Abstract
The invention provides a liquid suction position self-regulating device and a position-regulating water supply container, wherein the liquid suction position self-regulating device comprises a supporting rod, a three-way pipe, two liquid inlet joints and a double-plug ball lever; the double-plug floating ball rod comprises two floating balls, two plugs and a middle-hole hard rod, the middle part of the middle-hole hard rod is movably connected to the upper end of the supporting rod through a shaft, two ends of the middle-hole hard rod are both connected with one floating ball and one plug, a clamping groove is formed in one vertical surface of the supporting rod, and the three-way pipe is connected with the clamping groove in the side surface of the supporting rod; the two liquid inlet joints are respectively connected with two ends of the three-way pipe through joints, and the third end of the three-way pipe is used for connecting a water outlet of a container or a water suction port of a water pump. The invention has simple structure, energy saving, reliability and wider application range to containers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid storage containers, and particularly relates to a liquid suction position self-adjusting device and a position-adjusting water supply container with the same.
Background
At present, a liquid suction pipe orifice in a liquid storage container is arranged at a certain fixed position at the bottom of the container, when a vehicle carries the container filled with a small amount of liquid to perform liquid suction operation on an uphill road section or a downhill road section, the liquid in the container can be collected at the rear end or the front end of the container, so that the liquid suction process has the situations of current breaking and difficulty in more fully utilizing the liquid in the container.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a liquid suction position self-adjusting device and a positioning water supply container with simple structures.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention has the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a liquid suction position self-regulating device which comprises a supporting rod, a three-way pipe, two liquid inlet joints and a double-plug cue; the middle part of the double-plug floating ball rod is movably connected to the upper end of the supporting rod through a shaft; the three-way pipe is connected with the side surface of the supporting rod; the two liquid inlet joints are respectively connected with two ends of the three-way pipe through joints, and the third end of the three-way pipe is used for connecting a water outlet of a container or a water suction port of a water pump.
Preferably, a clamping groove is formed in one vertical surface of the supporting rod and used for connecting the three-way pipe.
Preferably, the double-plug cue comprises two floating balls, two plugs and a middle-hole hard rod, the middle of the middle-hole hard rod is hinged to the upper end of the rod body of the support rod, the two ends of the middle-hole hard rod are both connected with one floating ball and one plug, and the plugs are used for plugging holes in the upper end of the cylinder body of the liquid inlet joint.
Preferably, the lower end of the supporting rod is also provided with a base, and the base is used for being connected with the inner side of the bottom of the container.

2. the invention does not need electricity, and has wider application range to containers.

referring to fig. 3 and 8, a clamping groove 11 is formed in one vertical surface of the support rod 10, and the clamping groove 11 is used for connecting a three-way pipe 20.
Referring to fig. 3, 5, 6 and 7, the double-plug cue 40 of the present invention comprises two floating balls 41, two plugs 42 and a middle-hole hard rod 43, wherein the middle part of the middle-hole hard rod 43 is hinged at the upper end of the support rod 10, both ends of the middle-hole hard rod 43 are connected with one floating ball 41 and one plug 42, and the plug 42 is used for plugging the hole 50 at the upper end of the cylinder 31 of the liquid inlet joint 30.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the lower end of the support pole 10 of the present invention is further provided with a base 12, and the base 12 is used for connecting the inner side of the bottom of the container 60.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 9 and 10, the positioning water supply container of the embodiment of the invention comprises a container 60 and a liquid suction position self-adjusting device 100, wherein the liquid suction position self-adjusting device 100 is fixedly connected in a groove 62 at the bottom of the inner side of the container 60 through a support rod 10 and the lower ends of two liquid inlet connectors 30.
Fifth, referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, and fig. 6, the procedure of switching the pipetting position in the container 60 by the pipetting position self-adjusting apparatus 100 of the present invention is as follows:
when liquid suction operation is carried out on an uphill road section, liquid flows to the rear end of the container 60, so that the amount of liquid at the bottom of the front end of the container 60 is reduced or the bottom of the container 60 is exposed out of the liquid level, at the moment, the floating ball 41 at the rear end of the container 60 floats upwards to lift the plug 42 at the end away from the liquid inlet joint 30 at the end, and simultaneously, the floating ball 41 at the front end of the container 60 descends to press the plug 42 at the end into the hole 50 at the upper end of the liquid inlet joint 30 at the front end of the container 60, so that a liquid inlet channel at the front end of the container 60 is cut off, and the;
when liquid suction operation is carried out on a downward slope section, liquid flows to the front end of the container 60, so that the amount of liquid at the bottom of the rear end of the container 60 is reduced or the bottom of the container 60 is exposed out of the liquid level, at the moment, the floating ball 41 positioned at the front end of the container 60 floats upwards, the plug 42 at the front end is taken up to ensure that the upper end of the liquid inlet joint 30 at the front end is unblocked, meanwhile, the floating ball 41 positioned at the rear end of the container 60 descends, and the plug 42 at the rear end is pressed in the hole 50 at the upper end of the liquid inlet joint 30 at the rear end of the container 60, so that a liquid inlet channel at the rear end;
when in a horizontal or bumpy road section, the two ends of the liquid suction position self-adjusting device 100 of the invention are simultaneously unblocked due to the lever action of the middle hole hard rod 43, or the liquid inlet joint 30 at least one end is not blocked by the plug 42 on the middle hole hard rod 43 and is kept unblocked.
