Referring to fig. 2 and 3, before the packaging bottle of the pump type toothpaste is used, the movable bottom plate 2 is pressed first, so that the toothpaste in the toothpaste tube 1 props up the first drum membrane 461 and enters the cavity between the separating seat 46 and the piston body 44 through the first paste outlet 12; the pressing cover 47 is pressed to enable the paste 41 and the piston body 44 to descend, the space between the separating seat 46 and the piston body 44 is reduced, the paste in the cavity is extruded, the first drum diaphragm 461 is pressed to keep a state of closing the first paste outlet 12, the paste props up the second drum diaphragm 443 to enter the second paste outlet 442, then the paste enters the paste outlet pipeline 413 communicated with the second paste outlet 442, and then the paste is extruded out of the paste outlet 414. The amount of depression of the piston body 44 determines the amount of toothpaste (i.e., the amount of paste discharged) to be pressed into the paste discharging tube 413, and a user can flexibly control the amount of toothpaste as desired. The cavity between the separating seat 46 and the supporting seat 43 is a feeding chamber, the first drum diaphragm 461 and the partition 11 form a lower one-way valve element below the feeding chamber, and the second drum diaphragm 443 and the separating ring 45 form an upper one-way valve element above the feeding chamber.
Referring to fig. 4, the pressing cover 47 includes a pressing plate 472, two webs 473 located at both sides of the pressing plate 472, a pressing block 474 fixed on the webs 473, and a paste cutting plate 471 arranged on the pressing plate 472, wherein the pressing plate 472, the webs 473, the pressing block 474 and the paste cutting plate 471 are integrally arranged, the two webs 473 and the two pressing blocks 474 are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the pressing plate 472, the pressing block 474 is located at the lower side of the web 473 far away from the pressing plate 472, and circular rotating grooves 475 are formed at the lower sides of the pressing block 474 and the webs 473; referring to fig. 4 and 5, the two sides of the paste 41 are symmetrically provided with a rotating shaft 415 which is in rotating fit with the rotating groove 475, and the whole pressing plate 472 pressing cover 47 rotates around the rotating shaft 415; a gap 476 for avoiding the pressure spring plate 412 is formed in the web 473 of the gland 47; the upper end of the paste outlet 41 is integrally provided with a limiting convex step 416 matched with the side edge outline of the web 473 of the gland 47 without external force, and when the paste outlet 414 of the paste outlet 41 is closed by the paste cutting plate 471 of the gland 47, the web 473 of the gland 47 is adhered to the limiting convex step 416, so that the gland 47 and the paste outlet 41 can be more tightly matched, and the closing effect and the ornamental value of the gland 47 on the paste outlet 41 are optimized.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a stopper 31 is integrally provided in the cover body, the stopper 31 is positioned above the pressing block 474, and the elastic force of the elastic member 42 makes the pressing block 474 maintain an abutting state with the stopper 31; referring to fig. 5 and 6, after pressing platen 472 rotates gland 47 about rotary shaft 415, pressing platen 474 forces gland 47 and paste outlet 41 to synchronously descend due to the abutting relationship between block 474 and stopper 31, thereby completing the pressing operation of paste outlet 41 and piston body 44. The pressing of the paste 41 utilizes the lever principle, so that the pressing action is more labor-saving and more convenient; in the rotating process of the pressing cover 47, the paste cutting plate 471 on the pressing cover 47 slides along the end face of the paste outlet 414 to complete the shearing action, so that the paste is cut thoroughly. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the arc formed by the end of the paste cutting plate 471 at the rotation locus is coaxial with the rotation shaft 415, and the surface of the paste outlet 41 where the paste outlet 414 is located is a curved surface attached to the arc locus.
Referring to fig. 7, the first paste outlet 12 of the partition 11 is a circular hole, and the first paste outlet 12 is provided therein with a paste dividing bar 13 for dividing the first paste outlet 12 into three fan-shaped holes uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction so as to guide the toothpaste to concentrate toward the circumferential side of the first paste outlet 12, and the toothpaste can more smoothly pass through the gap between the first drum membrane 461 and the separating seat 46; meanwhile, the paste tube 1 can be replaced, in order to ensure sanitation, aluminum foils are required to be attached to the partition plate 11 of the toothpaste tube 1, and the paste separating rod 13 can support the aluminum foils to prevent the aluminum foils from cracking.
