Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a square hole 4116 is disposed at a position where each bottom turnover plate 4112 is connected to the bottom body plate 4111, and after the bottom buffering portion 411 is formed, a clamping groove 414 is correspondingly formed at each square hole 4116 for matching with the second buffering member 42. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the arc hole 4115 may be adjusted according to the specific shape of the packaged product, and the shape of the square hole 4116 is reasonably set according to the shape of the second buffer member 42, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, the first buffer member 41 includes two side body plates 4121, the two side body plates 4121 are connected to both ends of the bottom body plate 4111 in the first direction, and the two ends of each side body plate 4121 in the second direction are respectively provided with the side flap plates 4122, and as shown in fig. 8, when the two side flap plates 4122 connected to each side body plate 4121 are sequentially folded along respective dotted lines in opposite directions to be attached to the outer sides of the side body plates 4121, the side buffer part 412 is formed. Next, as shown in fig. 9, the two side surface buffers 412 are folded back by 90 ° in the direction of approaching each other, and the entire first cushion 41 is molded.
