As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the intelligent road slope trimming device of the present invention comprises a control center, a slope trimming trolley 1, a fixing seat 2, a connecting rod 3 and a slope trimming machine 4, wherein the slope trimming machine 4 comprises a machine body 41, a blower 42, a fixing plate 43, a dust guard 44 and a slope trimming wheel 45; the control center is installed inside the slope repairing trolley 1, the upper surface of the end part of the slope repairing trolley 1 is provided with a fixed seat 2, the fixed seat 2 is rotatably connected with the end part of the slope repairing trolley 1, and the rotation of the fixed seat 2 is controlled by the control center; a connecting rod 3 is arranged in a fixing groove 21 on the fixing seat 2, and the connecting rod 3 is rotatably connected with the inner surface of the fixing groove 21; the end part of the connecting rod 3 is provided with a slope repairing machine 4, a machine body 41 of the slope repairing machine 4 is rotatably connected with the end part of the connecting rod 3, the joint part of the fixed groove 21 and the connecting rod 3 and the joint part of the connecting rod 3 and the machine body 41 are respectively provided with a controller, the controller is used for controlling the rotation of the connecting rod 3 and the machine body 41, and the controllers are controlled by a control center; a fixing plate 43 is arranged on one side of the machine body 41, a motor 451 is arranged in the middle of the fixing plate 43, a slope trimming wheel 45 is mounted on an output shaft of the motor 451, and slope trimming teeth 452 are uniformly arranged on the edge of the slope trimming wheel 45; the fixed plate 43 is symmetrically provided with dust-proof plates 44 at the two sides of the slope-repairing wheel 45, the bottom surface of the dust-proof plate 44 is higher than the upper surface of the slope-repairing wheel 45, a gap between the end parts of the dust-proof plates 44 is a working groove 46, and the edge part of the slope-repairing wheel 45 extends out of the working groove 46; the blower 42 is installed on one side of the machine body 41, the air outlet end of the blower 42 is located in a first channel 47 arranged inside the machine body 41, an air channel 5 is arranged at the top of the first channel 47 close to the dust-proof plate 44, and the air channel 5 is communicated with a first chamber 441 arranged inside the dust-proof plate 44 through a first pipe 51; the surface of the dustproof plate 44 close to the slope modification wheel 45 is arc-shaped, air outlet grooves 442 are uniformly formed in the arc-shaped surface of the dustproof plate 44, and the air outlet grooves 442 are opposite to the edge of the slope modification wheel 45.
When the slope repairing trolley 1 works, a user sends an instruction to a control center of the slope repairing trolley 1, the slope repairing trolley 1 moves to a roadside part under the control action of the control center and runs along the roadside part, and when the slope repairing trolley 1 moves to a part needing to be repaired on a slope, the control center controls the fixed seat 2 to rotate, so that the slope repairing machine 4 moves to an area above the slope; then, the control center enables the connecting rod 3 to rotate through a controller on a joint of the control fixing groove 21 and the connecting rod 3, so that the height of the slope repairing machine 4 at the end part of the connecting rod 3 is adjusted, and controls the controller on the joint of the connecting rod 3 and the machine body 41, so that the slope repairing machine 4 rotates relative to the connecting rod 3, and the angle of a slope repairing wheel 45 of the slope repairing machine 4 relative to the road surface is adjusted; when the height angle of the slope repairing machine 4 is adjusted to a proper position, the starting motor 451 drives the slope repairing wheel 45 to rotate, so that the slope repairing teeth 452 on the slope repairing wheel 45 act on the uneven part of the slope while rotating, soil blocks of the protruding part are crushed, and the rotating slope repairing teeth 452 drive the sunken part, so that the slope is subjected to the repairing treatment; the slope repairing trolley 1 continues to run while repairing the slope, continuously acts on the side slopes of different road sections, and properly adjusts the angles of the fixed seat 2 and the connecting rod 3 under the action of the control center so as to adapt to the side slopes of different road sections and different terrains; after the vehicle runs to the end point of the road to be repaired, the slope repairing trolley 1 is controlled to run to the roadside part on the other side of the road, and the work is repeated, so that the slopes on the two sides of the road section to be constructed are completely repaired, the passing comfort and the attractiveness of the road are improved, and the working process is automatically controlled through an intelligent control center, so that the labor is saved; in the trimming process, the part, close to the road surface, of dust brought by the trimming teeth 452 on the trimming wheel 45 in the rotating process falls down along the inner surface of the dustproof plate 44 due to the blocking action of the dustproof plate 44, so that the dust brought by the rotation of the trimming wheel 45 is effectively prevented from falling onto the road surface under the inertia action, the passing comfort and the attractiveness are influenced, and meanwhile, the influence of the construction environment caused by the dispersion of the carried dust into the air is also prevented; and the control center starts the blower 42 at the same time when the motor 451 starts, and the