상기 에어리스 펌프(50)의 상부에서 퍼프수납통(80)의 체결공(82)내에 체결되고, 밀폐판(40)에 고정되는 가이드캡(54)에 안내된 채로 스프링(55)을 압축하면서 상,하 승강작동되어 피스톤밸브(51)와 피스톤(52)을 순차적으로 하강작동시켜 실린더(43)내를 압축함으로써 화장품을 외부로 배출시키도록 하는 작동부재(60)와;
상기 작동부재(60)의 상부 체결홈(67)내에서 고정구(72)에 의해 일체형으로 조립되고, 내용물을 고르게 분배하는 분배실(73)과 내용물을 상부로 배출토록 하는 다수의 노즐공(71)을 가지면서 누름작동에 의해 에어리스 펌프(50)를 작동시키도록 하는 배출판(70)과;
