The street view thumbnail is generally an image of the surrounding environment of the departure location address and a building, and can identify characteristics of the surrounding environment of the departure location address, so that a user can conveniently and accurately find the departure location address according to the characteristics of the surrounding environment, and the time cost and the energy spent by the first user in arriving at the departure location are reduced.
Step S404: and displaying the street view thumbnail at a position point corresponding to the departure address in the map page.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to facilitate the first user to accurately identify the departure location address, a street view thumbnail of the departure location address may be displayed in the map page, and specifically, the street view thumbnail may be displayed at a coordinate point of the departure location address in the map page.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a user interface in the embodiment of the present application is shown, as shown in fig. 5, including a map page, where a street view thumbnail is shown at a position point corresponding to a starting address in the map page.
Step S405: and displaying the enlarged image of the street view thumbnail according to the clicking operation of the street view thumbnail.
In this embodiment, the street view thumbnail can be magnified and viewed, and specifically, for the convenience of the operation of viewing the magnified image by the user, the click operation of the street view thumbnail by the user can be supported, so that when the client detects the click operation of the street view thumbnail, the magnified image of the street view thumbnail can be displayed, that is, the street view thumbnail is magnified and displayed, or the magnified image of the street view thumbnail can be understood as the original image for displaying the street view thumbnail.
When the method and the device are adopted, the street view thumbnail is displayed on the coordinate point of the departure place address in the map page, and the street view thumbnail is allowed to be displayed in an enlarged mode, so that a user can conveniently and accurately arrive at the departure place address according to the characteristics of the surrounding environment.
In one scenario, it may occur that the vehicle has reached the origin address, but the first user has not yet found the origin address. In this case, the driver generally needs to be contacted, but, considering some APP usage habits of, for example, elderly users, it may not be possible to successfully operate on the page to find the driver's phone number and make a call. Thus, in yet another embodiment of the present application, a solution is proposed that can actively push messages to help the user contact the driver. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, a flow chart of steps of the driver and passenger affiliation of the present application is shown, and specifically, the method may include the following steps:
step S601: and receiving contact inquiry information sent by the server, wherein the contact inquiry information comprises voice information and text information, and the contact inquiry information comprises preset confirmation options.
In this embodiment, the contact query is used to prompt whether the driver needs to actively contact the first user. Accordingly, the contact query message includes both voice message and text message, and of course, the contents of the voice message and the text message may be identical.
Wherein the text information in the contact query information includes a preset confirmation option, and the preset confirmation option is an option available for triggering and provided for the first user.
Step S602: and broadcasting voice information in the contact inquiry information, and displaying text information in the contact inquiry information.
In this embodiment, the voice information can be played in voice, and similarly, the voice information can be played repeatedly. And when the text information in the contact inquiry information is displayed, rendering the preset confirmation option as a control.
Step S603: and sending active contact reminding information to the server when the preset confirmation option is detected to be triggered.
Wherein the active contact reminder information is used to indicate that a second user taking an order for the capacity request actively contacts the first user.
In this embodiment, it may be detected whether a preset confirmation option is clicked, and if the preset confirmation option is clicked, active contact prompting information may be sent to the server, where the active contact prompting information is used to instruct a second user who accepts the waybill request to actively contact the first user, and of course, the active contact prompting information may include a terminal number of the first user, and the terminal number of the first user may finally reach the second user, so that the second user contacts the first user according to the terminal number.
Therefore, the second user can actively contact the first user, so that the first user only needs to answer the phone of the driver, the driver informs the first user how to reach the departure place address, or the first user informs the driver of the current position, and then the driver goes to the position of the first user to pick up the vehicle.
Of course, after the first user triggers the preset confirmation option, the server may return confirmation information to prompt the first user to pay attention to answer the call, and likewise, the returned confirmation information includes voice information and text information. For example, it may be: the driver is notified, asking you to answer the driver's phone.
Of course, if the first user does not trigger the preset confirmation option, the contact query message may be automatically replayed once in practice, and if the preset confirmation option is not triggered after the replay, the contact query message may be discarded.
