Description

Cigarette paper for improving storage appearance of heated cigarette and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette paper, in particular to cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of heated cigarettes and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the development of modern technology, the continuous enhancement of the cigarette control force of governments of all countries in the world and the continuous attention of people on self health, the continuous change of the product structure of the tobacco market in the world, the heated cigarette is gradually developed into a substitute of the traditional cigarette. The cigarette is heated in a non-combustion mode, and the cigarette atomizing agent is heated in an electric, carbon, chemical and other modes to generate smoke containing nicotine, fragrance and other components, so that the consumption experience similar to that of the traditional cigarette is achieved; compared with the traditional cigarette, the heating cigarette greatly reduces the harmful components.
The heated cigarette mainly generates smoke similar to cigarette combustion by heating to cause the atomization of volatile substances such as glycerin, propylene glycol, glycerol and the like, so that the smoking experience of the traditional cigarette is brought to consumers; therefore, the heating cigarette core material contains a large amount of volatile substances such as glycerol, propylene glycol and the like, when the heating cigarette is stored, the glycerol, the propylene glycol, the glycerol, the water, the essence, the spice, the colored substances and the like in the core material easily permeate to the surface of cigarette paper, so that the appearance of the heating cigarette is yellow, and yellow spots are generated to directly influence the visual impact of consumers, and the purchasing enthusiasm of the consumers is reduced.
The application of the colored cigarette paper to heating of cigarette core materials is only rarely reported at present, and compared with the traditional white cigarette paper, the colored cigarette paper has high added value and requires advanced technology and equipment; colored cigarette paper is more susceptible to the macula, reducing consumer desire to purchase.
At present, aiming at the problem of yellow spots in the storage appearance of the traditional white cigarette, a waterproof agent and an oil-proof agent are generally added into cigarette paper; or a metal layer and a water-proof and oil-proof layer are added into the cigarette paper to prevent permeation, but the effect is not obvious and the smoking is influenced, for example, Chinese patent (CN110973694A) discloses a cigarette for preventing the substance in the smoking medium from permeating and diffusing and a preparation method thereof, and the metal layer and the water-proof and oil-proof layer are adopted to prevent permeation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of heated cigarettes in order to overcome the defect that the cigarette paper is easy to have yellow spots.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of heated cigarettes.
It is another object of the present invention to provide the use of a modified starch in heated cigarette paper as a means of reducing the macular rate of the heated cigarette paper.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of a heated cigarette comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

the invention provides a cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of a heated cigarette, which contains modified starch and a coloring agent, wherein the coloring agent can provide colored cigarette paper, and the modified starch prevents yellow spots caused by the penetration of propylene glycol, glycerol, water, essence, spices and other additives in a core material, prolongs the storage time of the heated cigarette, and improves the storage appearance of the added cigarette, probably because the modified starch can reduce the porosity of the cigarette paper on one hand and prevent colored substances of the core material from permeating the surface of the cigarette paper to form yellow spots through the capillary action; on the other hand, the modified starch can reduce the surface tension of the cigarette paper and reduce the colored substances of the core material from permeating into the surface of the cigarette paper to turn yellow and even form yellow spots.
Preferably, the modified starch is one or more of dialdehyde starch, cationic starch, oxidized starch, esterified starch, cross-linked starch, etherified starch and acid-treated starch.
Preferably, the fibers are composed of one or more of wood pulp, hemp pulp, or bamboo pulp fibers.
Preferably, the filler is one or both of calcium carbonate or talc.
Preferably, the colorant is one or more of chocolate brown colorant, chocolate brown HT colorant, carmine colorant, lemon yellow colorant.
Preferably, the fixing agent is one or more of a cationic resin type fixing agent, a reactive aldehyde-free fixing agent, a quaternary ammonium salt aldehyde-free fixing agent and a polycarboxylic acid reactive fixing agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of the heated cigarette, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing modified starch coating liquid from modified starch, and adding a defoaming agent for blending;
s2, adding a coloring agent and a color fixing agent into the modified starch coating liquid prepared in the step S1 for mixing;
and S3, coating the coating liquid prepared in the step S2 on cigarette paper, drying and rolling.
Preferably, the drying manner in step S3 is one or more of infrared drying, hot cylinder drying or hot air drying.
Preferably, the temperature of the modified starch coating liquid in the step S1 is 25 to 80 ℃.
The defoaming agent in the step S1 is one or more of an alcohol defoaming agent, a fatty acid ester defoaming agent or an ether defoaming agent.
In the step S1, the addition amount of the defoaming agent is 0.001-0.2% of the weight of the starch coating liquid.
Use of a modified starch in a heated cigarette paper for reducing the macular rate of the heated cigarette paper.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a cigarette paper for improving the storage appearance of a heated cigarette, which contains modified starch and a colorant, wherein the colorant can provide colored cigarette paper, the modified starch prevents yellow spots caused by penetration of propylene glycol, glycerol, water, essence, spice and other additives in a core material, the storage time of the heated cigarette is prolonged, the storage appearance of the added cigarette is improved, and the yellow spot rate is less than 5%.
