技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂电机领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种集成变速机构的轮毂电机。
背景技术
一般的内变速机构是利用离心力来实现自动变速,当达到一定踏频速度后离心块甩开实现自动升挡,当踏频速度降低到变速点以下时,离心块就会收缩实现自动降挡,例如授权公告号为CN208882034U的中国专利中所示。
现有授权公告号为CN211996037U的中国专利,公开了一种轮毂电机和内变速花鼓集成装置,其包括主轴,主轴上分别套设有内变速花鼓和轮毂电机,内变速花鼓上设置有端盖,轮毂电机包括绕线定子、转子、太阳轮、电机离合器、内齿圈和轮毂,该内变速花鼓采用离心式内变速花鼓,能够根据飞轮的转速自动实现调速。
上述专利中的离心式变速花鼓是利用离心力来实现自动变速,当达到一定踏频速度后离心块甩开实现自动升挡,当踏频速度降低到变速点以下时,离心块就会收缩实现自动降挡。
但是,对于采用上述轮毂电机和内变速花鼓集成装置的车辆,当车辆在高速(大于变速点)行驶时,如果骑行者不想踩踏,或者下坡中不需要踩踏,内变速花鼓会因为骑行者踏频速度的降低而自动降挡;车辆滑行一段距离后仍然保持在高速(大于变速点)时,骑行者再次踩踏后需要短时间内使踏频速度达到变速点,来使内变速花鼓自动升挡。这种情况下内变速花鼓的自动降挡会影响骑行体验,而且换挡频率的增加容易导致内变速花鼓的故障,影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其根据输出速度来实现挡位的自动切换,能够减少换挡频率,延长使用寿命,并提高骑行体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种集成变速机构的轮毂电机,包括主轴,所述主轴上设置有相互连接的轮毂和端盖,所述主轴上分别设置有与所述轮毂连接的机芯组件以及与所述端盖连接的变速机构,所述变速机构包括离心驱动组件;
所述离心驱动组件与所述端盖连接,并根据所述端盖的转速来实现状态的切换。
进一步地,所述离心驱动组件包括离心块,所述离心块上穿设有与所述端盖连接的轴杆;所述离心块能够根据所述端盖的转速从收缩状态切换至甩开状态。
进一步地,所述离心块的数量至少为两个,所述离心驱动组件还包括仅与其一所述离心块连接的弹性复位件。
进一步地,所述端盖内端壁设置有环板,所述环板端部固定设置有定位板,所述定位板与端盖配合形成所述变速机构的壳体。
进一步地,所述轴杆一端与所述定位板连接,另一端与所述端盖连接;所述环板位于所述离心块外侧,能够对所述离心块起到径向限位作用。
进一步地,所述环板内侧壁开设有与所述定位板配合的卡槽。
进一步地,所述变速机构还包括行星架、固定设置于所述主轴上的太阳轮、以及齿圈,所述行星架上设置有与所述太阳轮和齿圈啮合的行星轮;所述行星架与端盖之间设置有第一离合组件,所述齿圈与定位板之间设置有第二离合组件;所述离心驱动组件通过对所述第二离合组件进行限制或者释放来控制所述齿圈与定位板之间的传动。
进一步地,所述第二离合组件包括棘爪座、棘爪、棘轮和弹簧圈,其中所述棘爪座与定位板固定连接,所述棘轮与齿圈能够沿周向联动;所述离心驱动组件还包括与所述离心块连接的限位板,所述限位板上开设有与所述棘爪配合的释放槽;所述限位板能够压住所述棘爪使其与棘轮无法啮合,所述离心块转动甩开后能够带动所述限位板转动使所述棘爪嵌于释放槽内,并与所述棘轮啮合。
进一步地,所述离心块上设置有用于驱动所述限位板转动的摆臂。
进一步地,所述离心块沿径向位于所述第二离合组件外侧。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、利用输出速度来实现自动换挡,能够提高骑行体验,减少换挡频率,延长使用寿命;
2、考虑到原料和加工工艺的影响,即使相同规格的弹性复位件之间也会不可避免的存在差异,如果采用多个弹性复位件则可能会影响限位板的复位,而仅设置一个弹性复位件则能够避免出现上述问题,从而保证限位板的顺利复位。

实施例:
一种集成变速机构的轮毂电机,参照图1至图5,其包括主轴1,主轴1上设置有相互连接的轮毂21和端盖22,轮毂21与端盖22通过螺钉连接,用于输出转速;主轴1上分别设置有与轮毂21连接的机芯组件以及与端盖22连接的变速机构,本实施例中通过变速机构可以输入脚踏转速来带动端盖22和轮毂21转动,驱动车辆前进,而机芯组件可以输入电机转速来带动轮毂21和端盖22转动,助力车辆前进;变速机构包括离心驱动组件,离心驱动组件与端盖22连接,并根据端盖22的转速来实现状态的切换;本实施例中的轮毂电机根据轮毂21和端盖22的输出速度来改变离心驱动组件的状态,而非踏频速度,从而能够减少变速机构的换挡频率,延长使用寿命,并提高骑行体验。
