4. The cutting device of claim 3,
the shielding component (3) is provided in a plurality, the position of the piece passing opening (31) of each shielding component (3) relative to the first piece passing groove (32) is different, and the shielding components (3) are selectively installed on the chassis (11).
5. The cutting device according to claim 4, characterized in that the chassis assembly (1) comprises:
the base plate (11) is rotatably mounted on the fixing seat (12), a positioning hole (112) for mounting the shielding component (3) is formed in the base plate (11), and the shielding component (3) is mounted on the positioning hole (112) through a first fastening piece;
the dial disc (13) is fixed on the fixed seat (12), so that the rotating angle of the shielding component (3) can be measured through the dial disc (13).

7. The cutting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting assembly (2) comprises:
at least two brackets (22), wherein the at least two brackets (22) are arranged on the workbench (20) at intervals so as to form a moving space (23) between the at least two brackets (22), and the cutting head (21) is positioned in the moving space (23);
the top plate (24) is arranged at one end, far away from the workbench (20), of the at least two supports (22), a piston cylinder (25) is arranged on the top plate (24), a cylinder body of the piston cylinder (25) is arranged at one end, far away from the moving space (23), of the top plate (24), and a piston rod of the piston cylinder (25) penetrates through the moving space (23) and is connected with the cutting tool bit (21).
8. A cutting device according to claim 7, characterized in that the cutting assembly (2) comprises a fitting part (26), the fitting part (26) being mounted on a piston rod of the piston cylinder (25), the cutting head (21) being rotatably mounted on the fitting part (26).

The cutting device according to claim 8, characterized in that both the brackets (22) have a slide rail (221) thereon, the slide rail (221) being disposed in the moving space (23), the fitting part (26) having a slide groove portion (261) cooperating with the slide rail (221) such that the fitting part (26) is slidably disposed with respect to the slide rail (221).
10. The cutting device according to claim 1, characterized in that an escape chamfer (211) for escaping at least part of the piece to be cut (10) is provided on the cutting head (21).