When the first user arrives at the departure address and enters the vehicle, the first user starts the current journey, and it should be noted that, if the first user does not confirm the destination address, the first user can get on the vehicle to inform the driver of the destination address, and then the driver inputs the destination address.
In order to facilitate the settlement of the itinerary for the user at the end of the itinerary, in another embodiment, itinerary payment information may be sent to the client to remind the user of settlement. Specifically, the following process may be included:
firstly, travel payment information sent by the server is received, wherein the travel payment information comprises voice information and text information for prompting a user to pay.
And then, broadcasting voice information in the travel payment information, and displaying text information in the travel payment information.
In this embodiment, the travel payment information is used to prompt the user to make travel payment, so as to conform to diversified payment modes of the user, that is, to provide more payment options for the user, and the travel payment information may include at least two payment options. In one example, the at least two payment options may include: off-line payment and on-line payment.
Voice information in the journey payment information can be played, certainly, the voice information can still be played, text information in the journey payment information is rendered and displayed, and the payment option can also be rendered into a control for display.
And then, according to the operation that a target payment option in the at least two payment options is clicked, starting a payment page corresponding to the target payment option.
In this embodiment, if a target payment option belonging to online payment in the at least two payment options is clicked to indicate that the first user wishes to enable online payment, a payment page corresponding to the target payment option may be started, for example, the target payment option is a payment a, and a payment page supporting the payment a is opened to complete online payment.
Of course, if the payment option belonging to the offline payment in the at least two payment options is selected, the travel end information may be sent to the server, the server ends the travel, and all information generated by the travel is stored in the big database, so that the first user may perform the offline payment.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, on one hand, the first user can be supported to carry out travel settlement by adopting a plurality of payment modes, and on the other hand, when the first user adopts an on-line payment mode, the payment page corresponding to the target payment mode can be automatically started so as to facilitate the first user to finish payment in the payment page.
Based on the same inventive concept as the above embodiments, a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides an information processing method, which can be applied to a server, wherein the server is a service backend of a client for responding to a request issued by the client. Referring to fig. 7, a flowchart illustrating steps of an information processing method is shown, and as shown in fig. 7, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step S701: according to user information sent by a first client, inquiry information corresponding to the user information is generated, wherein the inquiry information comprises voice information and text information for prompting a user to place an order, and the inquiry information comprises preset trigger information.
In this embodiment, the first client is a client facing to a passenger, and the user information sent by the first client may include a user ID registered by the first user on the platform and current location information of the first user, so that the server may generate inquiry information according to the user information, where the inquiry information is mainly used to prompt the user to place an order. The text message includes preset trigger information, and the preset trigger information may be information edited in advance, for example, "call car by one key".
Step S702: and sending the inquiry information to the first client.
In this embodiment, the server may send the query information to the first client, where the first client may receive and output the query information, and specifically, the process in step S102 may be referred to, which is not described herein again.
Step S703: and receiving a transport capacity request sent by the first client, wherein the transport capacity request is sent by the first client when the preset trigger information is detected to be triggered.
In this embodiment, the transportation capability request sent by the first client may be received, where the process of sending the transportation capability request by the first client may refer to the process of step S103, and details are not described here.
Step S704: the capacity request is distributed to a second client.
In this embodiment, the second client may be a driver-oriented client, and the target transport capacity may be determined according to the current location information of the first user in the user information, and the transport capacity request may be sent to the second client where the target transport capacity is located.
In an example, the waybill information may be generated according to the waybill request, and then the waybill information is sent to the second client where the target waybill is located. The waybill information may include preset information content, and the preset information content is used for prompting a second user of the second client that the waybill is a care list and needs to inform a destination address after getting on a vehicle.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the inquiry information comprises the text information and the voice information, so that the voice broadcasting service can be provided for the user, the character display service can be provided for the user, the dual inquiry effect of voice inquiry and character inquiry can be achieved, and the convenient service can be provided for the old user with poor eyesight or hearing. Because the text information can comprise the preset trigger information, in this case, the user can send the transport capacity request only by clicking the preset trigger information, so that one-touch car calling can be realized, the problem that the transport capacity request can be sent only by manually inputting a destination address by the user is avoided, and the user experience is optimized.
