Abstract

A method and a system for automatically loading configuration files of an intelligent substation utilize a substation control layer network as a transmission channel to realize communication between a configuration file control server and secondary equipment comprising a response loading module, wherein the configuration file control server comprises an authority confirmation module, an SCD file calling module, an SCD file control module and an SCD file downloading module; based on the automatic loading system, an automatic closed loading environment from a terminal version of the SCD file to a secondary equipment terminal is realized, the consistency and accuracy of the SCD file in the loading process are ensured, manual intervention is reduced, the loading efficiency is improved, and the safety risk of the SCD file in the loading process is reduced. The existing equipment and transmission channels in the station are utilized to the utmost extent, only part of equipment and software programs are added, excessive additional investment is not needed, the economy is good, and the implementation is easy.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of configuration file management and control of intelligent substations, in particular to an automatic loading method and system for configuration files of an intelligent substation.
Background
The intelligent substation system configuration file (SCD file) comprises the configuration of the intelligent electronic equipment in the whole substation, communication parameters and substation information, and the virtual terminal connection in the file reflects the corresponding connection relation of the secondary equipment in the substation, and is the key of the transmission of the electric quantity information in the whole substation and the core of a secondary system. The SCD file side confirmed by professional engineers can be loaded into a corresponding equipment system, and the accuracy and consistency of the SCD file are the key points of safe and stable operation of the intelligent substation. When a gap file needs to be modified when reconstruction and extension are carried out on site or other work needs to be carried out, the gap file needs to be exported and modified on the original SCD file, the change of an actual circuit connecting line cannot be seen after the SCD file is modified, and only a manufacturer manually compares a code and a virtual terminal connection table to ensure the correctness. The consistency aspect emphasizes that the version of the SCD file loaded into the secondary device needs to be consistent with the final version of the SCD file to be manufactured and modified, and any modification change affects the connection correspondence of the secondary device in the station.
In the prior art, technical personnel mainly use direct connection equipment of a personal notebook computer to load the SCD files after the loading of the SCD files is completed through software, and the traditional manual method has the following defects: (1) the phenomenon of modifying while debugging and optionally modifying generally exists in the field debugging process, and the SCD file flows to equipment manufacturers and debugging and operation scheduling departments, so that the consistency and the correctness of the SCD file loaded into the equipment are difficult to ensure; (2) the notebook computer used as a loading tool has a safety risk, once the SCD file is infected with a virus, a large-area network security incident may occur, and the existing secondary equipment is not basically configured with a virus checking and killing function, which brings a great potential safety hazard.
Although researchers have proposed a series of improved management and technical methods for enhancing the management and control of the SCD file, and maintaining the consistency of the version number and CRC check code, the chinese patent application for invention (CN 109285086) "an intelligent substation SCD file management and control system" discloses a management and control system for the SCD file of an intelligent substation including a workstation for operating and managing a configuration file, an engineer workstation, a IED for process level configuration and CRC monitoring, wherein the SCD file in the configuration file management server is compared with the CRC check code of the SCD uploaded by the IED for process level configuration and monitoring, and then the SCD file in the workstation for operating and managing the configuration file is modified if the CRC check code is wrong, it is likely that the modified SCD file is not the desired version and thus it is still difficult to ensure consistency, in fact the most efficient operation is to modify the SCD file directly from the secondary device. In addition, in the manual open loading mode of the existing SCD file, the consistency and the correctness of the SCD file are always influenced by the openness in the loading process. The problem to be solved is to further reduce the openness, reduce the manual intervention from the confirmation of the SCD file of the final version to the loading process of the device and improve the automation and safety controllable level of SCD loading.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an automatic loading method and system for an intelligent substation configuration file, which realize an automatic 'closed' loading environment from a final version of an SCD file to an equipment terminal, ensure the consistency and accuracy of the SCD file in the loading process, reduce manual intervention, improve the loading efficiency and reduce the safety risk in the SCD file loading process.

(3) the method has the advantages that a closed control loading environment is realized, the openness in the loading process is reduced, centralized loading is implemented through the configuration file control server and is not connected with an external network, safe killing of the SCD files imported by external equipment is enhanced, the risk of safety events caused by the fact that the SCD files infect peripheral viruses is reduced, and the safety control level of the SCD files is improved;
(4) before the existing SCD files are modified and loaded, the secondary equipment is directly called to modify the SCD files on the running version, so that the situation that the SCD files are easy to be disordered by a plurality of departments before being loaded by a traditional manual method is avoided, and the timeliness and the consistency of the SCD files are fully ensured in a closed-loop mode.

