The cooling water inlet and return pipelines and the drain pipelines of the embedded cooling water system function valve block 12 are respectively communicated with the cooling water inlet pipeline, the cooling water return pipeline and the cooling water drain pipeline, and the cooling water inlet 3, the cooling water return port 4 and the cooling water drain port 7 are used for completing the supply and circulation of cooling water and the safety protection of pipeline pressure.
Furthermore, the upper surface of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 is provided with four groups of working ports A, B and liquid inlet and return ports which are arranged in a square shape and connected in an end face sealing mode. Furthermore, the upper surface of the main valve liquid distribution block is also provided with 3 sensor installation interfaces, and a sensor interface channel directly extends to the liquid inlet pipelines of the embedded telescopic tail function valve block 10, the embedded lubricating device function valve block 11 and the embedded cooling water system function valve block 12, so that the pressure or the flow of the liquid inlet pipelines can be monitored in real time conveniently.
The electromagnetic pilot valve 5 can be connected with the main valve liquid distribution block 8 in a connection mode of end face sealing.
Further, the multipurpose integrated hydraulic function valve set feeds liquid through the liquid inlet, a small part of driving liquid enters the electromagnetic pilot valve 5 through the liquid inlet and return ports connected with the end face, and the action mode of each embedded function valve block is determined by the electromagnetic pilot valve 5; most of the driving liquid enters each functional valve block to participate in corresponding actions so as to drive external equipment to work.
Fig. 4 to 7 are structural views of the main valve liquid distribution block. The main valve liquid distribution block 8 is used for distributing liquid for each embedded functional valve block, and ensures that driving liquid in the liquid inlet pipeline enters the corresponding embedded functional valve block when the main valve liquid distribution block works. The upper surface of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 is provided with four groups of working ports A, B and liquid inlet and return ports which are connected in a four-way mode in an end face sealing mode. The left and right interfaces of each group of connecting interfaces are working ports A, B, directly extend to the positions of the functional valve blocks and are connected with the working ports A, B of the functional valve blocks; the upper and lower interfaces extend to a high-pressure liquid inlet channel and a high-pressure liquid return channel (or a cooling water inlet channel and a cooling water return channel) respectively. Four concave rectangular grooves are sequentially arranged on the lower surface of the main valve liquid distribution block 8, wherein the rectangular groove I18 is used for embedding the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block 9; the rectangular groove II 19 is used for embedding the embedded telescopic tail function valve block 10; the rectangular groove III 20 is used for embedding the embedded type lubricating device function valve block 11; the rectangular groove IV 21 is used for embedding the embedded type cooling water system function valve block 12; the left side surface of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 is provided with a high-pressure liquid inlet 1, a high-pressure liquid return port 2 and a high-pressure liquid discharge port 7; the right side surface of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 is provided with a cooling water inlet 3, a cooling water return port 4 and a cooling water drain port 7.
Fig. 8 shows the installation bottom plate of each in-line functional valve block, and the periphery of each in-line functional valve block is provided with an annular groove 27 around for placing an O-ring to ensure the sealing performance between the main valve fluid distribution block 8 and the installation bottom plate of each in-line functional valve block, and after the installation bottom plate of each in-line functional valve block is embedded into the main valve fluid distribution block 8, the installation bottom plate is fixed by 2M 5 x 10 screws.
The embedded chain tightening motor function valve block mounting base plate a is a base plate used for integrally mounting a hydraulic element for realizing the action of a chain tightening motor, and the hydraulic element on the base plate is reasonably arranged according to a hydraulic schematic diagram part 22 of the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block and is embedded into a rectangular groove I18 of a main valve liquid distribution block 8; after the installation and arrangement are finished, the built-in chain tightening motor function valve block 9 is arranged, and working ports A and B of the built-in chain tightening motor function valve block are communicated with a first group of working ports A16a and a first group of working ports B16B of a main valve liquid distribution block 8 respectively; the liquid inlet, the liquid return port and the liquid discharge port of the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block 9 are respectively communicated with the high-pressure liquid inlet 1, the high-pressure liquid return port 2 and the high-pressure liquid discharge port 6, and the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block 9 is driven by hydraulic oil to complete actions.
The embedded type telescopic tail function valve block mounting base plate b is a base plate used for integrally mounting a hydraulic element for realizing telescopic tail action, and the hydraulic element on the base plate is reasonably arranged according to a hydraulic schematic diagram part 23 of the embedded type telescopic tail function valve block and is embedded into a rectangular groove II 19 of a main valve liquid distribution block 8; after the installation and arrangement are finished, the embedded telescopic tail function valve block 10 is formed, and working ports A and B of the embedded telescopic tail function valve block are communicated with a second group of working ports A16a and a second group of working ports B16B of a main valve liquid distribution block 8 respectively; the liquid inlet, the liquid return port and the liquid discharge port of the embedded telescopic tail function valve block 10 are respectively communicated with the high-pressure liquid inlet 1, the high-pressure liquid return port 2 and the high-pressure liquid discharge port 6, and the embedded telescopic tail function valve block 10 is driven by hydraulic oil to complete actions.
The installation bottom plate c of the functional valve block of the embedded lubricating device is a bottom plate for integrally installing hydraulic elements for realizing the action of the lubricating device, and the hydraulic elements on the bottom plate are reasonably arranged according to a hydraulic schematic diagram part 24 of the functional valve block of the embedded lubricating device and are embedded into the rectangular groove III 20 of the main valve liquid distribution block 8; after the installation and arrangement are finished, the in-line lubricating device function valve block 11 is formed, and working ports A and B of the in-line lubricating device function valve block are communicated with a third group of working ports A16a and a third group of working ports B16B of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 respectively; the liquid inlet, the liquid return port and the liquid discharge port of the embedded lubricating device function valve block 11 are respectively communicated with the high-pressure liquid inlet 1, the high-pressure liquid return port 2 and the high-pressure liquid discharge port 6, and the embedded lubricating device function valve block 11 is driven by hydraulic oil to complete actions.
The mounting bottom plate d of the embedded cooling water system function valve block is used for integrally mounting a hydraulic element for realizing the action of the cooling system, and the hydraulic element on the bottom plate is reasonably arranged according to a hydraulic schematic diagram part 25 of the embedded cooling water system function valve block and is embedded into the rectangular groove IV 21 of the main valve liquid distribution block 8; after the installation and arrangement are finished, the in-line cooling water system function valve block 12 is formed, and working ports A and B of the in-line cooling water system function valve block are communicated with a first group of working ports A16a and a first group of working ports B16B which are arranged on the right side of the main valve liquid distribution block 8 respectively; the liquid inlet, the liquid return port and the liquid discharge port of the embedded cooling water system function valve block 12 are respectively communicated with the cooling water liquid inlet 3, the cooling water liquid return port 4 and the cooling water liquid discharge port 7, and the embedded cooling water system function valve block 12 is driven by hydraulic oil to complete actions.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the multipurpose integrated hydraulic functional valve set, which collectively and accurately describes that the electromagnetic pilot valve 5, the main valve liquid distribution block 8, the embedded chain tightening motor functional valve block 9, the embedded telescopic tail functional valve block 10, the embedded lubricating device functional valve block 11 and the embedded cooling water system functional valve block 12 are integrally installed, and the arrangement of hydraulic components and the connection therebetween are integrated. The functions of the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block 9, the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block 10, the embedded lubrication device function valve block 11 and the embedded cooling water system function valve block 12 can be realized by connecting hydraulic devices according to the hydraulic principle as described above, because 22 is the hydraulic principle diagram of the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block, 23 is the hydraulic principle diagram of the embedded telescopic tail function valve block, 24 is the hydraulic principle diagram of the embedded lubrication device function valve block, and 25 is the hydraulic principle diagram of the embedded cooling water system function valve block.
In conclusion, the multipurpose integrated hydraulic functional valve bank enables control and monitoring of various hydraulic pressures of conveying equipment to be more centralized, reduces the number of underground on-site hydraulic pipelines, effectively avoids the phenomena that the underground on-site liquid inlet and return pipelines and the control pipelines are more and complicated and the on-site arrangement is disordered, enables the on-site hydraulic control system to be more convenient to check and troubleshoot, and effectively improves adaptability to underground on-site space of a coal mine.
Although only the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art, and all changes are encompassed in the scope of the present invention.

