In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 11, the first chamber a and the second chamber b are arranged in an up-down direction, the first chamber a is located below the second chamber b, and the water inlet 1112 is located on a peripheral wall or a bottom wall of the first chamber a. Specifically, the partition plate 112 is horizontally disposed within the case 111 to divide the case 111 into the second chamber b located above and the first chamber a located below. Thus, the structure is simple, and the partition plate 112 is convenient to mount.
Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other alternative embodiments, the partition plate 112 may also form a preset angle with the horizontal direction, for example, an included angle between the partition plate 112 and the horizontal direction is in a range of 0 to 45 °. Specifically, the partition 112 makes an angle of 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, or 25 ° with the horizontal direction.
In some embodiments of the invention, the steam outlet 1113 is provided on the circumferential wall of the second chamber b. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other alternative embodiments, the outer circumferential wall of the housing 111 is provided with a connecting portion, and the connecting portion is formed with a communication passage communicating with the first chamber a and the second chamber b.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the communication passage c is one, the communication passage c is provided at one end in the length direction of the partition 112, and the steam outlet 1113 is provided adjacent to the other end in the length direction of the partition 112. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the housing 111 comprises: a bottom case 114 and a top cover 115. The bottom chassis 114 is open at the top, and the top cover 115 is detachably provided on the top of the bottom chassis 114. Thus, by providing the bottom case 114 and the top cover 115 to be detachably connected, the mounting and replacement of components such as the partition 112 and the like inside the housing 111 are facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating element may be disposed within the bottom housing 114. For example, the heating element is integrally provided within the bottom case 114. Therefore, the structure and the performance stability of the heating element and the bottom shell 114 can be guaranteed by the integrated structure, the forming is convenient, the manufacturing is simple, redundant assembling parts and connecting processes are omitted, the assembling efficiency of the heating element and the bottom shell 114 is greatly improved, the reliability of the connection of the heating element and the bottom shell 114 is guaranteed, and moreover, the overall strength and the stability of the integrated structure are high, the assembly is more convenient, and the service life is longer.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the partition 112 is disposed in the bottom casing 114, the positioning rib 1141 is disposed on the inner circumferential wall of the bottom casing 114, the stop rib 1151 is disposed on the top cover 115, and the partition 112 is supported on the top wall of the positioning rib 1141 and abuts against the stop rib 1151. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 11 to 12, a plurality of positioning ribs 1141 are provided on an inner circumferential wall of bottom case 114, the plurality of positioning ribs 1141 are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of bottom case 114, a plurality of abutting ribs 1151 are provided on top cover 115, the plurality of abutting ribs 1151 are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction of bottom case 114, and a lower surface of partition 112 is supported above the plurality of positioning ribs 1141, so that abutting ribs 1151 on top cover 115 abut against an upper surface of partition 112 when bottom case 114 is connected to top cover 115, thereby fixing partition 112. With this arrangement, assembly is simple, and the provision of the upper stopper rib 1151 on the top cover 115 is also advantageous to improve the structural strength of the top cover 115, and the provision of the positioning rib 1141 on the inner peripheral wall of the bottom case 114 is also advantageous to improve the structural strength of the bottom case 114.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, the bottom shell 114 is a single piece with the positioning ribs 1141. Therefore, the air flow inevitably flows through the filter screen component 116 in the flowing process of the air flow in the second chamber b, the arrangement of the filter screen component 116 can filter the steam, so that water drops and the like in the steam flow along the filter screen component 116 under the action of gravity, and small water drops are filtered out, the dryness of the air flow discharged from the steam outlet 1113 can be further improved, and the water carried in the steam is prevented from being sprayed out from the steam outlet 1113.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the mesh member 116 is disposed in parallel with the inlet end of the steam outlet 1113, or the mesh member 116 is disposed in parallel with the outlet end of the communication passage c. Therefore, the filter is simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture and convenient to improve the filtering effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 12, the steam generator 11 includes a baffle 117, and the baffle 117 is disposed within the housing 111 and directly faces the steam outlet 1113. In some embodiments of the present invention, the baffle 117 may be provided on the top cover 115 described above, and the baffle 117 and the top cover 115 may be a unitary piece. Therefore, the structure and the performance stability of the baffle 117 and the top cover 115 can be guaranteed by the structure of the integrated piece, the forming is convenient, the manufacturing is simple, redundant assembling parts and connecting processes are omitted, the assembling efficiency of the baffle 117 and the top cover 115 is greatly improved, the reliability of connection of the baffle 117 and the top cover 115 is guaranteed, and in addition, the overall strength and the stability of the structure of the integrated piece are higher, the assembly is more convenient, and the service life is longer.