airflow generated by the blower 42 flows into the first channel 47, flows into the first chamber 441 through the air duct 5 and the first pipe 51, and flows out of the impact slope-trimming wheel 45 from the air outlet groove 442 along the first chamber 441; on one hand, dust attached to the slope-repairing wheel 45 falls off under the impact action of the airflow, and the slope-repairing wheel 45 can normally play a role; on the other hand, after flowing out of the air outlet groove 442, the airflow flows out along the lower area of the working groove 46 and the slope repairing wheel 45, so that the part of the carried dust close to the road surface is impacted by the airflow and is carried to the area far away from the road surface by the flowing airflow, and the dust is further prevented from falling onto the road surface; and the dust that is spread to the air by the uplift flows to the direction of keeping away from the road surface under the drive of air current, has reduced the dust in the construction area air, has improved constructor's comfort level.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a first groove 471 is disposed in the machine body 41 below the first passage 47, the first groove 471 is connected to the bottom of a water storage tank 473 disposed on the slope repairing trolley 1 through a second pipe 472, the first groove 471 and the water storage tank 473 are both filled with filtered river water, and the volume of the water storage tank 473 is greater than that of the first groove 471; a check valve is arranged in the second pipe 472 and is controlled by a control center; a liquid level sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the first tank 471 and used for transmitting liquid level information in the first tank 471 to a control center; the top of the first groove 471 is uniformly provided with the atomizing nozzles 474, the atomizing nozzles 474 are internally provided with a water pump, the water pump is controlled by a control center, the water inlet end of the atomizing nozzles 474 is close to the bottom of the first groove 471, the water outlet end of the atomizing nozzles 474 is positioned in the first channel 47, and the water outlet end of the atomizing nozzles 474 inclines towards one side close to the first chamber 441.
When the water spraying device works, when the motor 451 is started, the control center controls the water pump in the atomizing spray head 474 to be started, so that river water in the first groove 471 flows into the atomizing spray head 474, and water mist is formed under the action of the atomizing spray head 474; because the water outlet end part of the atomizing nozzle 474 inclines towards one side close to the first chamber 441, the water mist flows into the first passage 47 in an inclined manner, is driven by the flowing air flow in the first passage 47 to be converged into the flowing air flow and flows into the first chamber 441 along the first pipe 51, so that the air flow flowing out through the air outlet groove 442 is mixed with the water mist, and the water mist contacts with dust carried by the slope repairing wheel 45 along with the flowing air flow, on one hand, the repaired soil slope becomes moist under the action of the water mist, becomes more solid after natural drying, and the soil layer structure is firmer; on the other hand, the water mist is mixed into the air near the construction part, so that the humidity in the air is increased, and therefore, the dust in the air is effectively removed under the action of the water mist, and the comfort level of constructors is further improved; the water mist is converged into water flow after contacting the slope repairing wheel 45, so that dust attached to the surface of the slope repairing wheel 45 is effectively removed under the action of the flowing water flow, and the cleanness of the slope repairing wheel 45 is ensured; in addition, after continuous operation, when the river water in the first tank 471 is excessively consumed, the liquid level sensor in the first tank 471 detects that the liquid level of the river water in the first tank 471 is excessively low, and transmits information to the control center; at the moment, the control center controls the one-way valve in the second pipe 472 to be opened, so that the river water in the water storage tank 473 flows into the first groove 471 through the second pipe 472 under the action of water pressure to supplement the river water in the first groove 471 for consumption, the atomizing spray head 474 is ensured to continuously spray water mist, and the air purification effect is achieved; the volume of the first groove 471 is small, so that the situation that the body 41 is overweight due to excessive river water stored in the first groove 471 is avoided, and the normal work of the slope repairing wheel 45 is influenced due to the fact that the load borne by the connecting rod 3 when the position of the body 41 is adjusted is overlarge; the water storage tank 473 is mounted on the slope repairing trolley 1, so that the water storage tank 473 stores a large amount of river water, the continuous supply of the river water of the atomizing spray heads 474 is guaranteed while the normal work of the slope repairing wheel 45 is not influenced, and the problem that the working efficiency is influenced because the river water in the first groove 471 is consumed too fast and needs to be added frequently is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the dust-proof plate 44 having the air-out grooves 442 is uniformly provided with the leveling teeth 443, the air-out grooves 442 are located in the gaps between the leveling teeth 443, and the ends of the leveling teeth 443 are inclined in a direction approaching the working grooves 46.
