The air-lift is that an air pin is arranged at the position of a mold core of a mold, before a product is ejected by an ejector rod, a deep cavity product is blown by compressed air to be firstly separated from the surface of the mold, and then the product is ejected completely by the ejector rod.
In practical application, when the existing air pin is applied to deep cavity product demoulding, the product is tightly attached to the upper surface of the air pin and props against the air pin, the air pin is difficult to open outwards, the air pin is easy to rush out of a core due to increased air pressure, a product is damaged, even a mould and an operator are injured, the product is easy to top white, burst or top deform, the spraying amount of the demoulding agent has to be increased on a mould cavity, or the top white point of the product is eliminated by hot air through electric hot air blowing, so that the working intensity is high, the efficiency is low, the defective rate is high, and the comprehensive cost is high.