The server may feed back the departure location address to the first client, so that the first user may know the boarding point of the first user on the first client. Specifically, when query information corresponding to the user information is generated according to the user information sent by the first client, the departure place address may be determined according to the current location information; generating inquiry information including the origin address.
The inquiry information may include the departure location address regardless of whether the first user is the first user. In the text information displayed in the page by the first client, the departure location address and other remaining information may be displayed at different positions, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, respectively, the query information is displayed above the page, and the departure location address is displayed below the page.
Accordingly, the server, after allocating the capacity request to the second client, may feed back to the first client that capacity has been scheduled.
Firstly, the order receiving information is generated in response to the confirmation signaling returned by the second client for the capacity request.
The order receiving information comprises voice information and text information for prompting the dispatching of the target transport capacity, and the order receiving information comprises the position information of the second client.
In this embodiment, when the capacity request is sent to the second client, a confirmation signaling returned by the second client when receiving the capacity request may be received, where the confirmation signaling represents that the capacity scheduling is successful, and thus, the order receiving information may be generated.
Of course, the order receiving information may still include voice information and text information, wherein the contents of the voice information and the text information may be the same or different. The generation of the voice information may refer to related technologies, and is not described herein again.
And then, returning the order receiving information to the first client to indicate the first client to generate a map page according to the position information of the second client.
In order to facilitate the first user to find the boarding point, the street view of the boarding point may be fed back together, so that the first user may find the boarding point according to the environmental characteristics around the boarding point in the image, and specifically, the following may be performed:
and obtaining a street view thumbnail corresponding to the starting address, wherein the street view thumbnail can be an image of an environment around the starting address, and sending the street view thumbnail to the first client, so that the first client displays the street view thumbnail at a position corresponding to the starting address in the map page.
In this embodiment, the order receiving information and the street view thumbnail may be returned to the first client, where the process of outputting the order receiving information and the street view thumbnail by the first client may refer to steps S401 to S405 in the above embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
In order to optimize user experience and avoid the problem that when a user gets on a vehicle and informs a destination address, the user is easy to forget or cannot accurately express the name of the destination address, and under the condition that the first user is not the first user, the server can predict the destination address of the first user for calling the vehicle according to historical vehicle calling behavior data of the first user.
In an example, the server may further obtain, according to the user information, a plurality of pieces of historical waybill information of the first user on the first client; and determining a destination address according to a historical destination corresponding to the current moment in the plurality of historical waybill messages. Wherein inquiry information including the destination address and the origin address may be generated.
In this embodiment, the historical waybill information is the current previous taxi calling data of the first user, wherein the historical waybill information may include taxi taking time, departure place and destination. In this way, the historical taxi taking time close to the current time can be determined from the historical waybill information, the destination to which the user goes at the historical taxi taking time can be further obtained, and the destination is used as the destination address of the taxi taking at the time.
After obtaining the destination address, query information including the destination address and the origin address may be generated, in which case the page displayed at the first client is the page shown in fig. 3.
The query information may be understood as a query for whether the first user intends to go to the destination address, and if the first user confirms that the first user intends to go to the destination address, the request for capacity may include the destination address. If the first user denies the destination address, the capacity request may be sent without the destination address.
Accordingly, the capacity request received by the server is a request including a destination address or a request including a preset identifier, wherein the preset identifier is used for instructing a second user of the second client to input the destination address.
In this embodiment, the capacity request received by the server may include the destination address or may include the preset identifier, so when the server allocates the capacity request to the second client, the capacity request may be processed respectively according to whether the capacity request carries the destination address.
Specifically, the waybill information including preset prompt content used for prompting a second user of the second client to input a destination address may be sent to the second client when the capacity request is a request carrying the preset identifier. And sending waybill information including the destination address to the second client under the condition that the capacity request is a request carrying the destination address.
