In another embodiment of the invention, during tunnel waterproof construction, the isolation film-free pre-paved waterproof roll can be fixed by a hot-melt gasket, the lap joint part 4 of the roll and the lap joint part 4 of the roll can be welded by a crawling welding machine, and the lap joint part 4 is reinforced by a double-sided polymer self-adhesive tape 5, so that the lap joint part 4 is prevented from being separated from the concrete base surface 6.
In another embodiment of the invention, the content of vinyl acetate in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 70-95%, because of introducing ethylene molecular chains into polyvinyl acetate molecules, acetyl groups generate discontinuity, the rotational freedom degree of a high molecular chain is increased, the space obstruction is small, a high molecular main chain becomes soft, plasticizer migration cannot occur, and the permanent softness of a product is ensured.
The invention discloses the following technical effects: the high-molecular anti-sticking coating has good film forming property, the minimum film forming temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the high-molecular anti-sticking coating has good barrier effect on water drops after film forming, the anti-sticking coating has good toughness, and the anti-sticking coating can not crack under the curling condition of a waterproof coiled material. The high-molecular anti-sticking coating has good ultraviolet aging resistance and the like, has good protection effect on the self-adhesive layer, and improves the waterproof quality of engineering.

Claims (9)

1. A non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof coiled material is characterized by comprising a high-molecular anti-sticking coating, a high-molecular sheet and a high-molecular self-adhesive layer;
the high-molecular anti-sticking coating comprises, by mass, 100 parts of a water solvent, 5-30 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-10 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of an anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent, 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant and 0-30 parts of a filler.
2. The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the mass percentage of the vinyl acetate in the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 70-95%.
3. The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the thickening agent includes, but is not limited to, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, starch, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, or methyl cellulose.
4. The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the dispersant includes, but is not limited to, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, succinic acid diester sulfonate, potassium tripolyphosphate, or sodium hexametaphosphate.
5. The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the ultraviolet resistant auxiliary agent is UV-327 or TC 568B.
6. The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the filler is one or more of white carbon black, titanium dioxide, light calcium carbonate powder and talcum powder.

The non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll material according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the polymer self-adhesive layer is coated on the polymer sheet, and the polymer anti-adhesive coating completely covers the polymer self-adhesive layer; overlapping parts are reserved on two sides of the adjacent polymer sheets; and a polymer self-adhesive tape is bonded on the lap joint part.
8. A manufacturing method of a pre-laid waterproof roll without an isolation film comprises the pre-laid waterproof roll without the isolation film as claimed in claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preheating; weighing a certain amount of hydrosolvent according to a ratio, adding the hydrosolvent into a reaction kettle, and heating to 50-90 ℃;
step two, preliminarily mixing materials; weighing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, dispersant and defoamer according to the proportion, adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, adjusting the stirring speed, controlling the stirring time, and fully dissolving;
step three, mixing materials again; weighing the thickening agent, the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent and the filler according to the proportion, adding the thickening agent, the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent and the filler into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, adjusting the stirring speed, controlling the stirring time, and filtering to obtain a high-molecular anti-sticking coating;
step four, rolling and forming; and (3) uniformly coating the anti-sticking coating on the macromolecular self-adhesive surface by adopting a roller coating process, drying the anti-sticking coating by using an air blower, drying the coating to form a film, and rolling to obtain the self-adhesive waterproof roll without the isolation film.
9. The manufacturing method of the non-isolation film type pre-paved waterproof roll according to claim 8, characterized in that: in the second step, the stirring speed is adjusted to 200-; in the third step, the stirring speed is adjusted to 200 and 500 revolutions per minute, and the stirring is carried out for 0.5 to 2 hours.