Example 1.
The system utilizes a substation control layer network of a transformer substation as a transmission channel to realize communication between a configuration file control server and secondary equipment. In the preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the transmission channel is a network connecting the profile management and control server and the secondary device, and is responsible for providing a transmission channel for loading the SCD file. The transmission channel can utilize the existing station control layer network of the transformer substation to realize the communication between the configuration file control server and the secondary equipment by MMS, and the instruction transmission and the file loading are realized by utilizing the network and the message.
The secondary equipment comprises a response loading module, and the response loading module is used for realizing password response between the secondary equipment and the configuration file management and control server and receiving and loading the final version SCD file from the configuration file management and control server. In the preferred embodiment, the visitor can initiate selective calling of the SCD file solidified in the total station equipment through the SCD file calling module. The configuration file management and control server before calling can automatically confirm the password through the transmission network and the secondary equipment, and can call after the password is consistent. In the preferred embodiment, an integrated SCD making software tool of a mainstream equipment manufacturer is installed on the configuration file management and control server, and visitors can select any software to make SCD according to habits; SCD file modification allows the visitor to modify SCD files stored in the common database.
The authority confirmation module is internally provided with a general authority unit and a management authority unit; the universal authority unit is used for performing password response between the configuration file management and control server and the secondary operation device after confirming that the visitor is a non-manager, and providing the visitor with the authority for accessing the SCD file calling module and the SCD file management and control module after confirming the password.

(1) upgrading a software program of the secondary equipment, writing instruction program codes for responding to a loading function in a temporary outage stage of the secondary equipment when the secondary equipment is loaded with an SCD (substation configuration description) file and can be implemented by means of substation technical improvement or reconstruction and extension projects;
(2) the newly-built secondary equipment is newly-produced secondary equipment, and the SCD file and the response loading function program are directly packaged after the secondary equipment product is produced.
The SCD file management and control module comprises an SCD file manufacturing unit, an SCD file modifying unit and an SCD file storage unit;
the SCD file making unit is used for making the SCD file by using SCD making and modifying software;
the SCD file modification unit is used for modifying the SCD file by using SCD making modification software;
and the SCD file storage unit is used for storing the SCD file.
A general database and a loading database are arranged in the SCD file storage unit;
the universal database stores the SCD files called by the SCD file calling module and also stores the SCD files manufactured and/or modified by the SCD file control module;
only the final version SCD file to be loaded is stored in the loading database, and the final version SCD file cannot be operated;
the SCD file in the generic database may be transferred uni-directionally to the load database.
In the preferred embodiment, the storage of the SCD file is mainly realized by a general database and a loading database on the configuration file management and control server, wherein the general database is open to all the access rights, and the loading database is only open to the access rights. Only the final version SCD file before loading is stored in the loading database, and any operation can not be carried out on the final version SCD file; the new version SCD file and the external SCD file which are obtained after calling, making and modifying are stored in the general database, and the management authority visitor can transfer the SCD file in the general database to the loading database by copying operation.
In addition, the whole configuration file management and control server is also provided with safety disinfection and killing software for self-checking of the management and control server and safe virus disinfection and killing of SCD files in the two storage databases. The configuration is carried out according to the standard of a configuration file management and control server set by an intelligent substation, wherein the management and control server manages and controls secondary equipment loaded with SCD files in a whole station by using MMS messages through a station control layer network, and the server has a good man-machine interaction function. And in external access, the system is only connected with the upper-level scheduling intranet and is not connected with the extranet, so that the safety is further ensured.

and step 1.5, according to the service requirement, the visitor logs in a configuration file management and control server through a universal authority unit or a management authority unit in the authority confirmation module.
Step 2, using a configuration file management and control server to perform password response with the secondary equipment, and calling the SCD file of the secondary equipment after the password is confirmed; modifying the called SCD file by using a configuration file management and control server, and storing the modified SCD file in a general database;

