The ostomy device of the present application, comprising: an intestinal juice containing part and a negative pressure forming part.
The intestinal fluid container includes a bag body 10 and a bottle body 16.
A bayonet 11 is formed on a side surface of an upper end of the bag body 10, and the bayonet 11 is used for being combined to the ostomy base plate. A first joint 15 is formed at the lower end of the bag body; a first conductive material 24a and a second conductive material 24b are formed on both sides of the bag 10. The first conductive material 24a and the second conductive material 24b are preferably disposed in the middle of the sheet of the pouch body, and may be thin metal sheets or conductive fabrics. The first conductive material 24a and the second conductive material 24b are opposed to each other, and constitute two electrode plates of the capacitor 24.
The upper end of the flask 16 includes a hose 17; the upper end of the hose 17 is connected to the first connector 15 of the bag 10; the upper end of the vial 16 is also formed with a second port 18. The vials 16 are made of glass or rigid plastic.
The negative pressure forming part includes: a control unit 21, a capacitance measuring circuit 22, an air pump driving circuit 23, and an air pump 25. The control unit 21 may be implemented by a single chip microcomputer. The capacitance measuring circuit 22 is used for measuring the capacitance value of the capacitor 24; and sends the measured capacitance value to the control unit 21; the air pump 25 is connected to the second port 18 of the bottle body; the control unit 21 judges the position of the intestinal juice in the bag body according to the change of the capacitance value of the capacitor 24; when the intestinal juice is judged to reach the first preset position, the air pump driving circuit 23 is triggered to work, the air pump driving circuit 23 drives the air pump to suck the air in the bottle body 16, so that negative pressure is formed in the bottle body 16, and the intestinal juice in the bag body 10 is sucked into the bottle body; and when the intestinal fluid is judged to reach the second preset position, the air pump driving circuit 23 is stopped to work.
A film sheet 12 is formed on the inner side of the bag body 10; the upper end of the film sheet 12 is fixed to one side surface of the inner side of the bag body 10, and the lower end of the film sheet 12 is free. The film sheet 12 is provided along the width direction of the bag body 10. The film sheets 12 are respectively provided on both inner sides of the bag body 10, and the film sheets 12 on both sides are alternately provided. The film sheet 12 is used to prevent the intestinal fluid from flowing backward in the pouch body 10. When intestinal fluid flows back, the lower end of the membrane sheet 12 is lifted by the intestinal fluid, thereby forming a barrier to the backflow of intestinal fluid.
The lower edge 13 of the bag body 10 is formed to be inclined. A first port 15 is formed at a position downstream of the inclined lower edge 13. This is provided to ensure that the first port 15 is at the lowermost position of the entire bag body.
A protruding piece 14 is formed on the bag body 10, and a first connection electrode 24a1 and a second connection electrode 24b1 are formed on both sides of the protruding piece 14; the first conductive material 24a is electrically connected to the first connection electrode 24a1, and the second conductive material 24b is electrically connected to the second connection electrode 24b 1.
The first and second connection electrodes 24a1 and 24b1 are convex, respectively.
The negative pressure forming portion is loaded on the clip. The clip includes a first clip arm 31 and a second clip arm 32.
The control unit 21, the capacitance measuring circuit 22 and the air pump driving circuit 23 are formed in the first clamping arm 31 of the clamp; a third connection electrode 33 is formed at the front end of the first arm 31, and a fourth connection electrode 34 is formed at the front end of the second arm 32; the third and fourth connecting electrodes 33, 34 are connected to the capacitance measuring circuit through wires 35, 36, respectively; the third connection electrode 33 is used to make electrical contact with the first connection electrode 24a1, and the fourth connection electrode 34 is used to make electrical contact with the second connection electrode 24b 1.
The front ends of the first clamping arm 31 and the second clamping arm 32 are respectively provided with a recess; when the clip is held on the tab 14, the recesses of the front ends of the first and second clip arms 31 and 32 are engaged with the first and second connection electrodes 24a1 and 24b1 protruding from the tab 14 of the bag 10, whereby the clip is fixed to the bag 10 while the first and third connection electrodes 24a1 and 33 are brought into electrical contact and the second and fourth connection electrodes 24b1 and 34 are brought into electrical contact.
When the device is used, the clamp clamps the lug of the bag body, so that the capacitance value of the capacitor can be measured by the capacitance measuring circuit; the control unit judges the position of the intestinal juice in the bag body according to the capacitance value, thereby controlling the work of the air pump through the air pump driving circuit, and the air pump forms negative pressure in the bottle body, so the intestinal juice is sucked into the bottle body from the bag body. On one hand, the secondary structure prevents negative pressure from directly forming suction on the stoma; on the other hand, the bottle body is convenient to replace or empty, and during replacement or emptying, the bag bodies can temporarily bear the task of containing intestinal juice, so that the service life of each bag body can be prolonged. Furthermore, the bag body is only a buffer stage in the secondary storage, so that it does not have to be made very bulky, whereby the weight thereof also has a relatively small pulling effect on the stoma formed on the patient's body, improving the comfort of the ostomy bag.