The preset prompting content may be content of informing the destination address of the passenger after the passenger gets on the vehicle, so that the second user of the second client may input the destination address after confirming that the passenger gets on the vehicle.
Correspondingly, in the case that the waybill information includes the preset prompt content, the server may send the trip information to the second client and the first client according to the destination address when waiting to receive the destination address sent by the second client. Of course, in the case that the waybill information includes the destination address, the itinerary information including the destination address and the departure address may be generated upon receiving the itinerary start information transmitted by the second client, or upon receiving a confirmation signaling that the second client confirms the order pickup.
After the capacity request is distributed to the second client, in order to successfully implement pickup, under the condition that it is detected that the second user arrives at the departure location address for a preset time period, at least one of the following steps may be executed, where the preset time period may be set according to an actual situation:
step 1: and sending contact inquiry information to the first client, and sending third prompt information to the second client when receiving active contact reminding information sent by the first client aiming at the contact inquiry information.
And the third prompt message is used for prompting a second user of a second client to actively contact the first user of the first client.
The contact query information includes both voice information and text information, and of course, the contents of the voice information and the text information may be the same. And the processing of the contact query information by the first client may be as described with reference to steps S601 to S603 above. By adopting the processing mode of the step 1, the second user of the second client can actively contact the first user of the first client to help the driver and passenger negotiation, so as to converge.
Step 2: and sending fourth prompt information to the second client according to the current target position of the first user, wherein the fourth prompt information comprises a street view of the target position so as to prompt the second user to actively go to the target position according to the street view.
The current target position of the first user may be a current position of the first user, and in practice, the target position may be different from the departure address, and when the target position is different from the departure address, it is characterized that the first user has not reached the departure address, and at this time, a street view of the target position may be obtained, and fourth prompt information including the street view may be generated, so that the fourth prompt information is sent to the second client. The second client can display the street view at the corresponding position point in the map page, so that the second user can actively go to the target position to pick up the drive according to the street view.
Of course, in practice, the processes of step 1 and step 2 may be non-conflicting, i.e. the passenger may be helped to contact the driver, and the location of the passenger may also be sent to the driver, so as to help the driver to find the passenger actively.
Of course, in one example, the street view of the target location sent to the second client may be an AR street view, and the street view thumbnail of the origin address sent to the first client may be a flat image.
In order to facilitate the overall understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the following fully illustrates the information processing method of the present application from the first client, the server, and the second client. The first client is a client facing to passengers, the second client is a client facing to drivers, and it should be noted that the first senior citizen user is taken as an example in this example.
S1: the first client sends the user information of the first user to the server in response to the operation that the first user enters the target page.
S2: and the server determines that the user is the first order user according to the user information, determines the departure address according to the current position information, and returns inquiry information comprising the departure address to the first client. Of course, the query message may include a voice message and a text message prompting the user to place an order, and the text message includes the preset trigger message.
S3: the first client outputs inquiry information, wherein voice information of the inquiry information is broadcasted, text information is rendered, preset trigger information in the text information is rendered into a control, and the departure place address and other information in the text information are respectively rendered to different positions in a page.
S4: the first client sends a capacity request to the server when detecting the operation that the preset trigger information is clicked, wherein the capacity request does not include a destination address but can include an origin address.
S5: after receiving the capacity request, the server schedules the capacity request to a target capacity according to a departure address in the capacity request, and further when determining that the capacity request does not include a destination address, the server may send waybill information including preset prompt content to a second client of the target capacity, where the preset prompt content is used to prompt a second user of the second client to input the destination address.
S6: when the second client receives the waybill information, a driver of the second client can determine that the waybill is a care sheet according to the prompt content in the domain, and needs to inform a destination address after a passenger gets on the bus.
S7: the second client confirms the order taking and sends a confirmation signaling to the server.
S8: the server can acquire the street view thumbnail corresponding to the departure place address according to the confirmation signaling, and generates order receiving information, wherein the order receiving information comprises voice information and text information for prompting the dispatching to the target transport capacity, the text information in the order receiving information comprises position information of the second client, and the order receiving information is fed back to the first client.
