As shown in fig. 7, the present invention further discloses a health monitoring system capable of implementing automatic medicine supply, which includes a server, and further includes a user end in communication connection with the server and the automatic medicine supply device, wherein:
the user side is used for sending a medicine supply instruction to the automatic medicine supply device through the server;
the automatic medicine supply device is used for supplying medicine to the monitored object at regular time, fixed type and fixed quantity based on the medicine supply instruction.
The staff can send the medicine supply instruction through the user side (mobile phone, computer, tablet computer, etc.), and the remote control of the automatic medicine supply device is realized.
When the system is specifically implemented, the system further comprises a physical sign monitoring device in communication connection with the server, wherein:
the physical sign monitoring device is used for collecting physical sign information of a monitored object;
the server is used for judging whether the physical sign information of the monitored object exceeds a preset threshold value within preset time after the medicine is taken, and if so, sending first alarm information to the user side.
The server can record the daily medicine taking time, the medicine name and the medicine amount of the old, and the physical sign monitoring device can collect physical sign information of the old after the old takes the medicine. The server analyzes data in real time, analyzes and draws an intuitive statistical graph according to the measured value of related vital sign indexes, marks medicine taking time points and medicine amount in the statistical graph, judges whether medicines are suitable and effective for the old people or not, and suggests a doctor whether to change medicines or stop medicines or not.
Taking hypotensor as an example, there are five types of hypotensor, even though there are great differences between the hypotensor and the drug action of the same type. For example, diltiazem and nifedipine have weaker blood pressure reducing effect, and the heart rate is obviously reduced after the diltiazem and the nifedipine are taken; the latter has strong hypotensive effect, but produces reflex heartbeat acceleration. Doctors need to know the conditions of the heart rhythm, blood pressure level, etc. of patients to select proper hypotensor for them. After the medicine is taken for a period of time, the blood pressure value of the patient is observed, a daily blood pressure change graph is drawn for the doctor to judge whether the medicine is changed or stopped, and the hypotension is avoided. If the abnormal reaction occurs after the patient takes a certain medicine or takes a plurality of medicines simultaneously, the medicine is stopped in time. Judging whether the medicines are infused or the patient feels uncomfortable. If the medicines are mixed, the medicines are recorded and put in storage as the basis for judging the medicines. If the patient has abnormal reaction to a certain medicine, the independent case history of the patient is recorded and used as a reference for later medication.
When the system is specifically implemented, the system further comprises a physical sign monitoring device in communication connection with the server, wherein:
the physical sign monitoring device is used for collecting physical sign information of a monitored object;
the server is used for judging whether the physical sign information of the monitored object exceeds the warning threshold value, and if so, sending second warning information to the user side.
In the invention, the physical sign monitoring device can monitor physical signs such as heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, body temperature and the like in real time, and the server can draw a long-term dynamic change graph of the parameters so as to reflect the physical condition of the old. If the measured value of the vital sign of the old people deviates from the standard value (warning threshold value), the server can send an alarm to the user terminal or other voice alarm devices and inform the position of the old people, so that medical staff can quickly drive the old people to the position.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that, while the invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