According to the steam generator assembly 1 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the steam generator 11, the plane of the inlet end of the steam outlet 1113 and the plane of the outlet end of the communication channel c form an included angle, which is beneficial to prolonging the circulation path of the steam in the second chamber b, and the steam can generate a turn in the process of flowing from the communication channel c to the steam outlet 1113, and large water drops are removed by gravity and inertia after the turn, so that the dryness of the steam discharged from the steam outlet 1113 is ensured, and the water carried in the steam is prevented from being sprayed out from the steam outlet 1113.
According to the clothes treatment device of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the steam generator assembly 1 and the steam generator 11, the plane of the inlet end of the steam outlet 1113 and the plane of the outlet end of the communication channel c form an included angle, so that the arrangement is favorable for prolonging the circulation path of the steam in the second chamber b, the steam can generate a turn in the process of flowing from the communication channel c to the steam outlet 1113, large water drops are removed by gravity and inertia after the turn, the dryness of the steam discharged from the steam outlet 1113 is ensured, and the water carried in the steam is prevented from being sprayed out from the steam outlet 1113.
A steam generator system according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the steam generator system according to the embodiment of the present invention may include a steam generator 11 and a pressure adjusting member 5.
As shown in fig. 7 to 8, pressure-regulating member 5 includes a communication pipe 51 and a pressure-regulating portion provided on a pipe wall of communication pipe 51, the pressure-regulating portion being configured to regulate a pressure of communication pipe 51, one of water inlet 1112 and vapor outlet 1113 being communicated with communication pipe 51 of pressure-regulating member 5, or water inlet 1112 and vapor outlet 1113 being communicated with communication pipes 51 of different pressure-regulating members 5, respectively.
Specifically, since the connection pipe 51 is connected to the steam generator 11, the pressure in the case 111 of the steam generator 11 can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure in the connection pipe 51, so that when the pressure in the case 111 of the steam generator 11 is abnormal, for example, when the pressure is increased due to abnormal temperature rise of the heating element, the pressure adjustment part can be used to release the pressure in the connection pipe 51, and then the pressure in the steam generator 11 is released, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the operation of the steam generator 11, and the structure is simple, and a safety valve is not required to be additionally arranged on the steam generator 11, so that the structure of the steam generator 11 can be simplified, and a step that the safety valve needs to check the safety of the steam generator 11 again after abnormal pressure action occurs is omitted.
According to the steam generator system of the embodiment of the present invention, since the connection pipe 51 is connected to the steam generator 11, the pressure in the case 111 of the steam generator 11 can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure in the connection pipe 51, so that when the pressure in the case 111 of the steam generator 11 is abnormal, for example, when the pressure is increased due to abnormal temperature rise of the heating element, the pressure in the connection pipe 51 can be relieved by the pressure adjusting part, and the steam generator 11 can be further relieved, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the operation of the steam generator 11, and the structure is simple, and it is not necessary to additionally provide a safety valve on the steam generator 11, so that the structure of the steam generator 11 can be simplified, and the step of checking the safety of the steam generator 11 after the abnormal pressure action of the safety valve occurs can be omitted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pressure adjusting portion is configured as a relief hole 52 penetrating a tube wall of the communication tube 51, and a cross-sectional area of the relief hole 52 is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the communication tube 51. Therefore, the pressure relief valve is simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture and beneficial to improving the pressure relief effect.
