Detailed Description
The mechanical electrical oil path integrated module interface comprises a male head and a female head;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the male connector 1 comprises a male connector body 1-1, a male connector mechanical connector, a male connector electrical connector and a male connector oil-way connector; the female head 2 comprises a female head body 2-1, a female head mechanical connecting piece, a female head electrical connecting piece and a female head oil way connecting piece;
the male mechanical connecting piece is a nut 1-3 arranged on the male body 1-1; the female head mechanical connecting piece is a threaded connecting section 2-1-1 which is arranged on the female head body 2-1 and is used for being matched with the nut 1-3; as shown in fig. 3, a retainer ring is integrally formed on the outer circle of the male head body 1-1; the nut 1-3 is sleeved on a section of the male head body 1-1, which is positioned on the left side of the retainer ring, and is limited by the retainer ring; as shown in fig. 4, the female mechanical connector is a threaded connection section 2-1-1 integrally formed on the outer circle of the female body 2-1, and the male connector 1 and the female connector 2 are mechanically connected by the threaded connection section 2-1-1 and the nut 1-3.
The male electrical connector comprises a plurality of contact pins 1-2 uniformly distributed on a male body 1-1 along the circumferential direction and contacts 1-6 arranged at the heads of the contact pins 1-2; the female electrical connector comprises a plurality of slots 2-2 which are uniformly distributed on the female connector along the circumferential direction and correspond to the contacts 1-6 one by one; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of male electrical connector mounting holes 1-1-2 and female electrical connector mounting holes 2-1-2 are uniformly distributed on the male body 1-1 and the female body 2-1 along the circumferential direction, respectively; the contact pin 1-2 and the slot 2-2 are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the mounting hole 1-1-2 of the male connector and the mounting hole 2-1-2 of the female connector; one end of the head part of the contact pin 1-2 is provided with a connecting hole, and a contact 1-6 and a spring 1-7 for connecting the contact 1-6 and the contact pin 1-2 are arranged in the connecting hole; the spring 1-7 is used for enabling the contact 1-6 to generate a tendency of extending out of the male head body 1-1;
the male oil way connecting piece comprises a male oil way channel 1-1-3 arranged on the central axis of the male body 1-1, a male connector body 1-5 positioned in the male oil way channel 1-1-3 and a male connecting spring 1-4 connected between the male connector body 1-5 and the male body 1-1; the female oil way connecting piece comprises a female oil way channel 2-1-6 arranged on the central axis of the female body 2-1 and used for being in butt joint with the male oil way channel 1-1-3, a female joint body 2-4 positioned in the female oil way channel 2-1-6 and a female connecting spring 2-5 connected between the female joint body 2-4 and the female body 2-1; the mouth of the male oil way channel 1-1-3/female oil way channel 2-1-6 is provided with a male oil way channel mouth conical surface 1-1-5/female oil way channel mouth conical surface 2-1-5, and the conical surface of the male joint body 1-5/female joint body 2-4 has the tendency of keeping tight fit with the male oil way channel mouth conical surface 1-1-5/female oil way channel mouth conical surface 2-1-5 under the action of the male joint connecting spring 1-4/female joint connecting spring 2-5; the male head body 1-1 is provided with an annular boss at the opening of the male head oil passage 1-1-3; a circular groove used for being in socket fit with the annular boss is formed in the position, located at the opening of the female oil passage 2-1-6, of the female body 2-1; the inner wall of the circular groove is provided with a sealing ring 2-3 through a sealing ring mounting groove 2-1-4, so that the sealing performance of the male and female oil passages after being butted 2-1-6 is ensured; the outer end of the male/female joint body 2-4 is provided with a convex part, and after the male joint 1 is butted with the female joint 2, the convex part of the male joint body 1-5 is mutually contacted with the convex part of the female joint body 2-4 and then can be separated from the conical surface 1-1-5 of the passage opening of the male oil passage and the conical surface 2-1-5 of the passage opening of the female oil passage respectively.
The male head 1 and the female head 2 are guided by a connecting guide piece to realize mutual connection; referring to fig. 3 and 4, the connecting and guiding member comprises 6 strip-shaped bosses 1-1-1 uniformly distributed on the outer circle of the male head body 1-1 at the right section of the spacing ring along the circumferential direction, and 6 grooves 2-1-3 distributed on the inner circle of the female head body 2-1 and corresponding to the strip-shaped bosses 1-1-1 one by one.
When the composite interface male head 1 and the female head 2 of the embodiment are connected, 6 guide connecting piece bosses 1-1-1 uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the male head body 1-1 axially and forwardly move along 6 guide connecting piece grooves 2-1-3 uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the female head body 2-1.
