the upper surface of the filter screen is provided with a cleaning structure, the cleaning structure comprises a shell, a rotating shaft, a worm gear, an axial flow fan, a bearing seat, a square sliding rod and a screwed pipe and a nut seat which are provided with reciprocating threads on the outer wall, the bottom of the shell is abutted against the upper surface of the filter screen, the shell is positioned above the opening, the rotating shaft is vertically arranged on two sides of the shell in a rotatable way, the axial flow fan is fixedly connected at the bottom end of the rotating shaft, the bottom surface of the axial flow fan is abutted against the upper surface of the filter screen, the worm gear is fixedly connected at the top end of the rotating shaft, the bearing seat is fixedly connected at the middle part of the upper surface of the shell, the sliding rod is rotatably arranged in the bearing seat, one end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a worm, two sides of the worm are meshed on the, one end of the threaded pipe is screwed in the nut seat, the other end of the threaded pipe is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear, the sliding rod is inserted in the threaded pipe, a second bevel gear is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, and the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear.

When the motor 20 is started, the second bevel gear 19 is driven to rotate, the second bevel gear 19 drives the first bevel gear 16 to rotate, the first bevel gear 16 drives the threaded pipe 13 to rotate, the threaded pipe 13 rotates to drive the nut seat 14 to move axially, the nut seat 14 drives the shell 7 to slide on the upper surface of the filter screen 22, during the sliding of the shell 7 on the upper surface of the filter screen 22, the threaded pipe 13 is connected through the sliding rod 12 to drive the worm 15 to rotate, the worm 15 rotates to drive the two worm wheels 9 to rotate in opposite directions, the worm wheels 9 rotate to drive the axial flow fan 10 to rotate synchronously through the rotating shaft 8, the sludge on the upper surface of the filter screen 22 is pushed to the inside of the shell 7 during the axial flow fan 10, and the sludge collected.
The inside buffer structure that is equipped with of filter tank 2 of filter screen 22 top, buffer structure includes two guide plates 4, the stand pipe 5, guide bar 6 and buffer spring 30, two guide plates 4 one side articulate in filtering 2 inner wall both sides of jar, the opposite side of two guide plates 4 supports and leans on together, 6 one ends of guide bar articulate on the 4 bottom surfaces of guide plate, 6 other end cartridges of guide bar are in the stand pipe 5, 5 tip hinges on filtering 2 inner walls of jar, buffer spring 30 cover is established on guide bar 6. For preventing that industrial sewage from directly impacting filter screen 22 and causing filter screen 22 life to reduce, industrial sewage gets into from inlet pipe 3 and crosses behind filter tank 2, rivers can be blockked by guide plate 4, carry out speed reduction to water velocity, guide plate 4 receives rivers impact force and gravity to take place to rotate, guide plate 4 rotates and can make buffer spring 30 shrink, can cushion protection and reset to guide plate 4 during buffer spring 30 shrink, in order to prevent that guide plate 4 from receiving too big impact force and rupture.

The height of the housing 1 can be adjusted by turning the internally threaded pipe 27, so that the discharge height of the outlet pipe 25 and the discharge pipe 21 is adjusted.
