Example 1
The present embodiment provides an electricity quantity correction method, which is applied to an air conditioning system, fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the air conditioning system according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning system includes at least two loads and at least two electricity meters, the electricity meters and the loads are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, in the present embodiment, the loads include an external machine and n internal machines 1 to n, wherein the external machine is connected with an external machine electricity meter, the internal machines 1 to n are respectively connected with an internal machine electricity meter in a corresponding manner for measuring an electricity quantity used by each internal machine, and each internal machine is correspondingly connected with a line controller for displaying the electricity quantities X1 to Xn of the internal machines 1. The air conditioning system can also comprise remote equipment, and the electric quantity is measured by the electric meters which are transmitted back to the electric meters through the remote equipment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for correcting the electric quantity metering according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s101, acquiring the software metering electric quantity of each load in the air conditioning system, and acquiring the electric meter metering electric quantity of each load.
In specific implementation, after the system is powered on, a software electric quantity metering mode is started, electric quantity calculation is carried out on the loads through software in each load, software metering electric quantity is obtained, and meanwhile, electric meter metering electric quantity of each load is obtained through reading data of each electric meter. If the air conditioning system comprises a remote device, the electricity meter of each electricity meter is transmitted back through the remote device to measure the electricity quantity.
And S102, judging whether the ammeter corresponding to the load is abnormal or not according to the software metering electric quantity and the ammeter metering electric quantity of the load.
Because the software metering is calculated by an algorithm according to the running state parameters of each load, no additional detection device or circuit is needed, the reliability is higher, and whether the ammeter is abnormal or not can be judged by the error between the software metering electric quantity and the ammeter metering electric quantity. If the ammeter does not break down, the value of the software metering electric quantity and the value of the software metering electric quantity are close to each other and do not differ too much, but if the ammeter breaks down, the error between the software metering electric quantity and the software metering electric quantity is large, and therefore the error between the software metering electric quantity and the software metering electric quantity of the ammeter can reflect whether the ammeter is abnormal or not.
S103, if the ammeter is abnormal, determining that the electric quantity metered by the software is the final electric quantity. And if the electricity meter is not abnormal, determining the electricity quantity metered by the electricity meter as the final electricity quantity.
The electricity metering correction method of the embodiment includes the steps of firstly obtaining software metering electricity of each load in an air conditioning system, and simultaneously obtaining electricity metering electricity of each load; judging whether the electricity meter is abnormal or not according to the software metering electricity quantity and the electricity meter metering electricity quantity; and if the electricity meter is abnormal, determining that the electricity quantity metered by the software is the final electricity quantity data. The problem of inaccurate electric quantity calculation after the ammeter breaks down can be solved, and the accuracy of electric quantity measurement is improved.
Example 2
In this embodiment, another method for correcting electric quantity metering is provided, in order to accurately determine whether an abnormality occurs in an electric meter, in step S102, the method includes: calculating the error between the software metering electric quantity and the electric meter metering electric quantity and judging whether the error is larger than a preset threshold value or not; if so, indicating that the error between the software metering electric quantity and the electric meter metering electric quantity is large, and judging that the electric meter is abnormal; if not, the error between the surface software metering electric quantity and the electric meter metering electric quantity is small, and the electric meter is judged to be normal. The preset threshold value may be determined through experiments or set according to an empirical value.
In order to timely replace the electric meter after the electric meter is abnormal and to timely restore the system to be normal, after the electric meter is judged to be abnormal, the method further comprises the following steps: and sending the abnormal information of the electric meter to remind a user to replace the electric meter.
After receiving ammeter abnormal information, the staff probably changes the ammeter, if changed the ammeter, then need make the ammeter after the replacement and the software measurement electric quantity of the load of being connected synchronous, consequently, send ammeter abnormal information, remind the user after the ammeter is changed, above-mentioned method still includes: reading the identification code of the ammeter at the position of the abnormal ammeter to judge whether the ammeter is the ammeter newly accessed to the system; and if so, taking the software metering electric quantity of the load corresponding to the electric meter as the metering electric quantity of the electric meter. By the aid of the scheme, automatic synchronization of electric quantity data is achieved, manual synchronization steps are omitted, and time is saved.
Because the professional electric meter has higher metering precision, under the normal condition of the electric meter, the metering electric quantity of the software needs to be periodically corrected so as to improve the metering accuracy. Therefore, after the electricity meter is judged to be normal, the method further comprises the following steps: and taking the electric quantity measured by the electric meter of the load as the software-measured electric quantity of the load.
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to a specific correction flow, and fig. 3 is a flow chart of a fuel gauge correction method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
and S1, electrifying the system, reading the data of the electric quantity measured by all the electric meters, and sending the data to the outdoor unit.
And S2, the external machine receives the electric quantity data measured by the electric meter and updates the electric quantity data measured by the software.
The operation aims to correct the data of the electric quantity measured by the software and reduce the measurement error.
And S3, starting a software electric quantity metering mode and calculating the electric quantity of the load.
Wherein the software for calculating the load is arranged inside the load.
S4, after the preset duration is measured, comparing the software measured electric quantity data obtained within the preset duration with the electric meter measured electric quantity data, and determining whether the error is within the nominal error range (i.e. smaller than the preset threshold in the above embodiment), if so, executing step S5, and if not, executing step S6.
And S5, judging that the electric meter is normal, and updating the software metering electric quantity data to be the same as the electric meter metering electric quantity data.
Because the professional electric meter has higher metering precision, under the normal condition of the electric meter, the software metering electric quantity data needs to be periodically corrected so as to improve the metering accuracy.
And S6, judging that the ammeter is abnormal, switching to a software metering mode at the moment, and determining the software metering electric quantity data as final electric quantity data.
The software metering is calculated through the running state parameters of each load through an algorithm without adding an additional detection device or circuit, so that the reliability is higher, and whether the ammeter is abnormal or not can be judged through the error between the software metering electric quantity and the ammeter metering electric quantity.
And S7, after or at the same time of switching to the software metering mode, sending abnormal information of the electric meter, and timely reminding a user to replace the electric meter.
Can send ammeter abnormal information to display terminal equipment, for example the manual operator in step through outer machine, in time remind the user, change the ammeter, the unit continues normal operating this moment.
And S8, after the user electric meter is expected to be replaced, the load corresponding to the replaced electric meter performs ID recognition on the electric meter, if the electric meter is recognized as a new electric meter, an electric quantity synchronization command is sent to the electric meter, the electric quantity metered by the electric meter is automatically updated to be the current software metering electric quantity, and then the step S2 is returned.
According to the method, a mode of combining software electricity metering and electricity metering of the electricity meter is adopted, the metering data can be corrected in time, when the electricity meter metering is abnormal, the metering quantity can be corrected through automatic switching, the alarm prompt is given, and the metering data can be automatically updated when the electricity meter is replaced.
Based on the above scheme, the present embodiment can bring the following beneficial effects: 1. the method can quickly and efficiently diagnose the abnormity of the ammeter, timely remind a user and reduce the loss caused by the abnormal charging. 2. The software metering data is periodically updated, the metering precision can be improved, when the metering of the ammeter is abnormal, the metering mode of the unit is automatically switched, the use of a user is not influenced, and the use reliability is improved. 3. When the ammeter is replaced, the automatic charging synchronization can be realized by electric quantity metering without manual setting, the after-sale maintenance efficiency is improved, and the error rate caused by manual setting is reduced.
