Background
In order to enable sewage to reach the discharge standard, the sewage needs to be treated, in the prior art, a purifying agent is mostly added to purify the sewage, but block-shaped garbage in the sewage is scattered by the sewage, and more purifying agents cannot be added in real time to treat the block-shaped garbage, so that a sewage treatment device capable of adding the purifying agents in real time according to the increase of the block-shaped garbage in the sewage is needed, and the sewage purification effect is better.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pretreatment type domestic sewage treatment device, which aims to solve the problem that the investment of a purifying agent cannot be increased according to the increase of blocky garbage in sewage in the prior art.
The invention relates to a pretreatment type domestic sewage treatment device, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a pretreatment type domestic sewage treatment device comprises a shell, a medicine inlet assembly, a grinding assembly and a motor; a grinding cavity is arranged in the shell, a sewage feeding assembly is arranged at the upper part of the grinding cavity, a discharge hole is arranged at the lower part of the grinding cavity, and a medicine inlet pipe is arranged above the shell; the grinding assembly is arranged in the grinding cavity and comprises a grinding ring and a cutter head, the grinding ring is vertically arranged, a vertically extending long hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the grinding ring, the cutter head is horizontally arranged on the inner side of the grinding ring, a plurality of through holes are formed in the cutter head, the long hole in the grinding ring and the through hole in the cutter head are both communicated with the discharge hole, and the grinding ring and the cutter head are both driven by a motor to rotate; the medicine inlet assembly is arranged in the shell and positioned on the upper side of the grinding ring and comprises an annular blocking piece, a spring and an outer ring, a first medicine inlet is formed in the outer ring, an outlet of the medicine inlet pipe is communicated with the first medicine inlet, and the first medicine inlet is configured to feed purifying agents into the inner side space and the outer side space of the grinding ring; the annular separation blade is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the outer ring, a first through hole which is correspondingly communicated with the first medicine inlet is arranged on the annular separation blade, the spring enables the first through hole of the annular separation blade to be aligned with the first medicine inlet, an elastic stop block is arranged on the lower side of the annular separation blade, the elastic stop block penetrates through the first medicine inlet to limit the rotating stroke of the annular separation blade, an impact block is arranged at the upper end of the grinding ring, the elastic stop block drives the annular separation blade to rotate under the impact of the impact block, so that the annular separation blade shields the first medicine inlet and stretches the spring, and under the restriction of the first medicine inlet, after the annular separation blade rotates to the maximum stroke position, the grinding ring drives the impact block to be staggered with the elastic stop block, the rear elastic stop block drives the annular separation blade to rotate reversely under the action of the spring, so that the annular separation blade opens the first medicine inlet, the larger the rotating speed of the grinding ring is, the shorter the time interval of the elastic stop block being impacted is, and the shorter the stroke of the annular blocking piece for returning and conducting the first medicine inlet is; the smaller the rotating speed of the grinding ring is, the larger the time interval of the elastic stop block being impacted is, and the larger the stroke of the annular blocking piece for returning and conducting the first medicine inlet under the action of the spring is.

The medicine inlet assembly further comprises an annular baffle plate, the annular baffle plate is vertically arranged on the upper side of the inner end of the outer ring, a third medicine inlet is formed in the annular baffle plate, an outlet of the medicine inlet pipe is further communicated with the third medicine inlet, and a purifying agent is put into the inner side space of the grinding ring through the third medicine inlet.

The motor drives the cutter disc to rotate through a vertically arranged transmission shaft, the transmission shaft drives the grinding ring to rotate through a speed reduction transmission device, and the speed reduction transmission device is arranged below the grinding cavity and comprises an end face gear, a second straight gear, a first straight gear, a speed change gear, a transmission disc and a rotating shaft; the transmission disc is arranged on the transmission shaft, a circle of sliding rails are arranged on the transmission disc, the sliding rails are not connected end to end and are not arranged on the same circumference, and the head end is positioned on the radial inner side of the tail end; the rotating shaft is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the shell and is positioned above the transmission disc; the variable speed wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft and comprises a wheel disc and hobbing gears which are rotatably arranged on the outer circumference of the wheel disc, and the outer side of the slide rail acts on the hobbing gears of the variable speed wheel so as to enable the hobbing gears to move from the outer side of the head end to the outer side of the tail end and further enable the variable speed wheel to roll; the first straight gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, the second straight gear is rotatably arranged on the shell and is externally meshed with the first straight gear, the end face gear is rotatably arranged on the shell and is coaxial with the transmission shaft, is positioned on the upper side of the second straight gear, is meshed with the second straight gear and is configured to rotate in a direction opposite to the rotating direction of the transmission disc; the grinding ring is connected with the face gear so as to synchronously rotate along with the face gear.
