the ordering stage corresponding to the operating system comprises a service order creating module, an application sample getting module, a sample ex-warehouse checking module and a suspension judging module, wherein the sample ex-warehouse checking module is connected with the service order creating module, the application sample getting module, the sample ex-warehouse checking module and the suspension judging module are sequentially connected, and the suspension judging module is used for judging whether the ex-warehouse samples are suspended or not;
the operating system comprises a sample returning checking module, an experiment detection report issuing module and a service type judging module corresponding to an experiment stage, wherein the sample returning checking module is used for judging whether a returned sample is put in a warehouse or not after the experiment is finished;
the data analysis stage corresponding to the operating system comprises a data analysis report issuing module, and the data analysis report issuing module is connected with the service type judgment module;
the project delivery stage corresponding to the operating system comprises a project auditing module, a tail audit module, an invoice newly-built module, a satisfaction feedback module and an ending module, wherein the project auditing module is connected with the service type judging module and the data analysis report issuing module, and the project auditing module, the tail audit module, the invoice newly-built module, the satisfaction feedback module and the ending module are sequentially connected.
2. The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 1, wherein the service order creation module is connected to the project type determination module.

The metabonomic experiment automation operating system of claim 2, wherein the operating system further comprises an outsourcing judging module, a supplier contact module and a supplier data uploading module corresponding to the order placing stage, wherein the outsourcing judging module is used for judging whether the experiment is outsourcing or not and is positioned between the service order new building module and the sample application module;
the outsourcing judgment module, the supplier contact module and the supplier data uploading module are sequentially connected, and the supplier data uploading module is connected with the project auditing module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 3, wherein the operating system further comprises a qualitative analysis sheet creation module corresponding to the order-placing stage, and the qualitative analysis sheet creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the data analysis report issuing module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 4, wherein the operating system further comprises a data analysis service sheet creation module corresponding to the order placing stage, and the data analysis service sheet creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the data analysis report issuing module.

The metabonomic experiment automation operating system of claim 5, wherein the operating system further comprises a new split service order creation module corresponding to the order placing stage, and the new split service order creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the tail money audit module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 6, wherein the operating system further comprises an accredited money approval module and an accredited invoice issuing module corresponding to the ordering stage, wherein the accredited money approval module is connected with the project type judgment module, and the accredited money approval module, the accredited invoice issuing module and the ending module are sequentially connected.

The working method of the metabonomics experiment automation operating system of claim 7 is characterized in that when metabonomics experiments are carried out, the module is started to automatically trigger, the project name is input, the project type judging module works, and the judging project is metabonomics overall experiment service, qualitative analysis service, data analysis service, splitting service or purchasing money examination and approval service;
if the system is served for the metabonomics integral experiment, in a sample collection stage, a client fills in a sample information sheet filling module, an information sheet approval module approves the information sheet, whether approval is passed or not is judged, after approval is passed, samples required by the experiment are put into a warehouse, and a sample warehousing checking module simultaneously checks; then entering a placing stage, newly building a service order in a service order newly building module, judging whether the experiment needs to be outsourced by an outsourcing judgment module, if not, applying for a sample in a sample application module, and taking the corresponding sample out of the warehouse, simultaneously checking by a sample out-of-warehouse checking module, and hanging the judgment module to work to judge whether the sample is hung; then entering an experiment stage, returning the corresponding sample after the metabonomics experiment is finished, warehousing the sample, checking by a sample returning and checking module, issuing an experiment detection report by an experiment detection report issuing module within a certain time, inputting a service type name after a client receives the experiment detection report, and judging the service type by a service type judging module; then entering a data analysis stage, if the service type is that the data analysis report is continuously provided, the data analysis report providing module provides a corresponding data analysis report within a certain time, then entering a project delivery stage, if the service type is that the data analysis report is not required to be continuously provided, the data analysis report providing module directly enters the project delivery stage, after the project auditing module audits the project type, the tailing auditing module audits the tailing of the corresponding project which is not yet paid, after the client delivers the tailing, the project is delivered, meanwhile, a new delivery receipt is created by a delivery receipt creating module, after the client receives the goods, the satisfaction degree is fed back by a satisfaction degree feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers, and the whole metabonomics experiment service is completed; if outsourcing is carried out, the supplier is contacted with a supplier through a supplier contact module for delivery, corresponding supplier information is uploaded through a supplier data uploading module at the same time, an outsourcing additional experiment is waited, a project delivery stage is entered after the experiment is finished, a project type is audited through a project auditing module, a payment auditing module audits payment which is not yet paid in a corresponding project, a project is delivered after a client delivers payment, a delivery bill is newly built through a delivery bill newly-building module, after the client receives the goods, the satisfaction is fed back through a satisfaction feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers, and the whole metabolic integrated experiment service is completed;
if the service is qualitative analysis service, in a next order stage, a qualitative analysis order is newly built through a qualitative analysis order newly-built module, qualitative analysis data is issued within a certain time, a data analysis report issuing module issues a data analysis report, then a project delivery stage is entered, after a project type is audited by a project auditing module, a payment auditing module audits payment due to the fact that a corresponding project is not yet paid, after a customer delivers payment due, the project is delivered, a delivery order newly-built module is used for building a delivery order, after the customer receives the goods, after the satisfaction degree is fed back through a satisfaction degree feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers, and the whole qualitative analysis service is completed;
if the service is data analysis service, in a next order stage, a data analysis service order is newly built through a data analysis service order newly building module, a data analysis report issuing module issues a data analysis report within a certain time, then a project delivery stage is entered, after the project type is audited by the project audit module, a payment audit module audits payment of a payment due to a corresponding project, after a customer delivers payment due, the project is delivered, meanwhile, a delivery order is newly built through a delivery order newly building module, after the customer receives the goods, the satisfaction is fed back through a satisfaction feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers, and the whole data analysis service is completed;
if the service is the splitting service, in the next order stage, a splitting service order is newly built through a splitting service order building module, then a project delivery stage is entered, a tail money auditing module audits tail money which is not yet redeemed by a corresponding project, after a client delivers the tail money, the project is delivered, meanwhile, a delivery order building module builds a delivery order, and after the client receives the goods, after the satisfaction degree is fed back through a satisfaction degree feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers the whole splitting service to be completed;
if the approval service is the approval service of the purchased money, in the next ordering stage, the approval module of the purchased money approves the purchased money, the purchase and delivery bill issuing module issues the purchase and delivery bill, and the ending module automatically triggers the approval service of the purchased money to be completed.