s1, upgrading and improving the secondary equipment to be loaded with the SCD file: upgrading the secondary equipment through a software program, and loading a response loading program function; the newly-built secondary equipment directly assembles the SCD file in the production process of the product and writes a software program with a response loading function;
s2, network connection: connecting the in-station secondary equipment with a configuration file management and control server through a network switch by using an optical cable, configuring the network into a station control layer network, and transmitting an operation command and a response through the station control layer network by using an MMS (multimedia messaging service) message;
s3, the visitor selects a universal or management authority to log in a configuration file management and control server according to the business needs, both can load the SCD file, and the management authority is recommended to log in to complete the loading of the SCD file;
s4, confirming the configuration file change item, including project type and secondary equipment needing loading SCD file;
s5, the loading of the SCD file after being modified in the secondary equipment comprises the following steps:
s5.1, calling an access request of the secondary equipment of the SCD file to be modified by using the configuration file management and control server, automatically carrying out password confirmation response between the configuration file management and control server and the secondary equipment of the SCD file to be modified, and remotely calling the SCD file to be modified after matching is confirmed;
s5.2, the visitor makes modification software by using the SCD file installed on the configuration file management and control server, and modifies the called SCD file;
s5.3, automatically storing the SCD file after the SCD file is modified in a general database on a configuration file management and control server;
s6, loading the newly added SCD file, including:
s6.1, the visitor completes the making confirmation of the SCD file according to the requirement by using the SCD file making software on the configuration file management and control server;
s6.2, the visitor can also import the SCD files confirmed by the external equipment through the USB interface on the configuration file management and control server in batches, and the configuration file management and control server automatically carries out safe killing on the SCD files after the SCD files are imported;
and S6.3, automatically storing the SCD file after the SCD file is manufactured and the SCD file which is imported by the external equipment and is safely killed in a general database on the configuration file management and control server.

The embodiment is a specific implementation of modifying and loading an existing SCD file in a technical improvement project, and the process is as follows:

and A6, according to the specific IP address allocation, the configuration file management and control server confirms the password before loading with the secondary equipment to be loaded through the station control layer network, and loads the SCD file to the secondary equipment after the confirmation is finished.
Example 3.
The embodiment is a specific implementation of newly loading an SCD file in a total station in a new construction of a transformer substation, and the process is as follows:
n1, preparation: the secondary equipment which is installed and debugged before leaving the factory finishes the upgrading of the response loading functional program; the station level network optical fiber is connected with the configuration file control server and the secondary equipment, and communication configuration is communicated;
n2, the visitor logs in the configuration file management and control server by using the management authority to confirm the configuration file change items, including the project type and the secondary equipment needing to be loaded with the SCD file;
n3, using SCD file making software installed on the configuration file management and control server to make a total-station SCD file, and automatically storing the total-station SCD file in a general database after completion; the SCD file manufactured by using external equipment can be imported through a USB interface and is stored in a general database after being safely killed by the configuration file management and control server;
n4, the SCD file which is manufactured and stored in the general database is copied and transferred to a loading database by using the management authority;
and N5, according to the specific IP address allocation, the configuration file management and control server confirms the password before loading with the secondary equipment to be loaded through the station control layer network, and loads the SCD file to the secondary equipment after the confirmation is finished.
It can be seen from the foregoing specific embodiments that the specific examples of modifying and loading an existing SCD file and manufacturing and loading a new SCD file by using an intelligent substation configuration file automatic loading system are provided. Besides, the system can also provide functions of SCD file viewing, manufacturing exercise and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention greatly utilizes the existing equipment and transmission channels in the station, only adds partial equipment and software programs, does not need excessive additional investment, has good economy and is easy to realize;
(2) the SCD file of the secondary equipment in the whole station can be automatically loaded by only one configuration file control server through the existing station control layer network, so that the loading efficiency is greatly improved;
(3) the method has the advantages that a closed control loading environment is realized, openness in the loading process is reduced, centralized loading is implemented through the configuration file control server and is not connected with an external network, safe killing is also enhanced for the SCD files imported by external equipment, the risk of security events caused by infection of the SCD files by external viruses is reduced, and the safety control level of the SCD files is improved;
(4) before the existing SCD files are modified and loaded, the secondary equipment is directly called to modify the SCD files on the running version, so that the situation that the SCD files are easy to be disordered by a plurality of departments before being loaded by a traditional manual method is avoided, and the timeliness and the consistency of the SCD files are fully ensured in a closed-loop mode.

