Abstract
The invention relates to an application device, in particular to an ointment application device for dermatology. The technical problem to be solved is as follows: provides an ointment applying device for dermatology, which does not waste ointment and does not need hands to apply the ointment. The dermatology department belongs to the surgery department, mainly treats various skin diseases, and common skin diseases comprise psoriasis, herpes, rosacea, impetigo, pyogenic bacteria infection, scars, tinea, ichthyosis, bromhidrosis, whelk, folliculitis, alopecia areata and alopecia, andrology, baby diaper rash, corns, freckles, pompholyx, mite dermatitis, vitiligo, eczema, onychomycosis, scleroderma, skin pruritus, oral cavity nursing, depilation, chloasma and the like. Many dermatologic patients require application of ointments.
At present, when ointment is applied, people usually hold the ointment with one hand, then extrude the ointment on the hand, and then apply the ointment on an affected part, so that the ointment applying mode has many problems.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device for applying ointment for dermatology which does not waste ointment and does not require hands to apply the ointment.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description, but the invention is not limited to the scope of protection and application.
Example 1
An ointment smearing device for dermatology department is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises an installation handle 1, a support rod 2, an ointment placing component, an extruding component and a fixing component, wherein the support rod 2 is welded on the front side of the bottom of the installation handle 1, the ointment placing component for placing ointment is installed on the support rod 2, the extruding component for extruding ointment in a pushing mode is arranged between the installation handle 1 and the support rod 2, and the fixing component for fixing ointment in a lifting mode is arranged between the extruding component and the installation handle 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ointment placing assembly comprises a circular ring 3, a first fixing rod 4, a second fixing rod 5 and a placing frame 6, wherein the circular ring 3 is welded in the middle of the front side of the support rod 2, the first fixing rod 4 is welded at the bottom of the circular ring 3, the second fixing rod 5 is welded at the front side of the bottom of the mounting handle 1, and the placing frame 6 is welded between the second fixing rod 5 and the inner end of the first fixing rod 4.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the fixing component comprises a second special-shaped rod 12, a first arc-shaped plate 13, a second sliding sleeve 14, a spring 15, a third special-shaped rod 16, a vertical rod 17 and a second arc-shaped plate 18, the second special-shaped rod 12 is welded in front of the left side and the right side of the installation handle 1, the first arc-shaped plate 13 is welded between the front ends of the second special-shaped rods 12, the second sliding sleeve 14 is arranged on the upper portion of the rear side of the second special-shaped rod 12 in a sliding mode, the spring 15 is welded between the bottom of the second sliding sleeve 14 and the second special-shaped rod 12, the third special-shaped rod 16 is welded between the front sides of the second sliding sleeve 14, the vertical rod 17 is welded in the middle of the front side of the third special-shaped rod 16.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: when the device is required to be used for smearing the ointment, the ointment is firstly placed in the ointment placing assembly, then the ointment is extruded out through the extruding assembly, the fixing assembly can fix the ointment in the ointment extruding process, and then the ointment can be smeared.
When the ointment needs to be placed for smearing, the ointment is firstly placed in the placing frame 6, and then the ointment can be fixed and extruded for use.
After the ointment is placed, the circular block 8 is pushed to move forwards, the first special-shaped rod 11 is further driven to move forwards, the extrusion circular through cylinder 10 is driven to move forwards, the ointment is extruded by the extrusion circular through cylinder 10, and after the ointment is extruded, the circular block 8 is pushed to move backwards to reset.
When ointment is placed, an outlet of the ointment is placed on the first arc-shaped plate 13, when the ointment needs to be fixed, the third differential rod 16 is pressed downwards, the spring 15 is compressed, the third differential rod 16 drives the vertical rod 17 and the second arc-shaped plate 18 to move downwards, the second arc-shaped plate 18 moves downwards to press the upper part of the ointment outlet, the ointment is fixed, and when the ointment needs to be loosened, the third differential rod 16 is loosened. Therefore, when the ointment is extruded, the ointment can be fixed, and the ointment can be stably extruded.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the device further comprises a connecting rod 19 and a wedge block 20, the connecting rod 19 is welded on the top of the circular block 8, the wedge blocks 20 are welded on the left end and the right end of the connecting rod 19, and the wedge blocks 20 are matched with the third differential rod 16.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the handle further comprises a nut 21 and a screw rod 22, the nut 21 is welded on the rear side of the top of the mounting handle 1, the screw rod 22 is connected in the nut 21 through threads, and the front end of the screw rod 22 is rotatably connected on the rear side of the circular block 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the device further comprises a fixing sleeve 23 and an auxiliary smearing plate 24, two fixing sleeves 23 are welded at the front part of the third differential rod 16, and the auxiliary smearing plate 24 is arranged at the front side of the fixing sleeve 23.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows: when the round block 8 moves forwards to extrude the ointment, the connecting rod 19 and the wedge-shaped block 20 are driven to move forwards, and when the wedge-shaped block 20 is contacted with the third differential rod 16, the third differential rod 16 is driven to move downwards, so that the third differential rod 16 is driven to move downwards, and the second arc-shaped plate 18 moves downwards to fix the ointment. Therefore, when the ointment is extruded, the ointment can be automatically fixed, and the equipment is more convenient to use.
When ointment needs to be extruded, the screw rod 22 can be rotated to drive the circular block 8 and the device on the circular block to move forwards to extrude the ointment, and when the circular block 8 and the device on the circular block need to be reset, the screw rod 22 is reversed to reset. Therefore, the amount of the extruded ointment is controlled through the screw rod 22, the amount of the ointment can be better controlled, and the ointment waste is prevented.
After the ointment is extruded, the ointment can be evenly smeared through the auxiliary smearing plate 24, so that the ointment does not need to be evenly smeared by hands.

3. A dermatological ointment application device as in claim 2 wherein the pressing member comprises:
the guide sleeve (7) is arranged on the installation handle (1);
the round block (8) is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve (7);
the first sliding sleeve (9) is slidably mounted on the supporting rod (2);
the extrusion round through cylinder (10) is arranged on the first sliding sleeve (9);
the first special-shaped rod (11) is arranged between the extrusion circular through cylinder (10) and the circular block (8).
4. A dermatological ointment applying apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein the fixing member includes:
the second special-shaped rod (12) is arranged on the mounting handle (1);
a first arc plate (13) mounted on the second profile bar (12);
a second sliding sleeve (14) which is slidably mounted on the second profile rod (12);
the spring (15) is arranged between the second sliding sleeve (14) and the second special-shaped rod (12);
a third differential rod (16) which is arranged on the second sliding sleeve (14);
a vertical rod (17) mounted on the third differential rod (16);
a second arc-shaped plate (18) is arranged on the vertical rod (17).
5. The dermatological ointment applying apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:
a connecting rod (19) mounted on the circular block (8);
the wedge block (20) is installed on the connecting rod (19), and the wedge block (20) is matched with the third differential rod (16).
6. The dermatological ointment applying apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:
a nut (21) mounted on the mounting grip (1);
and the screw rod (22) is arranged in the nut (21), and the screw rod (22) is connected with the round block (8).
7. The dermatological ointment applying apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:
at least two fixing sleeves (23) are arranged on the third differential rod (16);
and the auxiliary smearing plate (24) is arranged on the fixed sleeve (23).