The grinding assembly further comprises a cutter head which is arranged on the cutter head, and the cutting edge faces the grinding ring so as to grind the garbage with the interaction of the grinding ring when rotating along with the cutter head.
The lower end of the grinding ring is provided with a filter plate sleeved on the transmission shaft, the filter plate is positioned below the grinding ring, the center of the filter plate is provided with a sleeve extending vertically and downwards, the sleeve is sleeved on the transmission shaft, and the lower end of the sleeve is connected with the face gear.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the pretreatment type domestic sewage treatment device, the sewage discharged into the shell is treated by arranging the normally-open third medicine inlet, and the sewage and the purifying agent are mixed more fully by the rotation of the cutter head; the cutter head and the grinding ring on the cutter head can crush blocky garbage in sewage from left to right, and when the rotation speed of the grinding ring is reduced due to the fact that more garbage is accumulated on the cutter head, the first medicine inlet and the second medicine inlet are opened intermittently, the throwing amount of the purifying agent is increased, the more the garbage is accumulated on the cutter head, the more the rotation speed is reduced, the longer the opening time of the first medicine inlet and the second medicine inlet is, and the more the throwing amount of the purifying agent is.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of a pretreatment type domestic sewage treatment apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 16, includes a housing, a chemical inlet assembly, a grinding assembly, and a motor 5.

Grinding unit sets up in grinding the intracavity, including grinding ring 22 and blade disc 23, the vertical setting of grinding ring 22, and is provided with the slot hole of vertical extension on the perisporium, and blade disc 23 level sets up in grinding ring 22 inboard, and is provided with a plurality of through-holes on the blade disc, and slot hole on the grinding ring 22 and the through-hole on the blade disc 23 all communicate with discharge gate 25, and grinding ring 22 and blade disc 23 all rotate under motor 5's drive.
The medicine inlet assembly is arranged in the shell and positioned on the upper side of the grinding ring 22 and comprises an annular baffle plate 15, a spring 153 and an outer ring 16, a first medicine inlet 161 is formed in the outer ring 16, an outlet of the medicine inlet pipe 12 is communicated with the first medicine inlet 161, and the first medicine inlet 161 is configured to feed purifying agents into the inner side space and the outer side space of the grinding ring 22; the annular blocking sheet 15 is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the outer ring 16, a first through hole 151 used for correspondingly communicating with a first medicine inlet 161 is arranged on the annular blocking sheet 15, the spring 153 enables the first through hole 151 of the annular blocking sheet 15 to align with the first medicine inlet 161, an elastic stop block 152 is arranged on the lower side of the annular blocking sheet 15, the elastic stop block 152 penetrates through the first medicine inlet 161 to limit the rotation stroke of the annular blocking sheet 15, an impact block 221 is arranged at the upper end of the grinding ring 22, the elastic stop block 152 drives the annular blocking sheet 15 to rotate under the impact of the impact block 221, the annular blocking sheet 15 blocks the first medicine inlet 161 and stretches the spring 153, and under the limitation of the first medicine inlet 161, the grinding ring 22 drives the impact block 221 to be staggered with the elastic stop block 152 after the annular blocking sheet 15 rotates to the maximum stroke position, the elastic stop block 152 drives the annular blocking sheet 15 to rotate reversely under the action of the spring 153, so that the annular blocking sheet, the larger the rotation speed of the grinding ring 22 is, the shorter the time interval between the elastic stoppers 152 being impacted is, and the shorter the stroke of the annular barrier 15 returning to the first chemical inlet 161 is; the smaller the rotation speed of the grinding ring 22, the longer the time interval between the impacts of the elastic stopper 152, and the larger the stroke of the annular barrier 15 returning to conduct the first medicine inlet 161 under the action of the spring 153.

