The metal surface is painted to protect the casing from oxidation and corrosion.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a base module circuit board of a circuit module of a chassis according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the basic module circuit board of the circuit module includes 8 phase plates 21 and 8 combining plates 22, the butt joint mode of the circuit board is that the 8 phase plates 21 are placed in front in parallel, the 8 combining plates are placed in back vertically, the gray color in the figure is shown as the phase plates 21, and the white color is shown as the combining plates 22.
Specifically, taking a phase plate and a junction plate as an example, the way of connecting the circuit boards is shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a circuit board docking manner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the circuit board is butted in such a manner that the picture frame plate 21 is placed in parallel at the front and the circuit board 22 is placed vertically at the rear.
Of course, the placement of the circuit board is not limited to this manner, and may be in other forms, as appropriate to the particular situation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the chassis comprises a plurality of brackets, wherein the plurality of brackets comprise a first bracket for fixing the module and a second bracket for installing each circuit board in a plugging manner.
Corresponding to fig. 2 and 3, a schematic view of the second bracket is shown in fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a second bracket of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the second frame is composed of a plurality of second frame members, including 8 parallel front second frame members 41 and 8 vertical rear second frame members 42.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second bracket is made of an aluminum plate and/or a galvanized steel plate, and the surface of the second bracket is anodized and is used for installing each circuit board in a plugging mode. The coated steel plate can make the bracket have good corrosion resistance, painting property, decoration and good formability. The surface is anodized to improve corrosion resistance, enhance wear resistance and hardness and protect the metal surface.
Specifically, taking as an example a parallel forward second frame member and a vertical rearward second frame member, the second frame member interfaces in the manner shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the manner in which the parts of the second bracket are butted against each other according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the second holder is formed by a second holder member 41 disposed in front of the second holder member in parallel and a second holder member 42 disposed in rear of the second holder member in vertical direction, in the same manner as the circuit board.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second support is provided with a slotting groove position, and the slotting groove position is used for guiding and radiating.
In addition, the second bracket has various structural forms, except for the structural form that a plurality of second bracket parts which are arranged in parallel are arranged in front and a plurality of second bracket parts which are arranged vertically are arranged in back as shown in fig. 4, the structural form can be other structural forms, and the structural form can be manufactured according to the actual situation.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an 8 x 8 base module of a circuit module of a chassis according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the 8 × 8 basic module of the circuit module is composed of 8 amplitude plates 21, 8 combining plates 22, a second support member 41 disposed in front of and parallel to each other, and a second support member 42 disposed in back of and perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, each circuit board is assembled on the second support in a plug-in mode according to a circuit board butt joint mode in which the amplitude plate is arranged in front in parallel and the combiner plate is arranged behind in vertical, and therefore the 8 x 8 basic module of the circuit module is formed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second bracket is utilized to assemble the basic modules of the circuit boards in a plugging mode, so that the original mode of fixing the circuit boards by machining and molding aluminum plates is changed, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a 16 x 16 module of a circuit module of an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 7, the 16 × 16 modules of the circuit module are composed of 4 8 × 8 base modules 71 and a first bracket 72.
In the embodiment of the invention, each basic module is fixed by using the first bracket so as to form the circuit module of the case, and the first bracket is provided with the slotting groove position for guiding and radiating.
Specifically, to form a 16 × 16 module, 4 basic 8 × 8 modules as shown in fig. 6 are fixed by the first bracket, thereby forming a 16 × 16 module.
Here, the first bracket is used to fix the module, and the structure for fixing the module is various, such as a guide rail, and thus the structure of the first bracket is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a shield case of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the shield case 81 has a cabinet shape.
The shielding shell is arranged in the case body and used for shielding electromagnetic radiation of the module with strong electromagnetic radiation and poor interference resistance in the case. In the embodiment of the invention, the shielding shell is covered on the circuit module, and the circuit module is assembled and fixed by the first bracket and the second bracket, so that the first bracket and the second bracket for assembling and fixing the circuit module are also arranged in the shielding shell.
Here, the shielding case may be in various forms, and may be manufactured according to circumstances.
According to the case provided by the embodiment of the invention, the shielding shell is used for carrying out electromagnetic shielding, and the plurality of supports are used for carrying out module installation and fixation, so that the mode that the module fixation mode in the case is formed by processing and molding an aluminum plate is changed, the case is simple and convenient to assemble, and the assembly efficiency of the case is improved.

2. The chassis according to claim 1, wherein the chassis body and the shielding case are made of sheet metal, and a surface of the chassis body is painted.
3. The chassis of claim 1, wherein the plurality of brackets are made of aluminum plate or galvanized steel plate, and the surface of the brackets is anodized.
4. The chassis of claim 1, wherein the plurality of brackets have slotted slots through which the circuit module is guided and dissipated of heat.
5. A cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of brackets are disposed within a shielding shell.
