The electronic device 50 also includes at least one communication interface 540. Communications interface 540 allows software and data to be transferred between electronic device 50 and external devices via communications path 541. In various embodiments of the present invention, communication interface 540 allows data to be transferred between electronic device 50 and a data communication network, such as a public data or private data communication network. The communication interface 540 may be used to exchange data between different electronic devices 50, which electronic devices 50 form part of an interconnected computer network. Examples of communication interface 540 may include a modem, a network interface (such as an ethernet card), a communication port, an antenna with associated circuitry, and so forth. The communication interface 540 may be wired or may be wireless. Software and data transferred via communications interface 540 are in the form of signals which may be electronic, magnetic, optical or other signals capable of being received by communications interface 540. These signals are provided to a communications interface via a communications path 541.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 50 also includes a display interface 531 for performing operations to render images to an associated display 530, and an audio interface 532 for performing operations to play audio content through associated speakers 533.
In this document, the term "computer program product" may refer, in part, to: a removable storage unit 513, a removable storage unit 521, a hard disk installed in the hard disk drive 511, or a carrier wave carrying software through a communication path 541 (wireless link or cable) to a communication interface 540. Computer-readable storage media refers to any non-transitory tangible storage medium that provides recorded instructions and/or data to electronic device 50 for execution and/or processing. Examples of such storage media include floppy disks, magnetic tape, CD-ROMs, DVDs, Blu-ray optical disks, hard drives, ROMs, or integrated circuits, USB memory, magneto-optical disks, or a computer-readable card, such as a PCMCIA card, among others, whether internal or external to the electronic device 50. Transitory or non-tangible computer-readable transmission media may also participate in providing software, applications, instructions, and/or data to the electronic device 50, examples of such transmission media including radio or infrared transmission channels, network connections to another computer or another networked device, and the internet or intranet including e-mail transmissions and information recorded on websites and the like.
Computer programs (also called computer program code) are stored in the main memory 503 and/or the secondary memory 510. Computer programs may also be received via communications interface 540. Such computer programs, when executed, enable the electronic device 50 to perform one or more features of embodiments discussed herein. In various embodiments, the computer programs, when executed, enable the processor 501 to perform the features of the embodiments described above. Accordingly, such computer programs represent controllers of the computer system 50.
The software may be stored in a computer program product and loaded into electronic device 50 using removable storage drive 512, hard disk drive 511, or interface 520. Alternatively, the computer program product may be downloaded to computer system 50 over communications path 541. The software, when executed by the processor 501, causes the electronic device 50 to perform the functions of the embodiments described herein.
It should be understood that the embodiment of fig. 5 is given by way of example only. Accordingly, in some embodiments, one or more features of electronic device 50 may be omitted. Also, in some embodiments, one or more features of electronic device 50 may be combined together. Additionally, in some embodiments, one or more features of electronic device 50 may be separated into one or more components.
It will be appreciated that the elements shown in fig. 5 serve to provide a means for performing the various functions and operations of the server described in the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, a server may be generally described as a physical device including at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code. The at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the physical device to perform necessary operations.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the functions of the method shown in fig. 2-3.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by an electronic device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present specification may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present specification.

Claims (11)

1. A method for acquiring stock right data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring data of a company main body after stock right change;
determining a complete condition met by the data after the stock right change, and calculating the stock right data to be checked according to a preset algorithm corresponding to the complete condition;
and matching the data of the right of stock to be checked with the comparison object, and taking the successfully matched data of the right of stock to be checked as effective right of stock data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the post-equity change data includes equity funding information for an equity holder and equity proportion information;
the step of determining the complete condition met by the data after the stock right change and calculating the data of the stock right to be checked according to a preset algorithm corresponding to the complete condition comprises the following steps:
when the complete condition met by the data after the stock right change is that the stock right proportion information of the stock east is empty, or the funding data of the stock east and the stock right proportion information are not empty, calculating the stock right proportion information of the stock east according to the funding information of the stock east to obtain the stock right data to be verified;
and when the complete condition met by the data after the stock right change comprises that the funding data of the shareholder is empty, the stock right proportion information in the data after the stock right change is the stock right data to be checked.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the rights-changed data includes a plurality of stakeholders;
the step of determining the complete condition met by the data after the stock right change, and calculating the stock right data to be checked of the shareholder according to a preset algorithm corresponding to the complete condition comprises the following steps:
and when the complete condition met by the data after the stock right change is that the stock right proportion information parts of the plurality of stock owners are empty, calculating the stock right proportion information of the empty part of the stock owners according to the investment information of the stock owners, and taking the stock right proportion information of all the stock owners as the data to be checked and verified.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the matching of the stock right data to be checked of the shareholder with the comparison object and the using of the successfully matched stock right data to be checked as the valid stock right data comprises:
and judging whether the difference value between the stock right proportion information in the stock right data to be checked and the stock right proportion information in the data after the stock right change is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, if so, determining that the matching between the stock right data to be checked and the comparison object is successful, and taking the stock right data to be checked as effective stock right data.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises: acquiring stock ratio information in the current stock data of the company main body;
matching the stock right data to be checked of the shareholder with the comparison object, and taking the successfully matched stock right data to be checked as effective stock right data, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the sharing right proportion information of the sharing right data to be checked and checked is judged to be matched with the sharing right proportion information of the current sharing right data, acquiring registered capital data and the funding information of shareholders in the changed sharing right data;
and calculating whether the funding information and value of the shareholder are the registered capital data, if so, determining that the matching with the comparison object in the to-be-checked stock right data is successful, and using the to-be-checked stock right data as effective stock right data.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring pre-stock right change data of a company main body;
determining change information according to the data before the stock right change and the data after the stock right change, wherein the change information comprises change personnel and change time;
and generating a change data chain with change time and change personnel according to the change information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises: the stock right before-change data and the stock right after-change data are multiple, and each stock right after-change data corresponds to one stock right before-change data and change time;
the determining change information according to the pre-stock right change data and the post-stock right change data includes:
for any two adjacent data after the stock right change, judging whether the data before the stock right change corresponding to the data after the next stock right change is consistent with the data after the previous stock right change;
and if the data are consistent, determining the change information according to the data before the stock right change and the data after the stock right change.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining the change information according to the acquired post-stock right change data and pre-stock right change data further comprises:
if not, updating the change time corresponding to the data after the previous stock right is changed according to a preset rule;
and determining the change information according to the data before the stock right change and the data after the stock right change after the change time is updated.
9. An acquisition apparatus of stock right data, comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the data of the company main body after the stock right is changed;
the data calculation module is used for determining the complete condition met by the data after the stock right is changed and calculating the stock right data to be checked according to a preset algorithm corresponding to the complete condition;
and the effective data acquisition module is used for matching the data of the right to be checked with the comparison object and taking the successfully matched data of the right to be checked as effective right data.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the acquisition method of the stock right data according to any one of claims 1 to 8 by executing the executable instructions.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the method for acquiring rights data according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
