The invention relates to a shaftless screw conveyor for municipal waste treatment, which comprises a screw conveyor body and a screw conveyor belt, wherein the screw conveyor belt is arranged on the screw conveyor body, the directional terms "up, down, left, right, front, back, inside, and outside, and vertical and horizontal" included in the term merely represent the orientation of the term in the normal use state, or be a trivial term understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be considered as limiting the term, at the same time, the numerical terms "first," "second," and "third," etc. do not denote any particular quantity or order, but rather are used to distinguish one from another, furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements, but also includes other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.

Claims (8)

1. A shaftless screw conveyor for municipal waste treatment is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), a first barrel (2) and a second barrel (3), wherein a supporting plate (4) is arranged on the left side of the top end of the bottom plate (1), the top end of the supporting plate (4) is connected with the left side of the bottom end of the first barrel (2), a first working cavity is arranged in the first barrel (2), a feeding pipe (5) is communicated with the left side of the top end of the first barrel (2), a hopper (6) is arranged at the input end of the top of the feeding pipe (5), a first shaftless screw blade (7) is arranged in the first barrel (2), the second barrel (3) is positioned below the first barrel (2), the bottom end of the first barrel (2) is in sliding contact with the top end of the second barrel (3), a discharging square pipe (8) is arranged on the right side of the bottom end of the first barrel (2), the second barrel (3) is provided, second barrel (3) inside is provided with shaftless spiral leaf (9) of second, second barrel (3) top is provided with the quad slit, ejection of compact side pipe (8) slidable mounting is in the quad slit, be provided with first ripple expansion plate (10) and second ripple expansion plate (11) respectively between ejection of compact side pipe (8) and the quad slit interior left side wall and interior right side wall, second barrel (3) bottom right side is provided with row material pipe (12), bottom plate (1) top right side is provided with the perforating hole, arrange the perforating hole and pass in row material pipe (12) bottom.

The shaftless screw conveyor for municipal refuse treatment according to claim 1, further comprising a driving gear (13) and a driven gear (14), wherein the upper side of the left end of the first cylinder (2) is provided with a motor (15), the output end of the motor (15) is provided with a coupling (16), the right output end of the coupling (16) is provided with a transmission shaft (17), the right end of the transmission shaft (17) is rotatably penetrated through the left side wall of the first cylinder (2) and connected with the left end of the first shaftless screw blade (7), the right end of the first shaftless screw blade (7) is provided with a rotating shaft (18), the right end of the rotating shaft (18) rotatably penetrates through the right side wall of the first cylinder (2) and is connected with the left end of the driving gear (13), the right end of the support plate (4) is provided with a sliding rod (19), the right end of the sliding rod (19) penetrates through the left side wall of the second cylinder, slide bar (19) right-hand member rotates and is provided with baffle (20), baffle (20) lateral wall and second barrel (3) inside wall sliding contact, right side wall rotates in second barrel (3) and is provided with rotation post (21), it is connected with second shaftless spiral leaf (9) right-hand member to rotate post (21) left end, it is provided with special-shaped hole to transversely run through on baffle (20), special-shaped hole is used for supplying second shaftless spiral leaf (9) left end to slide and pass the use, it is provided with connecting axle (22) to rotate post (21) right-hand member, connecting axle (22) right-hand member is connected with driven gear (14) left end, driving gear (13) and driven gear (14) meshing, bottom plate (1) top right side is provided with mounting bracket (23), mounting bracket (23) top is provided with leading wheel (24), leading wheel (24) top and second barrel (3) bottom contact.

The shaftless screw conveyor for municipal waste treatment according to claim 1, further comprising a water storage tank (25) and a water pump (26), wherein the water storage tank (25) is installed at the left end of the support plate (4), an inner chamber is provided inside the water storage tank (25), a water inlet is provided at the top end of the water storage tank (25) and is communicated with the inner chamber, the water pump (26) is installed at the left end of the water storage tank (25), an inlet pipe (27) is provided at the input end of the water pump (26) and is communicated with the inner chamber, the input end of the inlet pipe (27) extends into the inner chamber, the top output end of the water pump (26) is communicated with a hose (28), the top end of the first barrel (2) is provided with a multi-nozzle transverse pipe (29), the output end of the hose (28) is connected with the top input end of the multi-nozzle transverse pipe (29), and the bottom output end of the multi-nozzle transverse pipe (29) penetrates through the top side wall of the first barrel (2) and extends into the first working cavity.

The shaftless screw conveyor for municipal waste treatment according to claim 1, wherein a gantry (30) is provided on the bottom plate (1) on the left side of the mounting frame (23), a locking bolt (31) is screwed on the gantry (30), and the top end of the locking bolt (31) abuts against the left side of the bottom end of the second cylinder (3) to lock the position of the second cylinder (3).

The shaftless screw conveyor for municipal refuse treatment according to claim 2, further comprising a dust-proof housing (32), wherein the dust-proof housing (32) is internally provided with a placing cavity, the right end of the dust-proof housing (32) is provided with an opening which is communicated with the placing cavity, the right end of the dust-proof housing (32) is installed at the left end of the first cylinder (2), the motor (15) and the coupling (16) are covered by the dust-proof housing (32), and the top end of the dust-proof housing (32) is provided with a plurality of sets of S-shaped heat dissipation holes.

The shaftless screw conveyor for urban garbage disposal according to claim 3, wherein the left half area of the bottom end of the water storage tank (25) is communicated with a drain pipe (33), the drain pipe (33) is provided with a control valve (34), and the lower side of the left end of the water storage tank (25) is provided with a transparent plate (35).