Referring to fig. 7, the first drum membrane 461 is a circular plate body capable of completely closing the first paste outlet 12, and the first drum membrane 461 is movably fixed with the bottom plate of the separating seat 46 by an integrally arranged flexible connecting rod 462, so that the first drum membrane 461 can float up and down relative to the separating seat 46; the flexible link 462 is provided along the circumferential direction of the first drum membrane 461 to extend the length of the flexible link 462 without excessively increasing the clearance between the first drum membrane 461 and the bottom plate of the separation seat 46, thereby ensuring a sufficient deformation amount; four flexible links 462 are uniformly arranged in a circumferential array on the circumferential side of the first drum membrane 461. The second drum membrane 443 is fixed in the second paste outlet 442 in a similar manner by the flexible connecting rod 462 structure, and three flexible connecting rods 462 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential side of the second drum membrane 443 in a circular array.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, on one side of the partition plate 11 near the separating seat 46, a first sealing ring protrusion 14 and a second sealing ring protrusion 15 are coaxially arranged with the first paste outlet hole 12 as a reference, the first sealing ring protrusion 14 is arranged along the edge of the first paste outlet hole 12, and the second sealing ring protrusion 15 is arranged outside the first sealing ring protrusion 14; the bottom plate of the separating seat 46 is provided with an annular caulking groove 463 corresponding to the second sealing ring protrusion 15, and the first drum membrane 461 is provided with a circular caulking groove 464 corresponding to the first sealing ring protrusion 14. By arranging the first sealing ring bulge 14, the second sealing ring bulge 15 and the corresponding caulking grooves, the sealing performance between the separation seat 46 and the partition plate 11 can be effectively enhanced, and toothpaste leakage can be prevented; the first drum membrane 461 is engaged with the partition 11, and the first drum membrane 461 can only float upward, and the first drum membrane 461 and the partition 11 constitute a one-way valve structure that allows only toothpaste in the toothpaste tube 1 to enter the separation seat 46.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the circumferential side of the piston body 44 is provided with a sealing ring structure which slidingly seals with the inner wall of the separation seat 46; the supporting seat 43 is a cover part buckled at the upper end of the separating seat 46, and the supporting seat 43 and the separating seat 46 are clamped and fixed together through a ring protrusion and ring groove structure; the connecting sleeve 441 on the piston body 44 is slidably inserted into the hollow guide post 431 on the supporting seat 43; the connecting column 411 at the lower end of the paste 41 is fixedly inserted into the connecting sleeve 441 in a plugging manner, two groups of annular convex and annular groove structures are arranged in the connecting column 411 and the connecting sleeve 441, so that the connecting strength is enhanced, and two annular seals are formed; the compression spring is sleeved on the hollow guide post 431 and is positioned between the supporting seat 43 and the compression spring plate 412 of the paste 41; a ring protrusion and groove structure is arranged between the separating ring 45 and the wall of the second paste outlet 442, and the separating ring 45 is clamped in the second paste outlet 442 through the ring protrusion and groove structure. The pump cover 3, the separating seat 46, the supporting seat 43, the piston body 44, the separating ring 45, the elastic piece 42 and the paste outlet 41 are combined into the reusable pump type toothpaste pump head, the pump type toothpaste pump head can be integrally detached from the toothpaste tube 1, the toothpaste tube 1 is replaced to supplement toothpaste, the waste can be reduced due to the repeated use of the pump type toothpaste pump head, and the replacement of the toothpaste tube 1 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 10, an end of the paste outlet pipe 413 in the paste 41 remote from the second paste outlet 442 is provided as an inclined paste outlet section 417, and an axis angle a of the paste outlet section 417 is minus 45 degrees horizontally.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 1 is as follows: the first drum membrane 461 and the partition plate 11 form a one-way valve structure, the second drum membrane 443 and the partition ring 45 form a one-way valve structure, the movable bottom plate 2 is pressed to squeeze toothpaste in the toothpaste tube 1, the toothpaste pushes the first drum membrane 461 into the partition seat 46, the piston body 44 is pressed down when the pressing cover 47 is pressed, the toothpaste is squeezed to squeeze the first drum membrane 461 to separate the toothpaste tube 1 from the partition seat 46, the toothpaste pushes the second paste outlet 442 of the second drum membrane 443 to squeeze, and the pressing cover 47 can not squeeze the toothpaste in the toothpaste tube 1 when pumping the toothpaste out, so that stable paste outlet can be ensured; the paste 41 is movably arranged, the connecting column 411 and the connecting sleeve 441 are fixedly sealed instead of sliding sealed, and only the piston body 44 and the separating seat 46 are movably sealed, so that the tightness is effectively improved; the pump cover 3, the gland 47, the paste 41, the elastic piece 42, the supporting seat 43, the piston body 44, the separating ring 45 and the separating seat 46 are fixed together, can be screwed off from the toothpaste tube 1 more conveniently, and the toothpaste tube 1 is convenient to replace when the toothpaste in the toothpaste tube 1 is used up, so that the purpose of replacing the toothpaste is achieved, the waste can be effectively reduced, the partition plate 11 is arranged at the end part of the toothpaste tube 1, the aluminum foil can be attached to the partition plate 11 more conveniently, and the toothpaste tube 1 can be packaged independently conveniently.
