The spot welding apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the universal moving group comprises two corresponding longitudinal rails and a traverse rail disposed across the longitudinal rails for forward and backward displacement, the longitudinal rails respectively comprise two frame bodies respectively fixed on both sides above the working platform, two first rails respectively connected to the frame bodies, two first fixing members respectively fixed above the frame bodies and respectively facing the front and rear ends of the first rails, and two first sliding blocks respectively sleeved on the first rails, the first sliding blocks respectively displace forward and backward along the first rails and respectively abut against the inner sides of the first fixing members.

The spot welding apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the traverse rail comprises a ledge connected above the first sliders, a second rail connected above the ledge, and second fixing members respectively fixed above the ledge and respectively toward left and right ends of the second rail; the movable seat comprises a seat body which is spanned on the transverse moving track to move left and right, a second slide block which is connected inside the seat body and moves left and right along the second track to respectively lean against the inner sides of the second fixing pieces, and connecting rods which are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of a fixing body at the front end of the seat body, wherein one end of one connecting rod is arranged above the movable handle.
8. The spot welding apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the moving handles are two, and are respectively provided above one ends of the connecting rods on the left and right sides of the fixed body.
