FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of an endoscope system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, wherein the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", and the like, as used herein, refer to an orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings, which is for convenience and simplicity of description, and does not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or components must be in a particular orientation, constructed and operated in a particular manner, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of an endoscope airtightness detection method includes the steps of:
s1, arranging a plurality of pressure detection points on the air passage of the endoscope body.
And S2, enabling the host to acquire the deviation between the real-time pressure value of each pressure detection point and the preset calibration pressure value, comparing the deviation with the pressure measurement accuracy absolute value of the corresponding pressure detection point, and outputting the air tightness state information of the mirror.
Specifically, in step S2, the preset calibration pressure value is a pressure value detected by the corresponding pressure detection point at a standard atmospheric pressure.
When the deviation is larger than the absolute value of the pressure measurement precision of the corresponding pressure detection point, the host outputs the information of the air tightness difference of the mirror body.
When the deviation is smaller than or equal to the absolute value of the pressure measurement precision of the corresponding pressure detection point, the host outputs the information that the mirror body has good air tightness.
According to the endoscope air tightness detection method, the real-time pressure values of all pressure detection points on the endoscope body are obtained through the host, the air tightness state of the endoscope body is judged after the deviation amount is compared with the absolute value of the pressure measurement precision, the real-time monitoring of the endoscope body air tightness is realized, the problems of time consumption, inaccuracy and the like during manual operation are solved, and the monitoring precision is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for detecting the air tightness of the endoscope can be implemented by an endoscope system, which comprises a host, a light guide portion 10, an operating handle 20 and an insertion portion 30, which are connected in sequence, wherein a plurality of pressure detection devices are arranged between the light guide portion 10 and the insertion portion 30, and the host is provided with a data storage unit and an air tightness judgment unit.
The data storage unit stores the information of the calibration pressure values of the pressure detection devices.
The air tightness judging unit is electrically connected with the data storage unit and the pressure detection devices respectively and is used for acquiring the deviation between the real-time pressure value and the calibrated pressure value of each pressure detection device and comparing the deviation with the pressure measurement accuracy absolute value of the corresponding pressure detection device so as to output the air tightness state information of the mirror body.
In this embodiment, the first pressure detecting device 41 is disposed at one end of the light guide 10 close to the handle 20; a second pressure detection device 42 is arranged in the lens hose between the light guide part 10 and the operating handle 20; a third pressure detection device 43 is arranged at one end of the operating handle 20 close to the insertion part 30; a fourth pressure detection device 44 is arranged in the endoscope body hose between the operating handle 20 and the insertion part 30; the insertion portion 30 is provided with a fifth pressure detecting means 45 at an end thereof close to the handle 20. In other embodiments, the pressure detection device may be disposed at a component position where the probability of air leakage failure is large.
In this embodiment, the pressure detection device is a pressure sensor.
In the endoscope system described above, the respective pressure sensors are connected to the air-tightness determination unit of the host computer through the system communication bus. During detection, firstly, pressurizing or decompressing the mirror body through a leakage detection interface on the mirror body to enable the pressure of the mirror body to be equal to a standard atmospheric pressure, recording the zero position of the pressure value of a pressure sensor in the mirror body at the moment to serve as a calibration pressure environment of the mirror body, and writing the calibration pressure value into a data storage unit of the mirror body; then, in the using process of the mirror body, the air tightness judging unit of the host reads the values of all pressure sensors of the mirror body in real time; and finally, a judgment unit counts the deviation between the real-time pressure value of each pressure sensor in the lens body and the calibrated pressure value of each pressure sensor, and compares the deviation of each pressure sensor with the absolute value of the measurement precision of each pressure sensor: if the deviation value is greater than the absolute value of the measurement precision, the air tightness of the mirror body is poor, the host outputs information of the poor air tightness of the mirror body, if the deviation value is less than or equal to the absolute value of the measurement precision, the air tightness of the mirror body is good, and the host outputs information of the good air tightness of the mirror body.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
