As shown in fig. 1, the conveying device comprises a toothed conveying guide rail 1, a first lifting rod part 2 and a second lifting rod part 3, wherein the toothed conveying guide rail 1 is used for conveying long-axis workpieces 8, and the first lifting rod part 2 and the second lifting rod part 3 can move up and down; the first lifting rod part 2 is provided with a first base 4 and first lugs 6 which are arranged on the first base 4 at intervals, and the first lugs 6 are in a right-angled trapezoid shape as a whole; the second lifting rod part 3 is provided with a second base 5 and a second lug 7 which is positioned on the second base 5 and is spaced, and the second lug 7 is in a right-angled trapezoid shape as a whole; in the conveying direction of the long-axis workpiece 8, the second bumps 7 are located in gaps between adjacent first bumps 6; the first bump 6 and the second bump 7 are provided with rollers 9 on the oblique edges, so that the first bump 6 and the second bump 7 can be in rolling contact, and the surface damage of the long-axis workpiece 8 is reduced.
The action principle of the invention is as follows: taking the position shown in fig. 1 as an example, when the long-axis workpiece 8 needs to be transferred, the first lift rod part 2 descends, the second lift rod part 3 ascends, and the inclined surface part on the second bump 7 contacts the long-axis workpiece 8, as shown in fig. 2; the second lifting rod part 3 continuously rises to drive the long shaft workpiece 8 to rise, and when the second lifting rod part 3 rises to a certain degree, the long shaft workpiece 8 passes over the tooth top of the tooth-shaped conveying guide rail 1, as shown in fig. 3; the long axis workpiece 8 is then rolled to the next tooth slot, thereby effecting movement of the long axis workpiece 8, as shown in fig. 4.
According to the invention, collision of adjacent long-axis workpieces can be avoided, and the surfaces of the long-axis workpieces can be well protected in the conveying process.
