The lifting cylinder drives the tool rest to move up and down, and the driving mechanism drives the tool rest to rotate in the horizontal plane. A cutting unit is mounted on the tool holder.
As shown in fig. 4, the cutting unit comprises a first cutting knife 4, a plurality of second cutting knives 5 arranged on the left and right sides of the first cutting knife, a pair of swing rods 6 arranged between the first cutting knife and the second cutting knives and between the adjacent second cutting knives, and a swing cylinder 7 driving the swing rods to swing, as shown in fig. 5, the first cutting knife is rectangular, the bottom of the first cutting knife is a first knife edge 41, a first fixing block 42 is fixed on the top of the first cutting knife, two mounting blocks 43 are arranged on the first fixing block, and the first fixing block and the knife rest can be conveniently and fixedly connected through the mounting blocks. As shown in fig. 6, the second cutter has the same shape as the first cutter, the bottom of the second cutter 5 is provided with a second blade 51, and the first and second cutters are always arranged in parallel. The top of the second cutting knife is provided with a second fixed block 52 and a third fixed block 53, and the tops of the second fixed block and the third fixed block are both fixed with a slide block 54 which is used for being connected with a slide groove at the bottom of the knife rest in a sliding way. Two swing rods which are arranged in pairs are arranged in a crossed mode and are connected in a hinged mode, fixed support lugs 55 are fixed on the mounting block on the rear side of the first cutting knife and the second fixing block on the rear side of the second cutting knife, movable support lugs 56 are slidably mounted on the mounting block on the front side of the first cutting knife and the third fixing block on the front side of the second cutting knife, the first end of each swing rod is hinged to the fixed support lug, and the second end of each swing rod is hinged to the movable support lug. A swing cylinder 7 is respectively arranged between a swing rod on the left side and the right side of the first cutting knife and close to the first cutting knife and the first fixed block, and the swing cylinders drive the swing rods on the left side and the right side of the first cutting knife to swing so as to drive the second cutting knife to move relative to the first cutting knife and the adjacent second cutting knives to move relative to each other; at the moment, the movable lug slides along the third fixed block.