Example 2:
in comparison with fig. 10 and 11, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the elastic member 42 is a rubber sleeve made of elastic rubber.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: the hollow cylinder guide sleeve can be sleeved with elastic pieces 42 made of different materials such as compression springs or rubber sleeves more conveniently, and different use requirements can be met.

Claims (8)

the pump type toothpaste pump head comprises a pump cover (3) and a toothpaste pump assembly positioned in the pump cover (3), wherein the toothpaste pump assembly comprises a feeding cavity positioned in the pump cover (3), a piston body (44) in sliding sealing fit with the inner peripheral wall of the feeding cavity, a gland (47) positioned at the outer side of the feeding cavity and driving the piston body (44) to slide in the feeding cavity, and an elastic piece (42) for providing return force of the gland (47), a toothpaste outlet (41) is arranged in the gland (47), the toothpaste outlet (41) is fixedly connected with the piston body (44), two ends of the elastic piece (42) in the deformation direction are respectively abutted between the outer wall of the feeding cavity and the toothpaste outlet (41), a toothpaste outlet pipeline (413) is arranged in the toothpaste outlet (41) in a penetrating manner, the piston body (44) is led out of the feeding cavity, a second toothpaste outlet hole (442) communicated to the feeding cavity is arranged on the piston body (44), the second toothpaste outlet hole (442) is communicated with the toothpaste outlet pipeline (413), and only the toothpaste outlet pipeline (413) is arranged at the position of the feeding cavity, and only a one-way toothpaste outlet hole (413) is arranged at the position of the feeding cavity;
the paste pumping assembly further comprises a separation seat (46) and a supporting seat (43) which are positioned in the pump cover (3), the feeding cavity is formed between the separation seat (46) and the supporting seat (43), the through hole is formed in the separation seat (46), and two ends of the elastic piece (42) in the deformation direction are respectively abutted between the supporting seat (43) and the paste discharging body (41);
the piston body (44) comprises a connecting sleeve (441) penetrating through the supporting seat (43), the connecting sleeve (441) is hollow cylindrical, a central hole of the connecting sleeve (441) is the second paste outlet hole (442), a hollow cylindrical connecting column (411) is arranged at one end, close to the piston body (44), of the paste outlet body (41), the central hole of the connecting column (411) is communicated with the paste outlet pipeline (413), and the connecting column (411) is fixedly connected in the connecting sleeve (441) in a plugging mode;
the supporting seat (43) is provided with a hollow guide column (431), the connecting sleeve (441) is arranged in the hollow guide column (431) in a penetrating manner and is in sliding fit with the hollow guide column (431), and the elastic piece (42) is sleeved outside the hollow guide column (431);
a first drum membrane (461) is arranged in the through hole of the separation seat (46), the first drum membrane (461) is fixed on the separation seat (46) through a flexible connecting rod (462), and the lower one-way valve element comprises the first drum membrane (461);
the toothpaste tube (1) is provided with a movable bottom plate (2) in sliding sealing fit, one end of the toothpaste tube (1) connected with a pump type toothpaste pump head is connected with a partition plate (11), the partition plate (11) is integrally arranged on a circular plate body on the inner wall of the toothpaste tube (1), a first paste outlet hole (12) is formed in the center of the partition plate (11) in a penetrating mode, a first drum membrane (461) is abutted to the partition plate (11) and seals the first paste outlet hole (12), and the lower unidirectional valve comprises the partition plate (11);