S9: the first client receives the order receiving information, and can broadcast the voice information in the order receiving information in a voice mode and generate a map page according to the departure place address and the position information of the second user; and displaying the street view thumbnail at a position point corresponding to the starting place address in the map page. When a click operation on the street view thumbnail is detected, an enlarged view of the street view thumbnail may be displayed. Therefore, the old user can conveniently find the departure place address according to the environmental characteristics around the departure place address.
S10: the server detects that the driver of the second client has arrived at the departure location address, and if it is detected that the passenger of the first client has not arrived at the departure location address, on the one hand, the contents of steps S11 to S13 may be executed, and on the other hand, the contents of steps S14 to S15 may also be executed:
step S11: and sending contact inquiry information to the first client, wherein the contact inquiry information comprises voice information and text information, and the text information in the contact inquiry information comprises preset confirmation options.
Step S12: when the first client receives the contact inquiry information, the first client can broadcast the voice information in the contact inquiry information, display the text information in the contact inquiry information, and send active contact reminding information to the server according to the operation that the preset confirmation option is clicked.
Step S13: when receiving the active contact reminding information, the server may send a third reminding information to the second client. And the third prompt message is used for prompting a second user of the second client to actively contact the first user of the first client.
Step S14: the server may send fourth prompt information to the second client according to the current target position of the first user, where the fourth prompt information includes a street view of the target position.
Step S15: the second client may render the street view in the fourth prompt message to a corresponding position, where the position may represent a position where the passenger is located, so that the second user may be prompted to actively go to the target position according to the street view.
Step S16: after confirming that the passenger gets on the vehicle, the second client needs to input the destination address because the waybill information does not include the destination address, and at this time, the second client can send a travel start notification to the server according to the input destination address and the travel start confirmation operation.
Step S17: the server may transmit the travel information to the second client and the first client according to the destination address and the departure address after receiving the travel start notification.
Step S18: and the second client sends a travel end notification to the server after receiving travel end operation input by the driver.
Step S19: when receiving the travel end notification, the server can determine the travel cost at this time and send travel payment information to the first client, wherein the travel payment information comprises voice information and text information prompting the user to pay, and the text information in the travel payment information comprises at least two payment options.
Step S20: the first client can broadcast voice information in the travel payment information, display text information in the travel payment information, and start a payment page corresponding to a target payment option in the terminal when the target payment option in at least two payment options is clicked, so that a passenger can pay conveniently through an application program.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, the method has the following advantages:
first, a dual query effect of voice query and text query can be achieved.
Because the inquiry information received by the client facing the passengers and sent by the server comprises the voice information, the voice broadcasting service can be provided for the users, and meanwhile, the text information is included, the text display service can be provided for the users, so that the convenient service can be provided for the old users with poor eyesight or hearing. Wherein, the voice information can also be replayed, thereby being convenient for the old user to repeatedly listen to the information content for a plurality of times.
Second, a conversational query may be reached to complete the call for car flow.
Because the voice broadcasting service is provided for the user, and each voice inquiry is used for prompting the next operation carried out by the first user, such as one-touch car calling, confirmation of whether to go to a destination, confirmation of whether to need driver contact and the like, the voice care car calling service in the user building terminal can be provided, and the car calling experience of the user is optimized.
Third, ride-efficient fusion can be aided.
