drilling at a preset position according to a design angle, starting drilling, and injecting drilling fluid from an inner pipe; stopping drilling when the designed hole depth is reached, lifting the drill rod to a preset depth, and injecting slurry from the inner pipe; after grouting, checking the front end of the drill rod, and flushing when needed; and repeating the steps to carry out drilling and grouting construction of the next grouting hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the drilling and grouting integrated drill rod is internally provided with the grout stopping flange which is not only in sealing threaded connection, but also is provided with the sealing washer, so that grout, water, silt, drilling fluid and the like can not flow back into the drill rod, equipment is protected, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and the sealing washer can play a role in protecting by only sealing threaded connection even if the sealing washer is damaged after being used for too long.
2. All connections of the device are in threaded mechanical connection, the dismounting process is extremely convenient, the grout stopping flange is dismounted by using a matched wrench, the structure is simple, the processing is easy, and the device is not easy to damage.

the disassembly steps are completely opposite to the installation steps, and the disassembly sequence comprises a drill bit, a grouting head, a grout stopping flange and a sealing washer.