When the soil conditioner works, after the slope trimming teeth 452 of the slope trimming wheel 45 crush the bumps of the convex parts in the soil slope, the leveling teeth 443 on the dust guard 44 repeatedly act on the adobes by moving the machine body 41, so that the agglomerated parts in the loose soil are further crushed, and the crushed loose soil on the soil slope is pushed to repeatedly move, so that the loose soil naturally falls to the concave parts; the water mist sprayed out of the air outlet groove 442 permeates into the air in the loose soil and fully wets the soil, so that the soil is more solidified after being naturally dried, the repaired part of the soil slope is smoother, and the working quality of repairing the soil slope is improved; the air outlet slot 442 is positioned at the gap between the leveling teeth 443, so that dust attached to the gap between the leveling teeth 443 is effectively removed under the impact of flowing air flow in the working process, and the dust is prevented from blocking the gap between the leveling teeth 443, and the normal function of the leveling teeth 443 is prevented from being influenced; in addition, because the end of the leveling teeth 443 is inclined toward the direction close to the working groove 46, when the air flow flows out from the gap between the leveling teeth 443, the air flow is guided by the surface of the leveling teeth 443, so that on one hand, the impact of the air flow on the surface of the leveling teeth 443 is enhanced, the attached dirt is removed more thoroughly, and on the other hand, the air flow is concentrated to the working groove 46 and flows out from the working groove 46 under the guiding action, so that the scattered dust generated by the work is further carried to the area far from the road surface under the action of the concentrated flowing air flow.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a second groove 444 is uniformly formed on the surface of the flat teeth 443 near the air outlet groove 442, and the end of the second groove 444 is inclined downward.
When the air flow impacts the surface of the leveling tooth 443, because the second groove 444 is uniformly formed on the surface of the leveling tooth 443, which is close to the air outlet groove 442, a part of air flows downwards in an inclined manner under the guiding action of the second groove 444, so that the soil attached to the surface of the leveling tooth 443 is removed more thoroughly; the water mist mixed in the air flow is condensed into water drops on the surface of the leveling teeth 443 and is converged into water flow under the guiding action of the second groove 444, and the water flow flows down along the second groove 444, so that the soil attached to the surface of the leveling teeth 443 is washed more thoroughly; on the other hand, water flow uniformly falls on the surface of the constructed soil slope, so that the soil on the surface of the soil slope is more fully wetted and stared more thoroughly after natural drying.
As an embodiment of the invention, a dust-proof pipe 48 is arranged at a position, close to the dust-proof plate 44, on the top of the first passage 47, the top of the dust-proof pipe 48 is obliquely directed to an upper area of the working groove 46, and the diameter of the end, located above the fixing plate 43, of the dust-proof pipe 48 is larger than that of the end located in the first passage 47; the upper surface of the fixing plate 43 is in an arc shape which is bent upwards, the fixing plate 43 is made of copper-aluminum alloy, and the motor 451 is located inside the dustproof plate 44 and close to the upper surface.