参照图1和图2,本实施例中机芯组件包括定转子组件91和减速组件92,定转子组件91的转子转速经过减速组件92后输入至轮毂21,形成减速电机结构;本实施例中减速组件92为行星减速组件,行星减速组件包括与转子连接的太阳轮、套设在主轴1上的行星离合器以及与轮毂21连接的内齿圈,行星离合器上设置有与太阳轮和内齿圈啮合的行星轮;其中,行星离合器属于现有技术,在此不做赘述。
参照图3至图5,离心驱动组件包括离心块71,离心块71上穿设有与端盖22连接的轴杆72,离心块71能够围绕轴杆72转动;离心块71能够根据端盖22的转速从收缩状态切换至甩开状态;本实施例中端盖22内端壁设置有环板,环板端部固定设置有定位板6,定位板6与端盖22配合形成变速机构的壳体;轴杆72一端与定位板6连接,另一端与端盖22连接;同时环板位于离心块71外侧,能够对离心块71起到径向限位作用,即离心块71与环板内侧壁接触后无法继续转动;本实施例中轴杆72一端直接与端盖22连接,同时端盖22内端壁延伸形成环板,在其他可选的实施例中,也可以在端盖22内端壁固定连接有安装座,轴杆72端部与安装座连接,同时安装座对离心块71进行径向限位。
参照图3,本实施例中定位板6与环板通过螺钉连接,同时环板内侧壁端部开设有与定位板6配合的卡槽,通过卡槽能够对定位板6进行轴向和径向的限位,从而保证装配精度;本实施例中离心块71的数量为两个,离心驱动组件还包括仅与其一离心块71连接的弹性复位件;本实施例中弹性复位件为扭簧73,扭簧73的弹性力使离心块71具有复位至收缩状态的趋势;具体地,扭簧73套设在轴杆72上,其一端与离心块71连接,另一端与定位板6连接。
参照图3至图5,变速机构还包括行星架31、固定设置于主轴1上的太阳轮33、以及齿圈34,行星架31上设置有与太阳轮33和齿圈34啮合的行星轮32;行星架31与端盖22之间设置有第一离合组件4,齿圈34与定位板6之间设置有第二离合组件;离心驱动组件通过对第二离合组件进行限制或者释放来控制齿圈34与定位板6之间的传动;具体地,本实施例中行星架31与端盖22之间设置有第二轴承82,齿圈34与端盖22之间设置有第三轴承83,而主轴1与行星架31之间设置有两个第一轴承81;行星架31上设置有与其沿周向联动的齿片311,通过齿片311带动行星架31转动来输入脚踏转速;本实施例中采用一组行星齿轮组件能够实现两个挡位的变换,若要实现更多挡位的变换,则可以采用多组行星齿轮组件连接传动的方式来实现;当然,在其他可选的实施例中,行星齿轮组件也可以用其它结构来代替,在此不做限制。
参照图3至图5,第二离合组件包括棘爪座51、棘爪52、棘轮53和弹簧圈,其中棘爪座51与定位板6内端面固定连接,棘轮53与齿圈34能够沿周向联动;离心驱动组件还包括与离心块71连接的限位板76,限位板76上开设有与棘爪52配合的释放槽761;限位板76能够压住棘爪52使其与棘轮53无法啮合,而离心块71转动甩开后能够带动限位板76转动使棘爪52嵌于释放槽761内,并与棘轮53啮合;具体地,离心块71在收缩状态下时,限位板76内侧壁与棘爪52接触,使棘爪52的啮合端无法弹起与棘轮53啮合,则第二离合组件在离心驱动组件的限制作用下无法实现传动;离心块71甩开后带动限位板76转动,使释放槽761与棘爪52相对,然后棘爪52的啮合端弹起后嵌入释放槽761内,并与棘轮53啮合,则第二离合组件被离心驱动组件释放后能够实现传动。
参照图3和图5,本实施例中齿圈34包括两个内径不同的内圆周侧壁,其一内圆周侧壁上设置有与行星轮32配合的内齿,另一内圆周侧壁上均布设置有多个第二凸起341;棘轮53外圆周侧壁均布设置有多个第一凸起531,第一凸起531与第二凸起341接触能够实现棘轮53与齿圈34的周向联动,而棘轮53与齿圈34通过第一凸起531与第二凸起341实现联动能够在变挡时提供缓冲,提高骑行体验。
参照图3和图4,本实施例中离心块71沿径向设置于第二离合组件外侧,从而能够减小轴向尺寸;离心块71上设置有用于驱动限位板76转动的摆臂75,具体地,摆臂75上设置有驱动杆751,限位板76上开设有与驱动杆751配合的驱动孔762,驱动孔762为腰孔;定位板6上开设有与摆臂75配合的让位沉槽61,从而能够减小轴向尺寸;离心块71与摆臂75之间通过柱销74连接,且柱销74相对于离心块71和摆臂75沿圆周方向的位置均固定不变,则离心块71能够通过柱销74带动摆臂75偏转;摆臂75偏转后,驱动杆751与驱动孔762内壁接触,带动限位板76转动。