Because the street view thumbnail is included in the order receiving information, the street view thumbnail of the departure place address can be displayed in the map page, and therefore, a user can conveniently and accurately find the departure place address according to the characteristics of the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, the street view of the current target position of the first user can be displayed at the corresponding position point to prompt the second user to actively go to the target position to pick up the driver according to the street view, so that the driver and the passenger can be supported to find each other through map optimization, namely, the driver can actively find the passenger and the passenger can accurately find the address of the departure place, so that the driver and the passenger can arrive at the departure place more quickly and accurately, and the travel completion sales volume is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept as the above-mentioned embodiment, a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides an information processing apparatus, and as shown in fig. 8, a structural block diagram of the information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment is shown, which is applied to a passenger-oriented client, and as shown in fig. 8, may specifically include the following modules:

the first information sending module is used for sending contact inquiry information to the first client under the condition that the second user is detected to arrive at the departure place address but the first user does not arrive at the departure place address, and sending third prompt information to the second client when active contact reminding information sent by the first client aiming at the contact inquiry information is received; the third prompt message is used for prompting a second user of a second client to actively contact the first user of the first client;
and the second information sending module is used for sending fourth prompt information to the second client according to the current target position of the first user, wherein the fourth prompt information comprises a street view of the target position so as to prompt the second user to actively go to the target position according to the street view.
Optionally, the allocating module 904 may specifically include the following units:
a first sending unit, configured to send waybill information including preset prompt content to the second client when the capacity request is a request carrying the preset identifier, where the preset prompt content is used to prompt a second user of the second client to input a destination address;
a second sending unit, configured to send waybill information including the destination address to the second client when the capacity request is a request carrying the destination address;

Claims (17)

1. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
responding to the operation of a first user entering a target page, and sending user information of the first user to a server; the user information comprises current position information of the first user, and the current position information is used for indicating the server to determine a starting address of the first user;
receiving and outputting inquiry information returned by the server aiming at the user information, broadcasting voice information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information, and displaying text information prompting the user to place the order in the inquiry information, wherein the text information comprises preset trigger information;
when the preset trigger information is detected to be triggered, sending a transport capacity request to the server; and the destination address corresponding to the transport capacity request is obtained through second user input for receiving the transport capacity request or through server prediction.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the query information includes a destination address, and after receiving and outputting the query information returned by the server for the user information, the method further comprises:
detecting an acknowledgement or a denial operation for the destination address; when detecting that the preset trigger information is triggered, sending a transport capacity request to the server, including:
when a confirmation operation aiming at the destination address is detected, sending a transport capacity request carrying the destination address to the server;
and when a denial operation aiming at the destination address is detected, sending a transport capacity request carrying a preset identifier to the server, wherein the preset identifier is used for indicating a second user receiving the transport capacity request to input the destination address.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after said detecting an acknowledgment or negative acknowledgment operation for the destination address, the method further comprises:
and outputting different prompt messages for indicating the preset trigger message according to the confirmation or denial operation.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the query information further comprises an origin address, and wherein after the sending of the capacity request to the server, the method further comprises:
receiving order receiving information returned by the server aiming at the transport capacity request, wherein the order receiving information comprises voice information and text information for prompting the scheduling of the transport capacity to a target, and the order receiving information comprises position information of the second user;
and broadcasting voice information in the order receiving information, and generating a map page according to the departure place address and the position information of the second user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the generating a map page according to the origin address and the location information of the second user, the method further comprises:
receiving a street view thumbnail of the starting place address returned by the server aiming at the capacity request;
displaying the street view thumbnail at a position point corresponding to the starting place address in the map page;
and displaying the enlarged image of the street view thumbnail according to the clicking operation of the street view thumbnail.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving contact inquiry information sent by the server, wherein the contact inquiry information comprises voice information and text information, and the contact inquiry information comprises preset confirmation options;
broadcasting voice information in the contact inquiry information, and displaying text information in the contact inquiry information;
and when the preset confirmation option is triggered, sending active contact reminding information to the server, wherein the active contact reminding information is used for indicating a second user receiving the freight call request to actively contact the first user.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving travel payment information sent by the server, wherein the travel payment information comprises voice information and text information for prompting a user to pay, and the travel payment information comprises at least two payment options;
broadcasting voice information in the travel payment information, and displaying text information in the travel payment information;
and when detecting that a target payment option in the at least two payment options is triggered, starting a payment page corresponding to the target payment option.