the high-pressure liquid inlet (1), the high-pressure liquid return port (2) and the high-pressure liquid discharge port (6) on the left side of the main valve liquid distribution block (8) are correspondingly connected with a high-pressure liquid inlet channel, a high-pressure liquid return channel and a high-pressure liquid discharge channel respectively, the high-pressure liquid inlet channel, the high-pressure liquid return channel and the high-pressure liquid discharge channel are arranged in parallel and extend to the embedded lubricating device function valve block (11), the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block (9), the embedded telescopic tail function valve block (10) and the embedded lubricating device function valve block (11) are connected to the high-pressure liquid inlet channel, the high-pressure liquid return channel and the high-pressure liquid discharge channel respectively in a parallel mode through branch pipelines, high-pressure liquid is fed from the high-pressure liquid inlet (1) on the left side, returns from the high-pressure liquid return port (2), and is discharged from the high-pressure liquid discharge port (6);
the cooling water inlet (3), the cooling water return channel (4) and the cooling water drain port (7) on the right side of the main valve liquid distribution block (8) are respectively and correspondingly connected with a cooling water inlet channel, a cooling water return channel and a cooling water drain channel, the cooling water inlet channel, the cooling water return channel and the cooling water drain channel are arranged in parallel and connected to the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12) and only supply liquid for the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12), cooling water enters the liquid from the cooling water inlet (3) on the right side, returns the liquid from the cooling water return port (4), drains the liquid from the cooling water drain port (7), and overpressure liquid draining action of the cooling system is realized;
the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block (9), the embedded telescopic tail function valve block (10), the embedded lubricating device function valve block (11) and the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12) are independent modules respectively and embedded into the main valve liquid distribution block (8), so that the maintenance and the replacement are convenient; and an external equipment connecting interface (13) connected with external equipment or pipelines is arranged below each module.

