The metabonomic experiment automation operating system of claim 2, wherein the operating system further comprises an outsourcing judging module, a supplier contact module and a supplier data uploading module corresponding to the order placing stage, wherein the outsourcing judging module is used for judging whether the experiment is outsourcing or not and is positioned between the service order new building module and the sample application module;
the outsourcing judgment module, the supplier contact module and the supplier data uploading module are sequentially connected, and the supplier data uploading module is connected with the project auditing module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 3, wherein the operating system further comprises a qualitative analysis sheet creation module corresponding to the order-placing stage, and the qualitative analysis sheet creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the data analysis report issuing module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 4, wherein the operating system further comprises a data analysis service sheet creation module corresponding to the order placing stage, and the data analysis service sheet creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the data analysis report issuing module.

The metabonomic experiment automation operating system of claim 5, wherein the operating system further comprises a new split service order creation module corresponding to the order placing stage, and the new split service order creation module is connected with the project type judgment module and the tail money audit module.

The metabonomic experimental automation operating system of claim 6, wherein the operating system further comprises an accredited money approval module and an accredited invoice issuing module corresponding to the ordering stage, wherein the accredited money approval module is connected with the project type judgment module, and the accredited money approval module, the accredited invoice issuing module and the ending module are sequentially connected.

The working method of the metabonomics experiment automation operating system of claim 7 is characterized in that when metabonomics experiments are carried out, the module is started to automatically trigger, the project name is input, the project type judging module works, and the judging project is metabonomics overall experiment service, qualitative analysis service, data analysis service, splitting service or purchasing money examination and approval service;

if the service is qualitative analysis service, in a next order stage, a qualitative analysis order is newly built through a qualitative analysis order newly-built module, qualitative analysis data is issued within a certain time, a data analysis report issuing module issues a data analysis report, then a project delivery stage is entered, after a project type is audited by a project auditing module, a payment auditing module audits payment due to the fact that a corresponding project is not yet paid, after a customer delivers payment due, the project is delivered, a delivery order newly-built module is used for building a delivery order, after the customer receives the goods, after the satisfaction degree is fed back through a satisfaction degree feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers, and the whole qualitative analysis service is completed;

if the service is the splitting service, in the next order stage, a splitting service order is newly built through a splitting service order building module, then a project delivery stage is entered, a tail money auditing module audits tail money which is not yet redeemed by a corresponding project, after a client delivers the tail money, the project is delivered, meanwhile, a delivery order building module builds a delivery order, and after the client receives the goods, after the satisfaction degree is fed back through a satisfaction degree feedback module, an ending module automatically triggers the whole splitting service to be completed;
if the approval service is the approval service of the purchased money, in the next ordering stage, the approval module of the purchased money approves the purchased money, the purchase and delivery bill issuing module issues the purchase and delivery bill, and the ending module automatically triggers the approval service of the purchased money to be completed.
