The preparation method of the environment-friendly diatom water paint in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
preparing materials, namely preparing the materials according to the weight part ratio of the raw materials in the formula of the environment-friendly diatom water paint, wherein the diatomite filter aid, rutile titanium dioxide, superfine calcined kaolin, a formaldehyde purification material and heavy calcium carbonate are weighed after being screened;
step two, preparing a premix, sequentially adding pure water, a thickening agent protective agent, a pH regulator, a wetting agent, a wetting dispersant, a defoaming agent, a diatomite filter aid, rutile titanium dioxide, superfine calcined kaolin, a formaldehyde purification material and heavy calcium carbonate into a stirring container, stirring at the rotating speed of 350rpm for 10min, wherein the pure water can be added in multiple times according to the state of the mixed material, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the premix;
step three, preparing a blending material, sequentially adding pure water, a rapid bactericide, propylene glycol, a pure acrylic emulsion, an anticorrosive bactericide, a film forming auxiliary agent and a defoaming agent into a container, and stirring at a rotating speed of 400rpm for 10min, wherein the pure water can be added for multiple times according to the state of the mixed material, and the blending material is obtained after uniform mixing and stirring;
and step four, adding the blending materials into the premix, and stirring at the rotating speed of 650rpm for 50min to fully and uniformly mix the materials to obtain the environment-friendly diatom water paint.
Comparative example
Examples 1-5 are environment-friendly diatom water paints prepared according to the formulation of the present invention, using commercially available diatom ooze as comparative example 1 and commercially available water paints as comparative example 2, and the paints of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were respectively coated on cement precast slabs of the same size according to normal construction requirements, and the following performance tests were performed.
The environmental-friendly diatom water paint prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 were subjected to the following performance tests according to the standard GB/T9756-.

The test results in the table 1 show that the environment-friendly diatom water paint disclosed by the invention is simple in construction, strong in adhesive force, short in surface drying time, plump and smooth in paint film, good in water resistance and wear resistance and stable in comprehensive performance.
The formaldehyde purification performance and the purification effect durability of the environment-friendly diatom water paint prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested according to the standard JC/T1074-2008, and the results are shown in Table 2.

The test results in table 2 show that the environment-friendly diatom water paint disclosed by the invention can effectively decompose formaldehyde, has good formaldehyde purification performance and lasting purification effect, and is safe and environment-friendly.
Antibacterial performance tests are carried out on the environment-friendly diatom water paint prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 according to the standard GB/T21866-.

The test results in tables 3 and 4 show that the environment-friendly diatom water paint disclosed by the invention has better antibacterial effect and antibacterial durability compared with the existing diatom ooze and water paint.
The environmental diatom water paints prepared in examples 1-5 were tested for the content of harmful substances according to standard GB18582-2008, and the results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from the test results in tables 3 and 4, the detection results of the harmful substance content of the environment-friendly diatom water paint disclosed by the invention meet the requirements of relevant standards, are safe and environment-friendly, and do not harm human health.
In conclusion, the environment-friendly diatom water paint provided by the invention has the advantages of environmental protection performance of diatom ooze and simple water paint construction, is simple in environment-friendly diatom water paint construction, strong in adhesive force, short in surface drying time, plump and smooth in paint film, good in water resistance and wear resistance, and stable in comprehensive performance; can effectively decompose formaldehyde, has good formaldehyde purification performance and lasting purification effect, is safe and environment-friendly, and does not harm human health; has good antibacterial effect and antibacterial durability, and is not easy to breed bacteria.
The environment-friendly diatom water paint is a water paint prepared by taking diatomite filter aid, rutile type titanium dioxide, superfine calcined kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate and nano titanium dioxide as base material raw materials, wherein the raw materials are inorganic substances and natural minerals, so that the environment-friendly diatom water paint is environment-friendly, healthy, pollution-free and harmless to human bodies, is simple to prepare and convenient to prepare by scientific proportioning, and can reduce the production cost; the water paint has good adhesive force, good anti-corrosion and sterilization effects, stable performance, good weather resistance, wide application range, long service life and good application prospect, and can be stored for a long time.