When the device works, a part of airflow flows into the dustproof pipe 48 after being mixed with water mist and is sprayed out from the area above the fixed plate 43 along the dustproof pipe 48, because the diameter of the end part of the dustproof pipe 48 positioned in the area above the fixed plate 43 is larger, the coverage area of the flowing airflow is enlarged, the diffusion range of the water mist mixed in the flowing airflow is enlarged, and the dust mixed in the air in a construction area is removed more completely under the action of the diffused water mist; and a part of the water mist falls onto the arc-shaped surface on the upper surface of the fixed plate 43 and forms water flow to fall along the arc-shaped surface, so that on one hand, dust attached to the upper surface of the fixed plate 43 is cleaned under the action of the water flow, and the workload of constructors in cleaning equipment is reduced; on the other hand, heat generated during the operation of the motor 451 is transferred to the fixing plate 43, and water flows through the upper surface of the fixing plate 43 to cool the fixing plate 43, so that the temperature of the fixing plate 43 is controlled, the motor 451 further transfers heat to the fixing plate 43, the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor 451 is improved, and the normal operation of the motor 451 is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the arc-shaped surface of the upper surface of the fixing plate 43 is provided with a set of drainage grooves 431, and the ends of the drainage grooves 431 are located at the edge of the fixing plate 43 near the working grooves 46.
When the slope repairing machine works, water flow on the fixing plate 43 intensively flows to a part, close to the working groove 46, on the edge part of the fixing plate 43 under the guiding action of the drainage groove 431, and falls down from the fixing plate 43 to impact the part, extending out of the working groove 46, of the slope repairing wheel 45, so that soil attached to the slope repairing wheel 45 is removed more thoroughly under the impact action of the water flow, and the normal work of the slope repairing wheel 45 is further ensured; and the water flow falls to the surface of the constructed soil slope after acting on the slope repairing wheels 45, so that the surface of the constructed soil slope is further wetted and is more solidified after being naturally dried, and the quality of the repaired soil slope is improved.
The specific working process is as follows:
a user sends an instruction to a control center of the slope repairing trolley 1, the slope repairing trolley 1 moves to a roadside part under the control action of the control center and runs along the roadside part, and when the slope repairing trolley 1 moves to a part of a slope to be repaired, the control center controls the fixed seat 2 to rotate, so that the slope repairing machine 4 moves to an area above the slope; then, the control center enables the connecting rod 3 to rotate through a controller on a joint of the control fixing groove 21 and the connecting rod 3, so that the height of the slope repairing machine 4 at the end part of the connecting rod 3 is adjusted, and controls the controller on the joint of the connecting rod 3 and the machine body 41, so that the slope repairing machine 4 rotates relative to the connecting rod 3, and the angle of a slope repairing wheel 45 of the slope repairing machine 4 relative to the road surface is adjusted; when the height angle of the slope repairing machine 4 is adjusted to a proper position, the starting motor 451 drives the slope repairing wheel 45 to rotate, so that the slope repairing teeth 452 on the slope repairing wheel 45 act on the uneven part of the slope while rotating, soil blocks of the protruding part are crushed, and the rotating slope repairing teeth 452 drive the sunken part, so that the slope is subjected to the repairing treatment; the slope repairing trolley 1 continues to run while repairing the slope, continuously acts on the side slopes of different road sections, and properly adjusts the angles of the fixed seat 2 and the connecting rod 3 under the action of the control center so as to adapt to the side slopes of different road sections and different terrains; after the vehicle runs to the end point of the road to be repaired, the slope repairing trolley 1 is controlled to run to the roadside part on the other side of the road, and the work is repeated, so that the slopes on the two sides of the road section to be constructed are completely repaired, the passing comfort and the attractiveness of the road are improved, and the working process is automatically controlled through an intelligent control center, so that the labor is saved; in the trimming process, the part, close to the road surface, of dust brought by the trimming teeth 452 on the trimming wheel 45 in the rotating process falls down along the inner surface of the dustproof plate 44 due to the blocking action of the dustproof plate 44, so that the dust brought by the rotation of the trimming wheel 45 is effectively prevented from falling onto the road surface under the inertia action, the passing comfort and the attractiveness are influenced, and meanwhile, the influence of the construction environment caused by the dispersion of the carried dust into the air is also prevented; and the control center starts the blower 42 at the same time when the motor 451 starts, and the airflow generated by the blower 42 flows into