The output end of a central pull rod in an air compressor of an aviation auxiliary power device needs a dustproof sealing ring, and the sealing ring is in small clearance fit with the shaft diameter, so that the sealing ring needs to be stably and accurately mounted and dismounted. The tools used for assembling and disassembling the sealing device are generally two different sets of devices, the assembly tool has the working principle that the upper end face of the sealing device is knocked to enter a working position, and the disassembling tool hooks the lower end face of the sealing device by using a clamping jaw to disassemble. The use of two sets of devices makes the installation very loaded down with trivial details and can't guarantee the installation precision, consequently needs the special frock of customization to guarantee the installation requirement to the protection sealing washer is not by the fish tail.

Then the clamping plate 7 is clamped into a shaft outer diameter clearance groove, the clamping plate is fixed by the limiting sleeve 6, and the nut 17 is rotated to enable the screw rod 2 to be screwed into the shaft inner diameter. After the sealing device is stably sent into the inner diameter of the shaft, the ejector rod 1 is rotated reversely, and the ejector pin 8 is ejected under the action of the spring ring 10, so that the opening sleeve 9 and the rubber sleeve 12 are contracted and taken out of the tool. The same operation is carried out when the sealing ring is disassembled.
