Abstract
The invention discloses a coarse wax refining squeezer and a squeezing and filtering method, wherein squeezing device sliding hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a main hydraulic cylinder, a compression cylinder barrel is arranged below the squeezing device sliding hydraulic cylinders, a filtering inner core jacking hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the bottom of a press frame, a filter outer core and a filter inner core are arranged at the upper end of the filtering inner core jacking hydraulic cylinder, a filter inner core supporting column is arranged in the filter inner core, a filter outer core oil outlet channel is formed in the filter outer core cylinder barrel, and the filter outer core and the filter inner core are respectively composed of a stainless steel circular plate, a stainless steel sheet iron sheet and a positioning penetrating pin. Technical Field

Background
The purpose of refining the crude paraffin is to separate various impurities such as oil content and the like contained in the crude paraffin from the paraffin to prepare relatively pure paraffin. The existing crude paraffin refining production process flow is as follows: heating crude paraffin containing oil impurities to above 80deg.C, dissolving paraffin to form complete liquid, spraying liquid crude paraffin onto roller of doctor blade machine, and keeping the temperature of roller surface below 0deg.C. The paraffin wax with higher melting point solidifies rapidly on the drum and adheres to the drum, while the oil with lower melting point is still in liquid state and drops down on the drum. Thus, the relatively pure paraffin is left on the roller and is scraped off by the blade, so that the paraffin with lower oil content is formed. The scraped paraffin is heated to 80 ℃ again, sprayed onto a roller, and scraped by a blade to form paraffin with lower oil content. The oil content of the paraffin can be further reduced by the cyclic production, and each time of heating, spraying, condensing and scraping until the oil content of the paraffin is reduced to meet the standard requirement. The traditional production process flow has the defects of high energy consumption, low production efficiency, large volume and complex structure of production equipment, large occupied space and large required investment.
