Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐高温水龙头,包括阀芯壳体、进水管、出水头、手柄和装饰盖,阀芯壳体为一节上下贯通的圆管,阀芯包括一个阀芯硅胶管、两个硅胶管定位环和一个阀芯旋转体,阀芯硅胶管为圆形管,阀芯硅胶管与进水管对应的水孔的位置设有硅胶管进水口;硅胶管定位环设在阀芯硅胶管的上下两端,包括上硅胶管定位环和下硅胶管定位环;阀芯旋转体插接在阀芯硅胶管内并能做旋转动作,阀芯旋转体的中部和下部为圆柱形。本发明由于硅胶管有弹性,使阀芯旋转体与阀芯壳体的内侧壁之间密封更加严实,硅胶耐用并耐高温,阀芯旋转体与阀芯硅胶管密封接触面积足够大,即使长期使用也不会漏水。本发明耐用并生产效率高,制作成本低,组装和维修拆卸方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头,特别是涉及一种耐高温水龙头。
背景技术
开水机使用的水龙要求是耐高温的水龙头,传统的开水机使用的耐高温水龙头阀体外壳和阀芯旋转体是锥形的,靠锥形的阀芯旋转体与阀体外壳的锥形内腔接触密封水路,由于在高温下,使用时间长阀芯旋转体的锥形体变形或粘上水垢容易造成水龙头漏水,影响使用效果,并造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种耐高温水龙头。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种耐高温水龙头,包括阀芯壳体、进水管、出水头、手柄和装饰盖,阀芯壳体与进水管固定连接,阀芯壳体设有内腔,内腔内设有阀芯,阀芯下端设有与出水头连接的螺纹,阀芯上部设有装饰盖,装饰盖与手柄连接,其特征在于:
所述的阀芯壳体为一节上下贯通的圆管,圆管上下直径相同,圆管的一侧与进水管连通;
所述的阀芯包括一个阀芯硅胶管、两个硅胶管定位环和一个阀芯旋转体,所述的阀芯硅胶管为圆形管,阀芯硅胶管外径与阀芯壳体的内径相同,阀芯硅胶管的长度与阀芯壳体相同,阀芯硅胶管与进水管4对应的水孔的位置设有硅胶管进水口;
所述的硅胶管定位环设在阀芯硅胶管的上下两端,包括上硅胶管定位环和下硅胶管定位环,上硅胶管定位环由水平环和竖向环两部分组成,水平环的外径与阀芯壳体的外径相同,水平环的内径与硅胶管的内径相同,竖向环设在水平环的下端,其内径与水平环的内径相同,竖向环外侧环形壁上设有的锥形的斜面,水平环和竖向环连为一体,使用中竖向环插入硅胶管的管孔内侧壁上,下硅胶管定位环与下硅胶管定位环和上硅胶管定位环结构相同上下对称设置;
所述的阀芯旋转体插接在阀芯硅胶管内并能做旋转动作,阀芯旋转体的中部和下部为圆柱形,圆柱体内部设有水道,水道上端密封,圆柱体上端设有与把手连接的连接柱,连接柱上设有与手柄连接的螺孔,阀芯旋转体的外侧直径与阀芯硅胶管内孔直径相同,阀芯旋转体的侧壁上设有旋转管进水孔,旋转管进水孔的位置与硅胶管进水口的位置对应并连通,阀芯旋转体的下端的外侧设有与出水套连接的外螺纹。
进一步地,所述的出水头内设有硅胶套,硅胶套的内侧壁上设有4-8条均布的竖向的凸条,两凸条之间构成凹槽。
本发明的有益效果:由于阀芯上设置了一个阀芯硅胶管、两个硅胶管定位环和一个阀芯旋转体,阀芯旋转体与阀芯壳体的内侧壁之间设置了阀芯硅胶管,由于硅胶管有弹性,使阀芯旋转体与阀芯壳体的内侧壁之间密封更加严实,硅胶耐用并耐高温,阀芯旋转体与阀芯硅胶管密封接触面积足够大,即使长期使用也不会漏水。由于设有两个硅胶管定位环,使阀芯硅胶管的位置不会变动,并且阀芯旋转体插入阀芯硅胶管的同时也穿过了两个硅胶管定位环,这样阀芯旋转体开关水龙头旋转时阻力变小,旋转更加顺畅。由于阀芯旋转体、阀芯硅胶管和阀芯壳体都为圆形,加工方便,生产效率高,制作成本低。组装和维修拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,为一种耐高温水龙头,本实施例的水龙头主要用于开水机,但不局限于上述的实施方式。本发明包括:阀芯壳体1,阀芯壳体与进水管4固定连接,进水管的端头设有连接开水出水管的进水管螺纹41,阀芯壳体设有内腔,内腔内设有阀芯6,阀芯下端设有与水龙头的出水头5连接的出水管螺纹624,阀芯上部设有装饰盖3,装饰盖与手柄2连接,所述的阀芯壳体1为一节圆管,圆管上下直径相同并贯通,圆管的一侧与进水管4连通。本实施例的阀芯壳体1、进水管4为不锈钢材料,阀芯旋转体为铜材。
