Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating the structure of an item security monitoring system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the article security monitoring system may include a detection device 1, a control device 2, and a rejection device 3.
The detection device 1 is used for detecting the security level of the object to be detected.
In the present disclosure, the object to be measured may be an object in a package placed by a courier, or an object without an outer package placed by a user. The detection device 1 can determine the flammability and explosiveness of the object to be detected by detecting the dielectric constant and/or the conductivity of the object to be detected, so as to determine the security level of the object to be detected. The safety level includes, among other things, dangerous, unknown, and safe. Specifically, when the article to be detected is determined to be a flammable and explosive article, the safety level of the article to be detected is determined to be dangerous. And when the to-be-detected article is determined not to be a flammable and explosive article, determining the safety level of the to-be-detected article to be safe. And when the article to be detected cannot be determined to be the inflammable and explosive article, determining that the safety level of the article to be detected is unknown. Among them, the detection device 1 may be a hazardous liquid detector, an X-ray detector, an infrared detector, or the like. It should be noted that, the technology used in the present scheme for determining the security level of the object to be tested may refer to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
And the control device 2 is respectively connected with the detection device 1 and the rejection device 3 and is used for receiving the safety level sent by the detection device 1 and sending a control command to the rejection device 3 according to the safety level.
And the rejection device 3 is used for working according to the control instruction.
The control device 2 may be a vehicle body controller, or may be another processing device on the vehicle, or may be a separately provided article safety monitoring processing device, which is not limited herein. In the present disclosure, the control device 2 can receive the security level transmitted by the detection device 1. One possible implementation is: the control device 2 can be connected with the detection device 1 through a hard wire or a vehicle-mounted bus and the like, and performs signal transmission through the hard wire or the vehicle-mounted bus, so that the control device 2 can directly receive the security level of the object to be detected sent by the detection device 1.
Another possible implementation is: the detection device 1 comprises a detection module, a display module and an image acquisition module; the detection module is connected with the display module, and the image acquisition module is connected with the control device 2.
And the detection module is used for detecting the security level of the article to be detected and sending the security level to the display module. The display module is used for displaying the security level; the image acquisition module is connected with the control device 2 and used for acquiring the image containing the security level displayed by the display module and sending the image data of the image to the control device 2; and the control device 2 is used for determining the security level of the article to be detected according to the received image data.
Wherein, display module can be liquid crystal display, also can be LED pilot lamp. The image acquisition module can be a camera, and the display module is located in the visual field range of the camera, so that the camera can acquire the image containing the security level displayed by the display module in real time and send the image data of the image to the control device 2. It should be noted that the image capturing module may also be other image capturing devices, and the disclosure does not limit this.
When the display module is a liquid crystal display screen, the safety level of the object to be detected, such as text information of 'safety', 'danger', 'unknown' and the like, can be displayed on the display screen. When the display module is an LED indicating lamp, the safety level of the object to be detected can be represented through the color of the indicating lamp, for example, when the color of the LED indicating lamp is red, the safety level of the object to be detected is indicated as dangerous. When the color of the indicator light is green, the safety level of the object to be detected is indicated as safety. When the color of the indicator light is yellow, the safety level of the object to be detected is unknown. In this way, the control device 2 can determine the security level of the item under test based on the received image data and the image recognition technique. In addition, the image recognition technology for recognizing the security level of the object to be detected in the scheme can refer to the scheme in the prior art, and is not described herein again.
Yet another possible implementation is: the detection device 1 comprises a detection module and a display module; the display module is respectively connected with the detection module and the control device 2.
And the detection module is used for detecting the security level of the article to be detected and sending the security level to the display module. The display module is used for displaying the security level and sending the security level to the control device 2, so that the control device 2 can receive the security level of the object to be detected sent by the display module.
It should be noted that the article security detection system may be disposed in a vehicle, for example, a trunk of the vehicle, to perform security monitoring on articles placed in the trunk, or may be disposed in a closed storage cabinet, for example, an intelligent express delivery cabinet, to perform security monitoring on articles placed in the intelligent express delivery cabinet, and is not limited herein.
By adopting the technical scheme, the detection device 1 can detect the security level of the object to be detected in real time and send the security level to the control device 2, and the control device 2 can control the rejection device 3 to work according to the received security level of the object to be detected so as to control the rejection device 3 to receive or reject the object to be detected. Like this, controlling means 2 can be based on the security level of the article to be measured that detecting device 1 detected, realizes receiving or rejecting the purpose of the article to be measured through controlling rejection unit 3, both can promote the intellectuality of receiving or rejecting the article to be measured on the one hand, and on the other hand can also avoid the article to be measured to the potential danger that the vehicle caused, has guaranteed vehicle safety.
In one embodiment, the control device 2 is used for sending a control instruction for indicating rejection to the rejection device when the safety level is dangerous; and the rejecting device 3 is used for removing the article to be detected when the control instruction is received.
