Background
The mask is a sanitary article, generally refers to a device which is worn at the mouth and nose part and used for filtering air entering the mouth and nose so as to prevent harmful gas, smell and spray from entering and exiting the mouth and nose of a wearer, and is made of gauze or paper and the like. The mask has a certain filtering function on air entering the lung, and has a very good effect when being worn in respiratory infectious diseases and working in environments polluted by dust and the like.
Pneumonia, an inflammation of the terminal airways, alveoli and lung interstitium; pneumonia can be caused by various bacteria and viruses, but most of the bacteria and viruses are streptococcus pneumoniae, and the type III of the streptococcus pneumoniae is most pathogenic. A few are pneumococcus, staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, haemophilus influenzae, etc. Pneumonia is not caused if the bacterium-eliminating self-cleaning function of respiratory tract and the resistance of organism are normal. When the respiratory defense function is weakened due to cold, over-fatigue, intoxication, cold, diabetes, hypoimmunity, etc., bacteria or viruses invade into alveoli and the permeability of capillaries in alveolar walls is enhanced by allergic reaction, serous fluid and cellulose exude, bacteria in protein-rich exudate rapidly proliferate and spread to adjacent lung tissues through the alveolar foramen or respiratory bronchioles, and pneumonia is caused by spreading to one lung segment or the whole lung lobe.
Most of current medical gauze mask are the disposable gauze mask of non-woven fabrics, certain dustproof and strain the fungus function has, but can not kill the germ, but the germ of hospital is more, the gauze mask can show better dustproof and strain the fungus performance when just beginning to use, but along with the extension of wearing time, the germ on gauze mask surface is amassed more and more, it is also more and more weak to strain the fungus performance, the gauze mask has also lost the guard action, consequently under the severe form of present new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention, it is all right to develop an antiviral effect, the gauze mask that can use for a long time, become the hot subject that an urgent need of solving in this field.
Chinese patent publication No. CN103948188B discloses a traditional Chinese medicine protective mask filter element for purifying PM2.5, which comprises a three-layer structure, from outside to inside, a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer, an activated carbon fiber nonwoven fabric layer and an inner lining cotton woven layer are sequentially arranged, the layers are bonded by hot melt adhesive, and the periphery of the outer side of the inner lining cotton woven layer is provided with non-setting adhesive. The preparation method of the activated carbon fiber type non-woven fabric layer is that the activated carbon fiber type non-woven fabric is sprayed with the mixed extract of traditional Chinese medicine. The mask filter element is simple in structure, low in cost, simple to manufacture and strong in filtering and adsorbing effects, the traditional Chinese medicine nursing leaching solution is adopted to moisten the lung and treat respiratory diseases, the non-setting adhesive is applied to the connection of the mask filter element and the mask main body for the first time, the operation is simple and convenient, the efficiency is improved, and resources are saved. However, the antibacterial and antibacterial effects of the mask are not considered by the mask filter element.

Balb/c mice are used as test animals, the male and female halves of the animals are randomly divided into 3 groups according to sex and weight, each group comprises 30 animals, and the animals are divided into a negative control group, a model group and an administration group. The animals in the model group and the administration group were infected with the mouse lung adaptive strain of the new coronary pneumonia virus by nasal drip under ether light anesthesia, and the virus amount was 2 times half lethal dose (2LD 50). Observing whether the infection is successful, selecting 10 mice successfully infected in each group, continuing to administer the medicine for 5 days, qd, adopting atomization inhalation to administer the medicine, suspending the medicine in 20mL of distilled water when in use, and filtering by a microporous membrane. The negative control group and the model group were administered with 2mL/kg of physiological saline, and the administration group was 2g/kg (crude drug, example 1). Dosing was stopped after viral infection, observed for 2 weeks, and animal mortality, survival number, mortality, and mean survival time were calculated as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 survival time of groups of mice
Note: compared to the model group,: p < 0.05, x: p is less than 0.01; extended life ═ time to foggy group mean-model group mean/model group mean x 100.
The test results show that: in Table 1, the lung index of the model group was significantly increased (P < 0.01) compared to that of the negative control group, indicating successful modeling. Compared with the model group, the lung index of the atomization group is remarkably reduced, and the difference has statistical significance (P is less than 0.05 or P is less than 0.01), which shows that the filter element pressed tablet can reduce the lung index, and the administration group achieves 28.6 percent in the aspect of lung index inhibition rate, which shows that the filter element pressed tablet plays a certain role in preventing new corolla pneumovirus; as can be seen from Table 2, the average survival time of the animals in the model group was about 12.78 days. The average survival time of animals in the atomized group is prolonged, about 14-18 days, the life rate of the animals is prolonged to more than 70%, and compared with a virus control group, the difference is statistically significant (P is less than 0.01).