1. An automatic loading system for configuration files of an intelligent substation utilizes a substation control layer network of the substation as a transmission channel to realize communication between a configuration file control server and secondary equipment,
the secondary equipment comprises a response loading module, the response loading module is used for realizing password response between the secondary equipment and the configuration file management and control server and receiving and loading a final version SCD file from the configuration file management and control server;
the configuration file management and control server comprises an authority confirmation module, an SCD file calling module, an SCD file management and control module and an SCD file downloading module;
the SCD file calling module is used for initiating selective calling to the SCD files solidified in the secondary equipment in the transformer substation; the SCD file management and control module is used for realizing management and control functions of manufacturing, modifying and storing the SCD file; the SCD file downloading module is a remote one-to-many loading module and is used for loading the SCD files of the final version to secondary equipment through a transmission channel;
the authority confirmation module is internally provided with a general authority unit and a management authority unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the universal authority unit is used for performing password response between the configuration file management and control server and the secondary operation equipment after confirming that the visitor is a non-manager, and providing the visitor with the authority for accessing the SCD file calling module and the SCD file management and control module after confirming the password;
and the management authority unit is used for performing password response between the configuration file management and control server and the secondary operation equipment after confirming that the visitor is the manager, and providing the visitor with the authority for accessing the SCD file calling module, the SCD file management and control module and the SCD file downloading module after confirming the password.
2. The automatic loading system for the configuration file of the intelligent substation of claim 1,
the secondary equipment comprises on-site secondary equipment and newly-built secondary equipment;
when the secondary equipment is shut down, writing instruction program codes capable of realizing a response loading function into the secondary equipment to complete loading operation of a response loading module;
the newly-built secondary equipment is loaded with the SCD file and the response loading module at the same time in the production and manufacturing stage of the product.
3. The automatic loading system for the configuration file of the intelligent substation of claim 1,
the SCD file management and control module comprises an SCD file manufacturing unit, an SCD file modifying unit and an SCD file storage unit;
the SCD file making unit is used for making the SCD file by using SCD making and modifying software;
the SCD file modification unit is used for modifying the SCD file by using SCD making modification software;
and the SCD file storage unit is used for storing the SCD file.
4. The automatic loading system for the configuration file of the intelligent substation of claim 3,
a general database and a loading database are arranged in the SCD file storage unit;
the universal database stores the SCD files called by the SCD file calling module and also stores the SCD files manufactured and/or modified by the SCD file control module;
only storing the final version SCD file to be loaded in the loading database, wherein the final version SCD file cannot be operated;
the SCD file in the generic database may be transferred uni-directionally to the load database.
5. An automatic loading method of configuration files of an intelligent substation based on the automatic loading system of configuration files of an intelligent substation according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, collecting engineering project information of an SCD file to be loaded, and upgrading and improving an in-transit secondary device and a newly-built secondary device of the SCD file to be loaded;
step 2, using a configuration file management and control server to perform password response with the secondary equipment, and calling the SCD file of the secondary equipment after the password is confirmed; modifying the called SCD file by using a configuration file management and control server, and storing the modified SCD file in a general database;
step 3, using a configuration file management and control server to make or import an SCD file of the newly-built secondary equipment, wherein the SCD file is stored in a general database;
and 4, copying and transferring the SCD files in the general database to a loading database, automatically carrying out password response with the secondary equipment by the configuration file management and control server through the station control layer network according to the IP address distribution result, and loading the SCD files to be loaded into the secondary equipment after the password is confirmed.
6. The automatic loading method of the intelligent substation configuration file according to claim 5,
the step 1 comprises the following steps:
step 1.1, acquiring engineering project information of an SCD file to be loaded, and determining an in-transit secondary device and a newly-built secondary device which need to be loaded with the SCD file according to the engineering project information;
step 1.2, when the secondary equipment in transit which needs to load the SCD file is stopped, upgrading and improving the secondary equipment in transit, writing instruction program codes which can realize a response loading function into the secondary equipment in transit, and completing the loading operation of a response loading module;
step 1.3, loading the SCD file and a response loading module when newly built secondary equipment needing to be loaded with the SCD file is manufactured;
step 1.4, connecting the on-stream secondary equipment and newly-built secondary equipment which need to be loaded with the SCD file with a configuration file control server through a network switch by using an optical cable, configuring a transmission network between the secondary equipment and the configuration file control server into a station control layer network, wherein both an operation command and a response are transmitted by using an MMS message through the station control layer network;
and step 1.5, according to the service requirement, the visitor logs in a configuration file management and control server through a universal authority unit or a management authority unit in the authority confirmation module.
7. The automatic loading method of the intelligent substation configuration file according to claim 6,
the step 2 comprises the following steps:
step 2.1, the configuration file management and control server automatically carries out password response operation with a response loading module of the secondary equipment in transit through a transmission network; when the secret order in the file management and control server to be configured is consistent with the secret order in the response loading module, confirming the secret order;
step 2.2, an SCD file calling module of the configuration file management and control server calls an access request for an SCD file of the secondary equipment in operation;
step 2.3, an SCD file management and control module of the configuration file management and control server modifies the called SCD file; wherein, the modification of the SCD file is realized by an SCD file modification unit;
and 2.4, automatically storing the SCD file in a general database on the configuration file management and control server after the SCD file is modified.

and the access request calling is to call the SCD file of the secondary equipment of the transformer substation according to an access request made by an accessor logging in the configuration file management and control server and store the SCD file in the configuration file management and control server.