Specifically, when the article safety monitoring system is disposed in a vehicle, the temperature in the vehicle may gradually rise with the change of the environment under the condition that the vehicle is closed, and the article to be detected may undergo a series of chemical reactions, and may explode in a severe case. Therefore, in the present disclosure, the detection device 1 can detect the security level of the object to be detected in real time when the object to be detected is placed in the vehicle. When the safety level of the article to be detected is dangerous, it indicates that the article to be detected has a risk of explosion, and at this time, a control instruction for indicating rejection may be sent to the rejection device 3, so that the rejection device moves the article to be detected out of the vehicle when receiving the control instruction.
Referring to fig. 2a and 2b, fig. 2a is a schematic diagram illustrating a first state of a rejection device according to an exemplary embodiment. Fig. 2b is a schematic diagram illustrating a second state of a rejection device according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the rejection apparatus 3 includes: a baffle 31 for placing an object 38 to be tested, a first supporting part 32, an elastic part 33, a second supporting part 34, a driving motor 35, a gear 36 and a rack 37 which are meshed with each other;
wherein, the first end of the baffle 31 is hinged with one end of the first supporting component 32, the second end is connected with one end of the elastic component 33, and the other end of the first supporting component 32 and the other end of the elastic component 33 are connected with the bottom plate of the vehicle trunk; one end of the second support member 34 is connected to a floor of the vehicle trunk, and the other end thereof is formed with a groove for receiving the rack 37;
in a first state in which one side of the rack 37 is partially in contact with the barrier 31 to form a downward pressure on the barrier 31 to maintain the barrier 31 in a horizontal state by the rack 37 and the first support member 32, wherein the elastic member 33 has an upward elastic restoring force;
a driving motor 35 connected with the gear 36 and used for controlling the gear 36 to rotate under the control of the control device so as to separate the rack 37 from the baffle 31;
in the second state, the rack 37 and the baffle 31 are separated, and the baffle 31 rotates around the hinge point under the action of the elastic component 33, so that the object 38 to be measured placed on the baffle 31 is moved out.
In the present disclosure, the detecting device 1 may be disposed below the barrier 31 (not shown in the drawings) to detect the security level of the object 38 to be detected. The elastic member 33 may be a coil spring, a compression spring, or the like. The second support part 34 is formed with a groove to ensure that the rack 37 can move in the direction of the groove, wherein only a part of the teeth on the rack 37 are shown in fig. 2a and 2 b.
The first state is an initial state of the rejection apparatus 3, that is, an initial state in which a courier places a package on the barrier 31, or an initial state in which a vehicle owner places an article having a potential safety hazard on the barrier 31. In the first state, the shutter 31 is in a horizontal state by the cooperation of the rack 37 and the first support member 32, and the elastic member 33 has an upward elastic restoring force.
Specifically, after the object to be tested is placed on the barrier 31, the detection device 1 may detect the security level of the object to be tested in real time and transmit the security level to the control device 2. Then, the control device 2 controls the operation of the rejection device 3 according to the security level. Illustratively, when the safety level is dangerous, it indicates that the article to be tested is at risk of explosion. At this time, the control device 2 may send an instruction for instructing the rejection to the rejection device 3, so as to rotate the driving motor 35 in the direction a, that is, in the clockwise direction, and drive the rack 37 to move in the direction B, that is, in the direction away from the baffle 31, so as to separate the baffle 31 and the rack 37. In this way, since the elastic member 33 has an upward elastic restoring force, after the baffle plate 31 and the rack 37 are separated, the baffle plate 31 can rotate around the hinge point under the action of the elastic member 33, so that the object 38 to be measured moves out of the vehicle in the direction C. In addition, the tailgate may be controlled to close after the item 38 to be tested is removed from the vehicle.
By adopting the scheme, when the safety level of the object to be detected 38 is dangerous, the object to be detected can be moved out of the vehicle through the rejecting device 3, so that the potential danger is avoided, and the safety of the vehicle is ensured.
Considering that the tailgate is directly closed and departed after the courier puts the parcel in the trunk of the vehicle, in order to move the object to be tested out of the vehicle door when the security level of the object to be tested is dangerous, it is also necessary to detect whether the tailgate is in a closed state when the object to be tested is moved out, and to control the tailgate to be opened when the tailgate is in the closed state, so as to ensure that the object to be tested is moved out. Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating the structure of an item security monitoring system according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the article security monitoring system is provided in a trunk of a vehicle, and the system further includes: and a tailgate detection device 4.
The tailgate detection device 4 is used for detecting the current state of the tailgate of the vehicle.
And the control device 3 is connected with the tail gate detection device 4 and used for acquiring the current state of the tail gate of the vehicle detected by the tail gate detection device 4 when the safety level is dangerous, controlling the tail gate to be opened when the current state is a closed state, and sending a control instruction for indicating rejection to the rejection device 3.
