Abstract
The invention provides a full-color letterpress pad printing coloring method for the surface of a three-dimensional product, which comprises the following steps: firstly, manufacturing a three-dimensional relief printing plate according to a three-dimensional product to be printed, wherein the plate can be made by selecting a photosensitive resin plate or a metal plate according to the printing quantity; secondly, mixing silicon oil and silica gel to prepare a three-dimensional rubber printing head matched with the three-dimensional printing plate; and finally, transferring the ink on the three-dimensional relief printing plate to a three-dimensional rubber head by using a transfer printing technology, and transfer printing the ink to a three-dimensional product through the three-dimensional rubber head, so that a full-color effect is printed on the three-dimensional product. The printing method provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem that the complex concave-convex three-dimensional surface is difficult to print and color, and provides a feasible method for realizing full-color coloring of the surface of a three-dimensional product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a 3D printing technology, a laser plate making technology and a pad printing technology, in particular to a method for pad printing and coloring full-color relief plates on the surface of a three-dimensional product.
Background
Surface coloring technology of three-dimensional products: the surface coloring technology of the three-dimensional product at the present stage mainly comprises the modes of water transfer printing, hand painting, ink-jet coloring, pad printing and the like. Water transfer printing uses a water-based film that is easily dissolved in water to carry graphics. The water-coated film is excellent in tension. The coating can be easily wound on the surface of a product to form an image-text layer, and the surface of the product can obtain a distinct appearance like spray painting. Patterns are printed on the surface of a shoe usually, and although the pattern is formed quickly, the problems of low pattern accuracy and unfixed position of a three-dimensional model exist; the hand drawing is a technology which is traditionally applied to the surface coloring of three-dimensional products in China, is mainly applied to the coloring of small-batch three-dimensional products and the firing of high-end porcelain, and is not suitable for mass production; the ink-jet coloring method has the advantages of mature technical support, high precision, high efficiency, non-contact, good color characterization effect and the like, but when the surface concave-convex change of a three-dimensional product is large, the position of an ink droplet cannot be controlled, so that chromatic aberration exists or even coloring cannot be realized; the pad printing technology is a special printing technology developed in China and used for carrying out multicolor printing on products with irregular and concave-convex surfaces by dipping ink in an etching gravure with a vulcanized silicone rubber head, but the pad printing technology cannot adapt to the printing of a three-dimensional model with larger curvature. The invention adopts a metal (resin) relief printing plate, utilizes a curved surface transfer printing head made of silicon rubber material to transfer printing ink on the printing plate to the surface of the transfer printing head, and utilizes a transfer printing technology to transfer the printing ink to the surface of a three-dimensional product so as to realize full-color transfer printing and coloring of the three-dimensional product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the complicated concave-convex three-dimensional surface is difficult to print colors, and provides a printing mode with simple structure and high efficiency. According to the three-dimensional product to be printed, a three-dimensional relief printing plate and a three-dimensional rubber printing head which are matched are manufactured, and the surface color of the three-dimensional product can achieve the color effect which can be realized by plane printing by adopting a pad printing technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a full-color letterpress pad printing coloring method for the surface of a three-dimensional product, which specifically comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a three-dimensional relief printing plate; the three-dimensional product needs to make two three-dimensional relief plates to be spliced into a whole for printing or adopts a segmentation mode to carry out local independent printing and then is spliced into a whole, omnibearing lattice point etching or engraving is carried out on a three-dimensional photosensitive resin plate or a metal plate by utilizing laser engraving equipment with a 3D galvanometer, and a four-color printing plate of yellow, product, cyan and black is made by adopting a color separation technology.
Step two: manufacturing a three-dimensional rubber printing head; the 3D printing technology is utilized to print out a casting mold matched with the shape of the printing plate, the quantity ratio of the silicon sulfide rubber and the silicon oil is adjusted according to the characteristics of the product, and the silicon sulfide rubber head is manufactured by mixing the silicon oil and the silicon sulfide rubber with the mass ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 10.
Step three: coloring the three-dimensional product by using a pad printing technology; fixing the three-dimensional product on a four-color pad printing machine, transferring four-color pad printing ink to four three-dimensional relief printing plates with different colors by using a spraying or coating mode, transferring the four-color pad printing ink to a three-dimensional rubber head by using the printing plates, and finally pad printing the ink on the rubber head to the three-dimensional product by using a comprehensive pressurizing system of the pad printing machine; the three-dimensional rubber head can also transfer one printing ink to a three-dimensional product every time, and a full-color effect is finally formed on the three-dimensional product through four times of transfer printing.
Detailed Description
The method for full-color pad printing and coloring of the surface of the three-dimensional product according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the specific example of printing the full-color globe, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The method comprises the following steps: two three-dimensional relief printing plates are manufactured according to a globe to be printed and are spliced into a whole to be printed, three-dimensional photosensitive resin is selected as a plate material, laser engraving equipment with a 3D galvanometer is utilized for carrying out all-dimensional dot engraving on the photosensitive resin plate, and a color separation technology is adopted for manufacturing yellow, magenta, cyan and black printing plates.
Step two: the three-dimensional rubber printing head matched with the three-dimensional relief printing plate is manufactured, vulcanized silicone rubber is selected as a material, a 3D printer is used for printing a casting mold of the rubber printing head, and the vulcanized silicone rubber printing head is manufactured by adopting the ratio of silicone oil to the vulcanized silicone rubber of 1: 6.
Step three: the full-color coloring of the surface of the globe is realized by using a pad printing technology, the globe is fixed on a four-color pad printing machine, four-color pad printing ink is transferred to four three-dimensional relief printing plates with different colors by using a spraying mode, then the four-color pad printing ink is transferred to a three-dimensional rubber head by the printing plates, and finally the ink on the rubber head is pad printed on a three-dimensional product by using a comprehensive pressurizing system of the pad printing machine; and after the printing is finished, another three-dimensional relief printing plate is replaced to continue printing, and the full-color coloring effect is finally realized on the globe by utilizing a splicing printing mode.

1. A full-color relief plate transfer printing coloring method for the surface of a three-dimensional product is characterized by comprising the following steps: and (4) manufacturing a three-dimensional relief printing plate and a three-dimensional offset printing head, and printing and coloring on a pad printing machine. The surface of the three-dimensional relief printing plate is provided with raised dots, a yellow, magenta, cyan and black four-color printing plate is manufactured by utilizing a color separation technology, and a plate material can be manufactured by selecting a photosensitive resin plate or a metal plate according to the printing quantity; the three-dimensional product needs to make two three-dimensional relief plates to be spliced into a whole for printing or adopts a cutting mode to perform local independent printing and then is spliced into a whole; the stereo rubber printing head is matched with the stereo relief printing plate and is made of silicon oil and silicon sulfide rubber which are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 10; fixing the three-dimensional product on a four-color pad printing machine, transferring four-color pad printing ink to four three-dimensional relief printing plates with different colors by using a spraying or coating mode, transferring the four-color pad printing ink to a three-dimensional rubber head through the printing plates, and finally pad printing the ink on the rubber head to the three-dimensional product by using a comprehensive pressurizing system of the pad printing machine; the three-dimensional rubber head can also transfer one printing ink to the three-dimensional product every time, and a full-color effect is finally formed on the three-dimensional product through four times of transfer printing.
