Example 1
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a double-layer supporting and fixing support for a metal roof panel, which includes a fixing base 1, a first supporting engaging piece 2 and a second supporting engaging piece 3, wherein a plurality of connecting holes 13 connected to a structure are provided on a fixing plane 11 of the fixing base 1, and are connected to the structure through connecting screws 4. As shown in fig. 5, both sides of the fixed base 1 are bent into e-shaped chutes 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the first supporting bite piece 2 includes a first vertical supporting plate 24, the lower middle line of the first vertical supporting plate 24 is cut open, and is bent into a splayed shape at two sides to form a sliding plate 21 and a U-shaped sliding slot 22, and the upper portion is bent to form a first arc-shaped panel engaging portion 23. When upward acting force is applied, the supporting meshing piece can be firmly buckled out of the small supporting edge 71 of the metal roof board, so that the metal roof board is not easy to deform, under the condition, the large supporting edge 72 of the metal roof board is less influenced by the deformation of the small supporting edge, and the safety of the system can be better ensured by adopting the invention in areas with large wind load.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the number of the connecting holes 13 and the connecting screws 4 in this embodiment is four, the distance between the two outermost connecting screws 4 and the edge of the fixed base 1 is not less than 1 cm, the two middle connecting screws 4 should avoid the center line, and the two middle connecting screws are installed in a left-right staggered manner, and the U-shaped chute 22 is divided into 2 sections and also arranged in a left-right staggered manner. The vertical clear distance between the connecting holes 13 and the e-shaped sliding grooves is greater than the height of the exposed nail heads of the connecting screws 4, the two connecting screws 4 in the middle are just dislocated with the U-shaped sliding grooves 22, and the initial distance between the two connecting screws 4 in the middle and the U-shaped sliding grooves 22 on the same side is greater than the expansion amount of the metal roof panel 7, so that the first supporting bite piece 2 is ensured not to interfere with the connecting screws 4 when sliding.
For convenient processing, the fixed base 1 of the present embodiment can be made by stamping stainless steel or by opening an aluminum alloy mold.