In some embodiments of the invention, the equivalent diameter of the pressure relief hole 52 is no greater than 1.5 mm. For example, the equivalent diameter of the pressure relief hole 52 is 1.3mm, 1.2mm, 1.1mm, 1mm, 0.8mm, 0.5mm, or 0.2 mm. From this, through making the equivalent diameter of pressure release hole 52 not more than 1.5mm, both can guarantee the pressure release effect, can guarantee again that the fluid between communicating pipe 51 and the steam generator 11 normally flows, prevent because of pressure release hole 52's oversize, and lead to communicating pipe 51's fluid to be used for the pressure release to discharge, and can't normally enter into steam generator 11, or steam generator 11's fluid is used for the pressure release to discharge through pressure release hole 52, and can't pass through communicating pipe 51 and carry in the interior bucket.
In some embodiments of the invention, a steam generator system comprises: a storage box, and a pressure relief hole 52 adapted to communicate with the storage box. So that the fluid discharged from the pressure relief hole 52 can be discharged into the storage box to prevent the damage to the electric device caused by the water flowing onto the electric device.
In some embodiments of the invention, the storage box is a laundry treatment agent box 4. Thus, the original structure of the laundry treating agent box 4 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be used as a storage box to receive the fluid discharged from the pressure relief hole 52, without additionally providing a storage box, the structure is more compact, and the cost reduction is facilitated.
In some embodiments of the invention, the storage case is integral with the pressure regulating member 5. From this, the structure of an organic whole piece not only can guarantee structure, the stable performance of case and pressure regulating part 5 to convenient shaping, make simply, saved unnecessary assembly part and connection process moreover, improved the assembly efficiency of case and pressure regulating part 5 greatly, guarantee the reliability that case and pressure regulating part 5 are connected, moreover, the bulk strength and the stability of the structure of an organic whole formation are higher, and it is more convenient to assemble, and the life-span is longer.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the pressure-adjusting member 5 includes: and a connection pipe 53, one end of the connection pipe 53 being connected to the outer circumferential wall of the communication pipe 51, the connection pipe 53 being disposed around the outer circumference of the pressure relief hole 52, and the other end of the connection pipe 53 being inserted into the storage box. Therefore, the structure is simple, the arrangement of the connecting pipe 53 is convenient for guiding the fluid discharged from the pressure relief hole 52, and the fluid flowing out of the pressure relief hole 52 can reliably flow into the storage box.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the wall thickness m of a portion of the pipe wall of the communication pipe 51 between the inner circumferential wall of the relief hole 52 and the inner circumferential wall of the connection pipe 53 is smaller than the wall thickness at other positions of the communication pipe 51. Therefore, when the pressure inside the housing 111 of the steam generator 11 is abnormally high and the communication pipe 51 continuously allows water to enter the housing 111, the excessive pressure inside the communication pipe 51 may cause the portion of the pipe wall of the communication pipe 51 between the inner peripheral wall of the pressure relief hole 52 and the inner peripheral wall of the connection pipe 53 to be broken, so that the water inside the communication pipe 51 can enter the storage box through the connection pipe 53, the pressure inside the communication pipe 51 is released to a great extent, and the damage of the steam generator 11 is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a wall thickness m of a portion of a tube wall of the communication tube 51 between an inner circumferential wall of the relief hole 52 and an inner circumferential wall of the connection tube 53 is 1mm or less. For example, the wall thickness m of the portion of the tube wall of the communication tube 51 between the inner peripheral wall of the relief hole 52 and the inner peripheral wall of the connection tube 53 is set to 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, or 0.8 mm. Through making the wall thickness of the part of the pipe wall of the communication pipe 51 between the inner peripheral wall of the pressure relief hole 52 and the inner peripheral wall of the connecting pipe 53 less than or equal to 1mm, thereby the pressure in the casing 111 of the steam generator 11 is abnormally large, and when the communication pipe 51 continuously has water to enter the casing 111, the position can be broken by the excessive pressure in the communication pipe 51, thereby the water in the communication pipe 51 conveniently enters the storage box through the connecting pipe 53, the pressure of the communication pipe 51 is released to a great extent, and the damage of the steam generator 11 is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a water inlet valve 54, for example, the water inlet valve 54 is a solenoid valve, and the water inlet valve 54 is connected to the water inlet 1112 through a communicating pipe 51. Thus, by providing the water inlet valve 54, the water inlet of the laundry treating apparatus 100 may be made more intelligent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8, inlet valve 54 communicates with communicating tube 51, and/or communicating tube 51 communicates with inlet 1112 via flexible tubing 55. That is to say, the inlet valve 54 and the communication pipe 51 may be connected by the flexible pipe 55, the communication pipe 51 and the water inlet 1112 may be connected by the flexible pipe 55, or both the inlet valve 54 and the communication pipe 51 and the water inlet 1112 may be connected by the flexible pipe 55, and since the flexible pipe 55 may be freely bent, the flexible pipe 55 may not occupy more installation space, so that the structure of the steam generator system may be more compact.