In this embodiment, the medicine inlet assembly further includes an annular baffle 17, the annular baffle 17 is vertically disposed on the upper side of the inner end of the outer ring 16, a third medicine inlet 171 is disposed on the annular baffle 17, the outlet of the medicine inlet pipe 12 is further communicated with the third medicine inlet 171, and the third medicine inlet 171 is configured to inject a purifying agent into the space inside the grinding ring 22.
In this embodiment, annular baffle 17 inboard is provided with drainage plate 13, and drainage plate 13 installs in annular baffle 17 inner wall through locating lever 131, and is located the third and advances medicine mouthful 171 upside, and drainage plate 13 is enclosed to close by a plurality of arc separation blade interconnect and forms, and a plurality of arc separation blades from outer toward interior and from last slope setting down to make the medicament that flows from third advances medicine mouthful 171 disperse along drainage plate 13 and open, and then make medicament and sewage intensive mixing.
In the present embodiment, at least one of two contact surfaces where the elastic stopper 152 and the striking block 221 collide with each other is a wedge surface to guide the elastic stopper 152 out of contact with the striking block 221 when the elastic stopper 152 moves to the maximum stroke position with the striking block 221.
In this embodiment, the motor 5 drives the cutter head 23 to rotate through the vertically arranged transmission shaft 24, the cutter head 23 is installed at the upper end of the transmission shaft 24, and the transmission shaft 24 drives the grinding ring 22 to rotate along the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the cutter head 23 through the speed reduction transmission device.
In the embodiment, the speed reduction transmission device is arranged below the grinding cavity and comprises a face gear 32, a second straight gear 33, a first straight gear 34, a speed change gear 35, a transmission disc 36 and a rotating shaft 38; the transmission disc 36 is mounted on the transmission shaft 24, a circle of slide rails 37 are arranged on the transmission disc 36, the slide rails 37 are not connected end to end and are not on the same circumference, and the head ends are located on the radial inner side of the tail ends; the rotating shaft 38 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the shell and is positioned above the transmission disc 36; the change gear 35 is mounted on the rotating shaft 38 and comprises a wheel disc and hobbing teeth rotatably arranged on the outer circumference of the wheel disc, and the outer side of the slide rail 37 acts on the hobbing teeth of the change gear 35 so as to enable the hobbing teeth to move from the outer side of the head end to the outer side of the tail end and further enable the change gear 35 to roll; a first straight gear 34 is arranged on the rotating shaft 38, a second straight gear 33 is rotatably arranged on the shell and is externally meshed with the first straight gear 34, an end face gear 32 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the shell, is coaxial with the transmission shaft 24, is positioned at the upper side of the second straight gear 33, is meshed with the second straight gear 33 and is configured to rotate in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the transmission disc 36; the grind ring 22 is connected to face gear 32 for synchronous rotation with the face gear 32.
In this embodiment, the grinding assembly further includes a cutter head 231, the cutter head 231 being disposed on the cutter disc 23 with the cutting edges facing the grind ring 22 to interact with the grind ring 22 to grind debris as it rotates with the cutter disc 23.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the grinding ring 22 is provided with a filter plate sleeved on the transmission shaft 24, the filter plate is positioned below the filter plate 23, the center of the filter plate is provided with a vertically downward extending sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved on the transmission shaft 24, and the lower end of the sleeve is connected with the face gear 32.
In this embodiment, the housing includes an upper cover 11, a grinding shell 21, a transmission shell 31, and a motor shell 41, the transmission shell 31, the grinding shell 21, and the upper cover 11 are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, the motor 5 is installed in the motor shell 41, and the transmission speed reducer is disposed in the transmission shell 31; the bottom of grinding shell 21 and sleeve sealing connection just enclose with upper cover 11 and enclose into jointly and grind the chamber, and discharge gate 25 sets up in the lateral wall bottom of grinding shell 21, and the subassembly that advances is located grinding shell 21 lateral wall upper portion, and sewage feeding subassembly sets up in the top of upper cover 11.