The environment-friendly diatom water paint comprises a premix and a blending material, and is characterized in that the environment-friendly diatom water paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, wherein the premix comprises 0.4-0.8 part of a thickener protective agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a pH regulator, 0.2-0.5 part of a wetting agent, 0.2-0.8 part of a wetting dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 6-10 parts of a kieselguhr filter aid, 6-12 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of superfine calcined kaolin, 18-25 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 1.5-3 parts of a formaldehyde purification material and 25-35 parts of pure water; the blending materials comprise 0.1 to 0.3 portion of fast bactericide, 0.5 to 2 portions of propylene glycol, 12 to 16 portions of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.2 to 0.6 portion of antiseptic bactericide, 1 to 1.5 portions of film forming additive, 0.2 to 0.5 portion of defoaming agent and 3 to 7 portions of pure water.

The environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that the paint is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 0.55 part of a thickener protective agent, 0.15 part of a pH regulator, 0.3 part of a wetting agent, 0.5 part of a wetting dispersant, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 8 parts of a diatomite filter aid, 9 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 7 parts of ultrafine calcined kaolin, 21.6 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 2 parts of a formaldehyde purification material and 29 parts of pure water; the blending materials comprise 0.2 part of quick bactericide, 1 part of propylene glycol, 14 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.4 part of antiseptic bactericide, 1.2 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.3 part of defoaming agent and 4.6 parts of pure water.

The environment-friendly diatom water paint and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thickener protectant is hydroxyethyl cellulose ether and said pH adjuster is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; the wetting agent is an anionic wetting agent; the specification of the diatomite filter aid is that the whiteness is more than or equal to 85 percent, and the 325-mesh screen residue is less than or equal to 1 percent; the specification of the superfine calcined kaolin is 1250-1500 meshes, the whiteness is more than or equal to 93 percent, and the residue of 325 meshes is less than or equal to 0.5 percent; the specification of the heavy calcium carbonate is 700-plus-1000 meshes, the whiteness is more than or equal to 93 percent, and the residue of 325-mesh sieve is less than or equal to 0.5 percent; the formaldehyde purifying material is nano titanium dioxide, and the fineness of the nano titanium dioxide is that the residue of a 325-mesh sieve is less than or equal to 1 percent; the film-forming assistant is propylene glycol butyl ether.
4. The environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rutile titanium dioxide is a mixture of R-996 and R-902 rutile titanium dioxide in a weight ratio of 1: 1.
5. The environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the antiseptic bactericide comprises a preservative and a long-acting bactericide, and the weight ratio of the preservative to the long-acting bactericide is 1: 1.
6. The environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in claim 5, wherein said antiseptic is a DL-T201 type paint antiseptic, and the long-acting antiseptic is a BIT type paint long-acting antiseptic; the quick bactericide is a quick bactericide for the Kathon water-based paint.
7. The environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein said acrylic emulsion is replaced with styrene-acrylic emulsion.
8. The preparation method of the environment-friendly diatom water paint as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, comprising the following steps:
preparing materials, namely preparing the materials according to the weight part ratio of the raw materials in the formula of the environment-friendly diatom water paint, wherein the diatomite filter aid, rutile titanium dioxide, superfine calcined kaolin, a formaldehyde purification material and heavy calcium carbonate are weighed after being screened;
step two, preparing a premix, sequentially adding pure water, a thickener protective agent, a pH regulator, a wetting agent, a wetting dispersant, a defoaming agent, a diatomite filter aid, rutile titanium dioxide, superfine calcined kaolin, a formaldehyde purification material and heavy calcium carbonate into a stirring container, and stirring at the rotating speed of 350-450rpm for 10-15min, wherein the pure water can be added for multiple times according to the state of the mixed material, and the premix is obtained by uniformly stirring and mixing;
step three, preparing a blending material, namely adding pure water, a rapid bactericide, propylene glycol, a pure acrylic emulsion, an anticorrosive bactericide, a film-forming assistant and a defoaming agent into a container in sequence, and stirring at the rotating speed of 400-500rpm for 5-10min, wherein the pure water can be added for multiple times according to the state of the mixed material, and the blending material is obtained after uniform mixing and stirring;
and step four, adding the blending material into the premix, and stirring at the rotating speed of 600-700rpm for 40-60 min to fully and uniformly mix the blending material to obtain the environment-friendly diatom water paint.
