The sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a suspension (3) is arranged at the upper part of the sewage treatment tank (1), a third motor (5) arranged on the suspension (3) is connected with a control device (14), the third motor (5) is connected with a suspension hook (12) through a steel wire rope (6), and the suspension hook (12) is movably connected with a hanging ring on a suspension platform (11).
3. The sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the inside of the sewage collection strip is provided with a gas bag body which is through and sealed from the head part to the tail part.
4. The sewage treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the sewage collection strip comprises a strip-shaped first sewage collection strip (813), and a first float (814) is fixedly connected to a free end of the first sewage collection strip (813).
5. Sewage treatment plant according to claim 4, characterised in that said first float (814) is provided on its lower side with at least one lead weight.

The sewage treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the sewage collecting strip comprises a second sewage collecting strip (813) with a belt-shaped structure, the other end of the second sewage collecting strip (813) is fixedly connected with a second float (816), and a plurality of tapered holes (818) are formed in the second sewage collecting strip (813).
7. Sewage treatment plant according to claim 6, characterised in that said second float (816) is a cylindrical structure provided on its lower side with at least one lead weight.

The sewage treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the suspension platform (11) is provided with a plurality of water spray holes (7), the water spray holes (7) are connected with a water pump through water pipes, and the water pump is arranged at the lower side of the suspension platform (11).
9. The wastewater treatment plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the inlet sluice (2) is provided with an electric lifting device.
10. Sewage treatment plant according to claim 1, characterised in that the underside of the edge of said disc (808) is provided with bearings or balls.