A multi-purpose integrated hydraulic function valve block as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a liquid inlet channel, a liquid return channel and a liquid discharge channel are respectively arranged in the space of each embedded function valve block, and the liquid inlet channel, the liquid return channel and the liquid discharge channel of each embedded chain tightening motor function valve block (9), each embedded telescopic tail function valve block (10) and each embedded lubricating device function valve block (11) are respectively communicated to the high-pressure liquid inlet channel, the high-pressure liquid return channel and the high-pressure liquid discharge channel; and a liquid inlet channel, a liquid return channel and a liquid discharge channel inside the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12) are respectively and correspondingly communicated to the cooling water liquid inlet channel, the cooling water liquid return channel and the cooling water liquid discharge channel.

A multi-purpose integrated hydraulic function valve block as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper surface of the main valve liquid distribution block (8) is provided with four groups of working ports A (16 a), working ports B (16B), liquid inlets (17 a) and liquid return ports (17B) which are connected in an end surface sealing mode and respectively correspond to the four embedded function valve blocks, wherein three groups of working ports A (16 a) and working ports B (16B) corresponding to the embedded chain tightening motor function valve block (9), the embedded telescopic tail function valve block (10) and the embedded lubricating device function valve block (11) are connected to corresponding interface parts of the three function valve blocks, the three groups of liquid inlets (17 a) are communicated to a high-pressure liquid inlet channel in a parallel connection mode, and the three groups of liquid return ports (17B) are communicated to the high-pressure liquid return channel in a parallel connection mode;
the embedded cooling water system function valve block comprises a group of working ports A (16 a), a group of working ports B (16B), a group of liquid inlet ports (17 a) and a group of liquid return ports (17B), wherein the working ports A (16 a) and the working ports B (16B) correspond to the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12), the working ports A (16 a) and the working ports B (16B) are connected to corresponding interfaces of the embedded cooling water system function valve block (12), the liquid inlet ports (17 a) are communicated to a cooling water liquid inlet channel, and the liquid return ports (17B) are communicated to a cooling water liquid return channel.

A multi-purpose integrated hydraulic function valve block as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the working port A (16 a), the working port B (16B), the liquid inlet (17 a) and the liquid return port (17B) of each group correspond to one group of electromagnetic pilot valves (5) so as to control the action of each embedded functional valve block, and the electromagnetic pilot valves (5) are fixed on the main valve liquid distribution block (8) through mounting holes (26) formed in the upper surface of the main valve liquid distribution block (8).

A multi-purpose integrated hydraulic function valve block as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lower surface position of the main valve liquid distribution block (8) is provided with four rectangular sunken spaces for installing each embedded functional valve block according to the external dimension of each embedded functional valve block.