工作原理如下:
脚踏动力的转速传递至齿片311,齿片311带动行星架31转动,太阳轮33固定不动,行星架31通过行星轮32带动齿圈34转动,且齿圈34的转速大于行星架31的转速。
低挡时:离心块71在收缩状态,第二离合组件中的棘爪52在限位板76的限制下无法与棘轮53啮合传动,则齿圈34的转速无法通过第二离合组件传递至端盖22;此时,行星架31通过第一离合组件4带动端盖22转动,实现动力输出。
高挡时:端盖22的转速达到变速点后,离心块71在离心力作用下转动至甩开状态,并通过摆臂75带动限位板76转动,使第二离合组件中的棘爪52与释放槽761相对;棘爪52的啮合端弹起后嵌入释放槽761内,并与棘轮53啮合,此时第二离合组件可以实现传动,则齿圈34的转速通过第二离合组件传递至端盖22,实现动力输出;此时端盖22的转速大于行星架31的转速,第一离合组件4处于超越状态。
电动助力:通过脚踏动力带动轮毂21和端盖22转动后,机芯组件启动向轮毂21输入转速,助力车辆前进,达到省力的目的。
采用作为动力输出单元的端盖22来控制离心驱动组件,如果端盖22的转速大于变速点,而骑行者不想踩踏,或者下坡中不需要踩踏,变速机构会仍然保持在高挡状态,当骑行者再次踩踏时不需要通过改变踏频来变挡,从而提高骑行体验,而且这个过程中变速机构的挡位不会变化,能够减少换挡频率,延长变速机构的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

1.一种集成变速机构的轮毂电机,包括主轴,所述主轴上设置有相互连接的轮毂和端盖,所述主轴上分别设置有与所述轮毂连接的机芯组件以及与所述端盖连接的变速机构,所述变速机构包括离心驱动组件;
其特征在于:所述离心驱动组件与所述端盖连接,并根据所述端盖的转速来实现状态的切换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述离心驱动组件包括离心块,所述离心块上穿设有与所述端盖连接的轴杆;所述离心块能够根据所述端盖的转速从收缩状态切换至甩开状态。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述离心块的数量至少为两个,所述离心驱动组件还包括仅与其一所述离心块连接的弹性复位件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述端盖内端壁设置有环板,所述环板端部固定设置有定位板,所述定位板与端盖配合形成所述变速机构的壳体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述轴杆一端与所述定位板连接,另一端与所述端盖连接;所述环板位于所述离心块外侧,能够对所述离心块起到径向限位作用。
6.根据权利要求4所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述环板内侧壁开设有与所述定位板配合的卡槽。
7.根据权利要求4所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述变速机构还包括行星架、固定设置于所述主轴上的太阳轮、以及齿圈,所述行星架上设置有与所述太阳轮和齿圈啮合的行星轮;所述行星架与端盖之间设置有第一离合组件,所述齿圈与定位板之间设置有第二离合组件;所述离心驱动组件通过对所述第二离合组件进行限制或者释放来控制所述齿圈与定位板之间的传动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述第二离合组件包括棘爪座、棘爪、棘轮和弹簧圈,其中所述棘爪座与定位板固定连接,所述棘轮与齿圈能够沿周向联动;所述离心驱动组件还包括与所述离心块连接的限位板,所述限位板上开设有与所述棘爪配合的释放槽;所述限位板能够压住所述棘爪使其与棘轮无法啮合,所述离心块转动甩开后能够带动所述限位板转动使所述棘爪嵌于释放槽内,并与所述棘轮啮合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述离心块上设置有用于驱动所述限位板转动的摆臂。
10.根据权利要求7所述的集成变速机构的轮毂电机,其特征在于:所述离心块沿径向位于所述第二离合组件外侧。
