In the process of smearing the medicine, the medicine is not smeared uniformly, therefore, when the U-shaped block 114 slides upwards, the U-shaped block 114 drives the third wedge-shaped block 125 to slide upwards, the seventh spring 126 is stretched, when the third wedge-shaped block 125 slides upwards to stop contacting with the second wedge-shaped block 123, the second torsion spring 122 is reset, and then the smearing block 121 can be driven to swing downwards, so that people can push the smearing block 121 to wipe redundant medicine, when people do not need to wipe temporarily, the U-shaped block 114 slides downwards, the seventh spring 126 is reset, and then the third wedge-shaped block 125 is driven to slide downwards to reset, then people can manually swing the smearing block 121 upwards, the second torsion spring 122 is deformed, the smearing block 121 swings upwards to drive the second wedge-shaped block 123 to swing upwards, when the second wedge-shaped block 123 swings upwards to contact with the third wedge-shaped block 125, the second wedge-shaped block 123 can upwards extrude the third wedge-shaped block 125, the seventh spring 126 is stretched, and when the second wedge-shaped block 123 upwards swings to be separated from the third wedge-shaped block 125, the seventh spring 126 is reset, and then the third wedge-shaped block 125 is driven to downwards reset, so that the second wedge-shaped block 123 can be clamped again, and the troweling block 121 can be temporarily folded.