如图2至图6所示,所述的阀芯包括一个阀芯硅胶管61、两个硅胶管定位环63和一个阀芯旋转体62,所述的阀芯硅胶管61为圆形管,使用中设在阀芯壳体内的管孔中,并与阀芯壳体上下对齐。阀芯硅胶管外径与阀芯壳体的内径相同,阀芯硅胶管的长度与阀芯壳体相同,阀芯硅胶管与进水管4对应的水孔的位置设有硅胶管进水口611,即阀芯硅胶管与进水管连通;所述的阀芯旋转体插接在阀芯硅胶管内并能做旋转动作,阀芯旋转体的中部和下部为圆柱形,圆柱体内部设有水道623,水道上端密封,圆柱体上端设有与把手连接的连接柱621,连接柱上设有与手柄连接的螺孔6211,把手通过长螺杆21与螺孔连接,阀芯旋转体的外侧直径与阀芯硅胶管内孔直径相同,阀芯旋转体的侧壁上设有旋转管进水孔622并与阀芯旋转体的水道连通,旋转管进水孔的位置在水龙托打开状态时与硅胶管进水口611的位置对应并连同,如图5所示;当向左或右旋转水龙头手柄时,由于旋转管进水孔的孔位进入到阀芯硅胶管内被密封,此时水龙头水道关闭,由于硅胶有弹性耐用并耐高温,阀芯旋转体与阀芯硅胶管密封接触面积足够大,即使长期使用也不会漏水。阀芯旋转体的下端的外侧设有与出水头5连接的出水管螺纹624,假如漏水了,拆卸掉下部的出水头5就可更换,维修十分方便。出水头5为不锈钢材料,内设有硅胶套51,硅胶套的内侧壁上设有4-8条均布的竖向的凸条511,两凸条之间构成凹槽512,这样开水在经过硅胶套内腔时水不易扩散,能预防开水的烫伤。
如图7至图8所示,所述的硅胶管定位环设在阀芯硅胶管的上下两端,包括上硅胶管定位环和下硅胶管定位环,上硅胶管定位环由两部分组成,水平环631和竖向环632,水平环的外径与阀芯壳体的外径相同,水平环的内径与硅胶管的内径相同,竖向环设在水平环的下端,其内径与水平环的内径相同,竖向环外侧环形壁上设有的锥形斜面6321,如图6所示,锥形斜面就是外侧壁上部直径大于下端直径,这样插入到阀芯硅胶管孔中才能将硅胶管挤进,使硅胶管在使用中不会变位。水平环和竖向环为一体的金属件,本实施例采用铜材,使用中竖向环插入硅胶管的管孔内侧壁上,下硅胶管定位环与下硅胶管定位环和上硅胶管定位环结构相同上下对称设置。
本发明并不局限于上述的实施方式,在不超出权利要求的发明构思下,对于具有本发明所属领域的基本知识的人员,可实施很多变形,这些变型也属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐高温水龙头,包括阀芯壳体(1)、进水管(4)、出水头(5)、手柄(2)和装饰盖(3),阀芯壳体与进水管(4)固定连接,阀芯壳体设有内腔,内腔内设有阀芯(6),阀芯下端设有与出水头(5)连接的螺纹,阀芯上部设有装饰盖(3),装饰盖与手柄(2)连接,其特征在于:
所述的阀芯壳体(1)为一节上下贯通的圆管,圆管上下直径相同,圆管的一侧与进水管(4)连通;
所述的阀芯包括一个阀芯硅胶管(61)、两个硅胶管定位环(63)和一个阀芯旋转体(62),所述的阀芯硅胶管(61)为圆形管,阀芯硅胶管外径与阀芯壳体的内径相同,阀芯硅胶管的长度与阀芯壳体相同,阀芯硅胶管与进水管(4)对应的水孔的位置设有硅胶管进水口(611);
所述的硅胶管定位环设在阀芯硅胶管的上下两端,包括上硅胶管定位环和下硅胶管定位环,上硅胶管定位环由水平环(631)和竖向环(632)两部分组成,水平环的外径与阀芯壳体的外径相同,水平环的内径与硅胶管的内径相同,竖向环设在水平环的下端,其内径与水平环的内径相同,竖向环外侧环形壁上设有的锥形的斜面,水平环和竖向环连为一体,使用中竖向环插入硅胶管的管孔内侧壁上,下硅胶管定位环与下硅胶管定位环和上硅胶管定位环结构相同上下对称设置;
所述的阀芯旋转体插接在阀芯硅胶管内并能做旋转动作,阀芯旋转体的中部和下部为圆柱形,圆柱体内部设有水道(623),水道上端密封,圆柱体上端设有与把手连接的连接柱(621),连接柱上设有与手柄连接的螺孔(6211),阀芯旋转体的外侧直径与阀芯硅胶管内孔直径相同,阀芯旋转体的侧壁上设有旋转管进水孔(622),旋转管进水孔的位置与硅胶管进水口(611)的位置对应并连通,阀芯旋转体的下端的外侧设有与出水套连接的外螺纹(624)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温水龙头,其特征在于:所述的出水头(5)内设有硅胶套(51),硅胶套的内侧壁上设有4-8条均布的竖向的凸条(511),两凸条之间构成凹槽(512)。