the first channel 47, flows into the first chamber 441 through the air duct 5 and the first pipe 51, and flows out of the impact slope-trimming wheel 45 from the air outlet groove 442 along the first chamber 441; on one hand, dust attached to the slope-repairing wheel 45 falls off under the impact action of the airflow, and the slope-repairing wheel 45 can normally play a role; on the other hand, after flowing out of the air outlet groove 442, the airflow flows out along the lower area of the working groove 46 and the slope repairing wheel 45, so that the part of the carried dust close to the road surface is impacted by the airflow and is carried to the area far away from the road surface by the flowing airflow, and the dust is further prevented from falling onto the road surface; the raised dust diffused to the air flows in the direction far away from the road surface under the driving of the airflow, so that the dust in the air in the construction area is reduced, and the comfort level of constructors is improved; when the motor 451 is started, the control center controls the water pump inside the atomizer 474 to be started, so that the river water in the first groove 471 flows into the atomizer 474, and forms water mist under the action of the atomizer 474; because the water outlet end part of the atomizing nozzle 474 inclines towards one side close to the first chamber 441, the water mist flows into the first passage 47 in an inclined manner, is driven by the flowing air flow in the first passage 47 to be converged into the flowing air flow and flows into the first chamber 441 along the first pipe 51, so that the air flow flowing out through the air outlet groove 442 is mixed with the water mist, and the water mist contacts with dust carried by the slope repairing wheel 45 along with the flowing air flow, on one hand, the repaired soil slope becomes moist under the action of the water mist, becomes more solid after natural drying, and the soil layer structure is firmer; on the other hand, the water mist is mixed into the air near the construction part, so that the humidity in the air is increased, and therefore, the dust in the air is effectively removed under the action of the water mist, and the comfort level of constructors is further improved; after the slope trimming teeth 452 of the slope trimming wheel 45 crush the bumps of the raised parts in the soil slope, the leveling teeth 443 on the dust guard 44 are repeatedly acted on the adobes by moving the machine body 41, so that the agglomerated parts in the loose soil are further crushed, and the crushed loose soil on the soil slope is pushed to repeatedly move, so that the loose soil naturally falls to the concave parts; the water mist sprayed out of the air outlet groove 442 permeates into the air in the loose soil and fully wets the soil, so that the soil is more solidified after being naturally dried, the repaired part of the soil slope is smoother, and the working quality of repairing the soil slope is improved; the air outlet slot 442 is positioned at the gap between the leveling teeth 443, so that dust attached to the gap between the leveling teeth 443 is effectively removed under the impact of flowing air flow in the working process, and the dust is prevented from blocking the gap between the leveling teeth 443, and the normal function of the leveling teeth 443 is prevented from being influenced; in addition, because the end of the leveling teeth 443 is inclined to the direction close to the working groove 46, when the air flow flows out from the gap between the leveling teeth 443, the air flow is guided by the surface of the leveling teeth 443, so that on one hand, the impact of the air flow on the surface of the leveling teeth 443 is enhanced, the attached soil is removed more thoroughly, and on the other hand, the air flow intensively flows to the working groove 46 and flows out from the working groove 46 under the guiding action, so that the scattered dust generated by the work is further carried to the area far away from the road surface under the action of the intensively flowing air flow; a part of the airflow flows into the dustproof pipe 48 after being mixed with the water mist and is sprayed out from the area above the fixed plate 43 along the dustproof pipe 48, because the diameter of the end part of the dustproof pipe 48 positioned in the area above the fixed plate 43 is larger, the coverage area of the flowing airflow is enlarged, the diffusion range of the water mist mixed in the flowing airflow is enlarged, and the dust mixed in the air in the construction area is removed more completely under the action of the diffused water mist; and a part of the water mist falls onto the arc-shaped surface on the upper surface of the fixed plate 43 and forms water flow to fall along the arc-shaped surface, so that on one hand, dust attached to the upper surface of the fixed plate 43 is cleaned under the action of the water flow, and the workload of constructors in cleaning equipment is reduced; on the other hand, heat generated during the operation of the motor 451 is transferred to the fixing plate 43, and water flows through the upper surface of the fixing plate 43 to cool the fixing plate 43, so that the temperature of the fixing plate 43 is controlled, the motor 451 further transfers heat to the fixing plate 43, the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor 451 is improved, and the normal operation of the motor 451 is ensured.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