In some specific examples of the invention, the flexible tube 55 may be a corrugated tube, a rubber tube, a silicone tube, or a plastic tube. Thus, the cost is low.
According to the clothes treatment apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the above-mentioned steam generator system, since the connection pipe 51 is connected to the steam generator 11, and the pressure in the housing 111 of the steam generator 11 can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the connection pipe 51, so that when the pressure in the housing 111 of the steam generator 11 is abnormal, for example, when the pressure is increased due to abnormal temperature rise of the heating element, the pressure in the connection pipe 51 can be relieved by the pressure regulating part, and the steam generator 11 is further relieved, which is beneficial to improving the reliability of the operation of the steam generator 11, and the structure is simple, and a safety valve is not required to be additionally arranged on the steam generator 11, so that the structure of the steam generator 11 can be simplified, and a step of the safety valve is omitted that the safety of the steam generator 11 needs to be checked again after abnormal pressure action occurs.

Claims (11)

1. A steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a steam generator comprising a housing having a water inlet and a steam outlet;
a pressure adjusting member including a communication pipe and a pressure adjusting portion provided on a pipe wall of the communication pipe, the pressure adjusting portion being configured to adjust a pressure of the communication pipe;
wherein one of the water inlet and the steam outlet is communicated with the communicating pipe of the pressure regulating member, or the water inlet and the steam outlet are respectively communicated with the communicating pipes of different pressure regulating members,
the pressure adjusting part is configured as a pressure relief hole penetrating a tube wall of the communication tube, a cross-sectional area of the pressure relief hole being smaller than a cross-sectional area of the communication tube, the pressure adjusting member including: the connecting pipe, the one end of connecting pipe with the periphery wall of communicating pipe links to each other, just the connecting pipe encircles in the periphery setting of pressure release hole.
2. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the equivalent diameter of the pressure relief hole is not greater than 1.5 mm.
3. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, comprising: a storage box, the pressure relief vent adapted to communicate to the storage box.
4. The steam generator system of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the storage box is a laundry processing agent box.
5. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the storage box is integral with the pressure adjustment member.
6. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the other end of the connection pipe is inserted into the storage box.
7. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a wall thickness of a portion of a tube wall of the communicating tube between an inner circumferential wall of the pressure relief hole and an inner circumferential wall of the connecting tube is smaller than a wall thickness at other positions of the communicating tube.
8. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a wall thickness m of a portion of a tube wall of the communicating tube between an inner circumferential wall of the pressure relief hole and an inner circumferential wall of the connecting tube is 1mm or less.
9. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising a water inlet valve connected to the water inlet via the communicating tube.
10. The steam generator system of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the feed valve is in communication with the communicating pipe and/or the communicating pipe is in communication with the water inlet via a flexible pipe.
11. A laundry treatment apparatus, characterized in comprising a steam generator system according to any of claims 1-10.
