Description

Asphalt anti-stripping agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt application, in particular to an asphalt anti-stripping agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The asphalt pavement is the preferred pavement form of the existing road, and has the characteristics of comfortable shock absorption, easy maintenance and the like. In the process of paving asphalt roads, asphalt is usually mixed with stone materials, and the stone materials for paving roads are divided into acid stone materials and alkaline stone materials; the alkaline stone has good adhesion with asphalt, but has poor wear resistance, and cannot be applied to the requirements of skid resistance and wear resistance of the surface layer of the asphalt pavement. On the contrary, granite, sandstone, quartzite and the like belong to acidic stones which are hard, compact and strong in wear resistance, but because asphalt is also slightly acidic, the bonding strength of the acidic stones and the asphalt is low, so that the adhesion between the asphalt and the stone surface is further reduced under the combined action of water and traffic load, water and other impurities are further easily permeated into the pavement, the asphalt surface is separated from the stones, the peeling, loosening, pit holes and the like are damaged, and the damage to the pavement is accelerated.
In order to solve the above problems, an asphalt anti-stripping agent is generally added to asphalt. The asphalt anti-stripping agent can form physical adsorption with the stone surface or carry out chemical combination reaction with the stone by means of the special chemical structure of the asphalt anti-stripping agent, and strong chemical ties are formed between the asphalt anti-stripping agent and the stone, so that the adhesion of asphalt and the stone is improved.
The prior application publication No. CN105131623A discloses an asphalt anti-stripping agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 60 percent of paraffin, 25 to 30 percent of fatty acid and 10 to 20 percent of sulfonic acid or sulfonate, wherein the sum of the weight percentages of the components is 100 percent. The asphalt anti-stripping agent disclosed by the patent has the advantages that the components are pollution-free, the anti-aging performance, the high-temperature resistance and the water stability are good, and the adhesion grade experiment by a water immersion method can reach 5 grades.
The invention also aims to provide the asphalt anti-stripping agent which can effectively improve the adhesion performance of asphalt and stone and has good aging resistance, high temperature resistance and water stability.
