washing fastness is good, and compared with other antibacterial finishing agents and finishing processes, the process is pollution-free due to the adoption of natural antibacterial materials, and meets the requirements of health and environment protection. Meanwhile, the indexes of the sample after antibacterial finishing, such as dimensional stability, color fastness and the like, are tested to be within +/-5% compared with the sample before finishing, and the pilling tendency grade is not changed.

the specific process of the pretreatment comprises the following steps: adding a biological agent, citric acid and glucose into the woven gray cloth, adjusting the pH value to be 4-6, and soaking the woven gray cloth for 10-12 days at the constant temperature of 35-40 ℃, wherein the biological agent is a plant enzyme which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6-10% of brown sugar, 20-25% of fruits and 70-75% of water;
the specific process of the biological polishing enzyme treatment comprises the following steps: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1:10, adjusting the pH value to be 5-7, then adding 0.5-1.5 g/L of acid cellulase into water, controlling the treatment temperature to be 50-60 ℃ and the treatment time to be 40-50 min;
the dyeing process comprises the following specific steps: dyeing the gray cloth by adopting conventional reactive dye;
the specific process of the hydrophilic soft finishing is as follows: controlling the bath ratio of the gray cloth to water to be 1: 10-20, adding 6-15 g/L of a softening agent into the water, treating at 30-50 ℃ for 15-30 min, and draining;
the specific process of shaping is as follows: padding the gray cloth in an antibacterial finishing liquid by adopting a two-dipping two-rolling method, wherein each liter of water contains 2.5-3 g of liquid curcumin, 6-8 g of sodium chloride and 0.5-1.5 g of waterborne polyurethane binder, the mass concentration of the liquid curcumin in the liquid curcumin is more than 80%, and shaping the gray cloth through a shaping machine after treatment;
the specific process of tentering is as follows: the moisture regain of the grey cloth is 12-15% through wetting or pre-drying, then the grey cloth is pulled to a specified width, and then drying is carried out;
the pre-shrinking process comprises the following specific steps: and performing conventional preshrinking treatment on the fabric by using a mechanical physical method to finally obtain the healthy and environment-friendly fabric with stable dimensional performance.
