Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of soldering operation, in particular to a fixing device.
Background
The power devices (IPM, rectifier bridge, IGBT, power diode and the like) of the control panel of the inverter air conditioner can generate a large amount of heat during the operation of the air conditioner, and in order to ensure the normal operation of the inverter air conditioner, the heat needs to be dissipated through a radiator, and if the heat dissipation is poor, the panel explosion can be caused. During production, a plurality of power devices are required to be tightly attached to the radiator, and a certain height is required to be kept with the PCB at the same time, and the height is high to the accuracy (plus or minus 0.3mm), so that the welding height of the power devices such as the module becomes the key of module welding.
The welding mode of the power device is generally wave welding. The wave soldering assembly process needs manual height setting and welding, and the operation flow is as follows:
(1) the height of a chock fixture positioning module (IGBT, a diode, a triode and a rectifier bridge) is used;
(2) manually pressing the element lightly, and performing manual soldering;
(3) and taking out the chock block tool for positioning.
The height fixing process needs more personnel, the assembly process is complex, and the labor intensity of the workers is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a fixing device to solve the problem of high labor intensity of soldering operation in the prior art.

In order to support a circuit board mounted on the pallet 1, in the fixing device of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the pallet 1 includes: a housing groove 13 in which the support member 2 is disposed; a connecting hole 14, through which the support member 2 is inserted; the supporting member 2 is provided with a first fixing hole 22, the supporting plate 1 is provided with a second fixing hole 12 matched with the first fixing hole 22, and the supporting plate 1 is connected with the supporting member 2 through a fixing piece arranged in the second fixing hole 12 and the first fixing hole 22 in a penetrating manner. Thus, the supporting member 2 is disposed below the circuit board, and the height of the entire fixing device does not need to be increased, simplifying the overall structure of the fixing device.
Specifically, the supporting member 2 and the supporting posts 21 on the supporting member 2 in this embodiment can be configured differently according to the requirements of different circuit boards, and by adopting the above arrangement, the supporting member 2 can be replaced conveniently, so as to meet the requirements of different welding operations.

In order to ensure the welding quality, in the fixing device of the present embodiment, the fixing device further includes a backing plate 4, the backing plate 4 is disposed in the accommodating groove 13, and the backing plate 4 is disposed between the supporting plate 1 and the circuit board. Thus, when welding operation is carried out, the backing plate 4 can play a role in protecting and supporting the circuit board, and the circuit board is prevented from being deformed by heat. The backing plate 4 has perforations 42 for the support columns 21 to pass through. Thus, the support column can pass through the backing plate 4 to support the parts to be welded.
Specifically, the backing plate 4 and the through holes 42 on the backing plate 4 in this embodiment can be configured differently according to different circuit board requirements, and by adopting the above arrangement, the backing plate 4 can be replaced conveniently, so as to meet different welding operation requirements.
In the fixing device of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the support member 2 includes a support portion 23 and a connecting portion 24 for being inserted into the connecting hole 14; the support column 21 is disposed on the support portion 23, and a limit surface 25 is disposed between the support portion 23 and the connecting portion 24. Thus, when the supporting component 2 is installed on the supporting plate 1, the limiting surface 25 can play a role in positioning, thereby facilitating the operation of operators and saving the operation time.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in the fixing device of the present embodiment, a mounting portion 26 for mounting a support column 21 is provided on a support member 2, and at least a portion of the support column 21 is telescopically arranged in a direction perpendicular to a surface of a circuit board near a member to be soldered. During production operation, the positions of the parts to be welded are required to be on the same horizontal plane, the complicated operation environment often causes the positions of the parts to be welded to be out of the requirements, the pressing block 31 is arranged according to the preset position through the arrangement, and when the pressing block 31 presses the parts to be welded, the supporting column 21 can be adjusted in a telescopic mode according to the position of the pressing block 31, so that the parts to be welded can be fixed according to the preset position, and the quality of welding operation is guaranteed.
In the fixing device of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 7, the supporting column 21 is a pogo pin, and the mounting portion 26 has a mounting groove for mounting the pogo pin; the spring thimble is provided with an end surface 211 used for being abutted with a part to be welded; when the end surface 211 is not affected by external force, the longest distance between the end surface 211 and the upper surface of the supporting plate 1 is H, wherein the value range of H is 0.5mm to 0.7 mm. In the present embodiment, the longest distance between the end surface 211 and the upper surface of the pallet 1 is the longest distance between the end surface 211 and the upper surface of the pallet 1 in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the pallet 1.
Further, when the end surface 211 of the pogo pin is pressed to a position flush with the upper end surface of the mounting portion 26, the pushing force of the pogo pin against the member to be welded is F, and in this embodiment, F is in a range of 1N to 2N.