8. An information processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
generating inquiry information corresponding to the user information according to the user information sent by the first client, wherein the inquiry information comprises voice information and text information for prompting a user to place an order, and the inquiry information comprises preset trigger information; the user information comprises current position information of a first user of the first client, and the current position information is used for determining a starting address of the first user;
sending the query information to the first client; the first client broadcasts voice information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information, and displays text information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information;
receiving a transport capacity request sent by the first client, wherein the transport capacity request is sent by the first client when the preset trigger information is detected to be triggered;
distributing the capacity request to a second client; and the destination address corresponding to the transport capacity request is obtained through second user input of the second client or prediction.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after the allocating the capacity request to the second client, the method further comprises:
responding to a confirmation signaling returned by the second client for the transport capacity request, and generating order receiving information; the order receiving information comprises voice information and text information for prompting the dispatching of the order receiving information to the target transport capacity, and the order receiving information comprises the position information of the second client;
and returning the order receiving information to the first client to indicate the first client to generate a map page according to the position information of the second client.
10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the user information includes current location information of a first user of the first client, and the generating query information corresponding to the user information according to the user information sent by the first client comprises:
determining a departure place address according to the current position information;
generating inquiry information including the origin address;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a street view thumbnail corresponding to the departure place address;
and sending the street view thumbnail to the first client side so that the first client side displays the street view thumbnail.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
acquiring a plurality of historical waybill information of a first user on the first client according to the user information;
determining a destination address according to a historical destination corresponding to the current moment in the plurality of historical waybill information;
the generating of the inquiry information including the origin address includes:
generating inquiry information including the destination address and the origin address; the capacity request is a request including the destination address, or a request including a preset identifier, and the preset identifier is used for indicating a second user of the second client to input the destination address.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
in case it is detected that the second user arrives at the origin address, performing at least one of the following steps:
sending contact inquiry information to the first client, and sending third prompt information to the second client when receiving active contact prompt information sent by the first client aiming at the contact inquiry information; the third prompt message is used for prompting a second user of a second client to actively contact the first user of the first client;
and sending fourth prompt information to the second client according to the current target position of the first user, wherein the fourth prompt information comprises a street view of the target position so as to prompt the second user to actively go to the target position according to the street view.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein distributing the capacity request to a second client comprises:
sending waybill information including preset prompt content to the second client under the condition that the capacity request is a request carrying the preset identification, wherein the preset prompt content is used for prompting a second user of the second client to input a destination address;
sending waybill information including the destination address to the second client under the condition that the capacity request is a request carrying the destination address;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and under the condition that the waybill information comprises the preset prompt content, sending travel information to the second client and the first client according to the destination address sent by the second client.
14. An information processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the information sending module is used for responding to the operation of a first user entering a target page and sending the user information of the first user to a server; the user information comprises current position information of the first user, and the current position information is used for indicating the server to determine a starting address of the first user;
the information display module is used for receiving and outputting inquiry information returned by the server aiming at the user information, broadcasting voice information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information, and displaying text information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information, wherein the text information comprises preset trigger information;
the request sending module is used for sending a transport capacity request to the server when the preset trigger information is triggered; and the destination address corresponding to the transport capacity request is obtained by receiving second user input of the transport capacity request or predicting through the server.
15. An information processing apparatus characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the information generating module is used for generating inquiry information corresponding to the user information according to the user information sent by the first client, wherein the inquiry information comprises voice information and text information for prompting the user to place an order, and the inquiry information comprises preset trigger information; the user information comprises current position information of a first user of the first client, and the current position information is used for determining a starting address of the first user;
the information sending module is used for sending the inquiry information to the first client; the first client broadcasts voice information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information and displays text information prompting the user to place an order in the inquiry information;
the request receiving module is used for receiving a transport capacity request sent by the first client, wherein the transport capacity request is sent by the first client when the preset trigger information is detected to be triggered;
the distribution module is used for distributing the capacity request to a second client; and the destination address corresponding to the capacity request is obtained through second user input of the second client or prediction.
16. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor when executing implementing the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or 8 to 13.
17. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by storing a computer program that causes a processor to execute an information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or 8 to 13.