The detecting of the current state of the tail gate of the vehicle may specifically be detecting whether the tail gate of the vehicle is in an open state, or detecting whether an opening angle of the tail gate of the vehicle reaches a preset angle threshold, for example, 60 °. Specifically, upon detecting that the tailgate of the vehicle is in an open state or that the opening angle of the tailgate reaches a preset angle threshold, the control device 2 may transmit a control instruction for instructing the rejection to the rejection device 3. In addition, if it is detected that the tailgate of the vehicle is in a closed state, the control device 2 first needs to control the tailgate of the vehicle to be opened or opened to the preset angle threshold, and then sends a control instruction for instructing the rejection to the rejection device 3, thereby ensuring that the rejection device 3 can move the object to be tested whose security level is dangerous outside the vehicle. It should be noted that, the current state of the tail gate of the vehicle can be detected by referring to the prior art, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating the structure of an item security monitoring system according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the system further includes: the communication means (5) are arranged to communicate,
a detection device 1 connected to the communication device 5 for transmitting the security level to the communication device 5; and the communication device 5 is used for receiving the security level and sending the security level to the user terminal.
The communication device 5 is a device capable of realizing communication between the vehicle and the user terminal, such as a vehicle-mounted T-BOX. Specifically, the detection device 1 may convert the security level of the article to be detected into CAN network data, and transmit the CAN network data of the security level of the article to be detected to the vehicle-mounted T-BOX through the CAN bus, and then the vehicle-mounted T-BOX sends the CAN network data to the user terminal through the back stage of the automotive remote Service provider tsp (telematics Service provider). The user terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PC, a notebook computer, an intelligent bracelet and the like. Therefore, the user can timely know the safety level of the object to be detected in the trunk.
In this embodiment, the communication device 5, connected to the control device 2, may be configured to receive an operation instruction sent by the user terminal when the security level is unknown, and send the operation instruction to the control device 2, where the operation instruction is used to indicate whether the user desires to receive the express delivery; and the control device 2 is used for controlling the rejection device 3 to move out the to-be-detected article when the operation instruction is used for indicating that the user expects to reject the express delivery.
In the disclosure, the user terminal may be installed with an application program for receiving the security level, and may prompt the user to check the security level information of the object to be tested sent by the vehicle-mounted T-BOX in a manner of a pop-up window or a warning picture, and the user may further autonomously determine whether to reject the object to be tested.
Specifically, when the security level of the object to be tested is unknown, the user can autonomously determine whether to reject the object to be tested according to the actual situation. For example, when the user receives a package through the delivery service "express delivery to vehicle" and the vehicle is exposed to the sun, the user may subjectively determine whether the items in the package are potentially dangerous, and may send an operation instruction indicating that the express delivery is rejected to the communication device 5 of the vehicle through the application when it is determined that the item is potentially dangerous. Then, the communication device 5 can transmit the operation command to the control device 2, and the control device 2 can control the reject device 3 to remove the object to be tested from the vehicle. As another example, when the user determines that the object to be tested is not potentially dangerous, an operation instruction for instructing to receive the express delivery may be transmitted to the communication device 5 of the vehicle through the application. Then, the communication device 5 can transmit the operation command to the control device 2, and the control device 2 controls the rejection device 3 to maintain the first state.
By adopting the scheme, the security level of the article to be detected can be sent to the user terminal through the vehicle-mounted T-BOX, so that a user can timely learn the security level of the article to be detected, and the user can autonomously determine whether to reject the article to be detected when the security level is determined to be unknown, thereby meeting the use requirement of the user and improving the user experience.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides an article safety monitoring method. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a method for item security monitoring according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the article security monitoring method includes the following steps.
In S501, the security level of the object to be tested is detected.
The safety level includes, among other things, dangerous, unknown, and safe.
In S502, the rejecting device is controlled to operate according to the security level to receive or reject the object to be tested.
Optionally, the controlling the rejecting apparatus 3 to operate according to the security level includes:
and when the safety level is dangerous, sending a control instruction for indicating rejection to the rejection device 3, so that the rejection device 3 moves the article to be detected out according to the control instruction.
Optionally, the sending, to the rejecting apparatus 3, a control instruction for indicating rejection when the safety level is dangerous includes:
when the safety level is dangerous, acquiring the current state of the tail gate of the vehicle, which is detected by a tail gate detection device 4;
when the current state is a closed state, controlling the tail gate to be opened;
a control instruction for instructing rejection is sent to the rejection apparatus 3.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and sending the security level to a user terminal.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
when the security level is unknown, receiving an operation instruction sent by the user terminal, wherein the operation instruction is used for indicating whether a user expects to receive express delivery;
and when the operation instruction is used for indicating that the user expects to reject the express delivery, the article to be detected is moved out by controlling the rejecting device 3.
With regard to the article security monitoring method in the above embodiment, the specific manner of each step has been described in detail in the embodiment of the method, and will not be elaborated herein.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the above-mentioned item security monitoring method.
