Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a seat belt tension detecting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a latch 100, a microswitch 200 and a tension detection sensor 300;
the microswitch 200 and the tension detection sensor 300 are respectively installed on the fastener 100;
the microswitch 200 is used for detecting the connection state of the fastener 100;
the tension detecting sensor 300 detects a tension applied to the latch 100.
The connection state of the fastener 100 can be detected by the microswitch 200, when the fastener 100 is connected and locked, the tension detection sensor 300 can detect the tension applied to the fastener 100, the tension applied to the fastener 100 is equal to the tension applied to the safety belt, and then whether the safety belt is tensioned can be detected, so that the safety belt can be tensioned to a state with better safety protection effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tension detecting sensor 300 includes a pressure sensor, which is mounted on the buckle 100;
the pressure sensor has a force-receiving surface that receives pressure when the seat belt is in a tensioned state.
When the safety belt is used, the safety belt is pulled, and the safety belt exerts pressure on the pressure sensor, and the pressure exerted on the pressure sensor can be equal to the pulling force exerted on the safety belt.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the microswitch 200 and the tension detecting sensor 300 are connected to the controller 400, respectively, and the controller 400 is connected to the presentation device 500.
Specifically, the controller 400 and the prompting device 500 are both mounted on the circuit board 700, when the connection of the fastener 100 is completed, the micro switch 200 is triggered, and the controller 400 determines the connection state of the fastener 100 according to the signal of the micro switch 200. Also, the controller 400 may recognize the tightening force of the seat belt according to the signal of the tightening detection sensor 300, and the warning device 500 may send a warning signal when the seat belt is not tightened, thereby warning a user to adjust that the seat belt is tightened.
Further, the prompting device 500 includes an indicator light, a buzzer, or a display.
Specifically, the indicator light and the buzzer can generate warning signals, and a user is reminded to adjust the tensioning state of the safety belt through the warning signals. When the safety belt is not tensioned, the display can generate a prompt signal to remind a user to adjust the safety belt; the display feeds back a status signal of the seat belt to the user when the seat belt is tightened.
Further, the controller 400 is connected with a communication device 600, and the communication device 600 is used for communication with a mobile terminal or a server.
Specifically, the communication device 600 adopts a bluetooth, WIFI, 4G or 5G communication module to realize communication with a mobile terminal or a server, so as to remotely check the tightening state of the seat belt.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a seat belt tension detecting method according to an embodiment of the present invention uses a seat belt tension detecting device according to an embodiment, and includes the steps of:
recognizing a state signal of the microswitch 200 and judging the connection state of the fastener 100;
when the fastener 100 is in a locked state, judging the use state of the safety belt according to the signal of the tension detection sensor 300;
when the fastener 100 is in the unlocked state, an alarm signal is sent out through the prompting device 500.
Upon belt pull detection, microswitch 200 is triggered when the connection of catch 100 is complete. The connection state of the fastener 100 can be determined by detecting the state signal of the microswitch 200. When the fastener 100 is completely connected and reaches a locking state, the seat belt is pulled and is in a stretching state, the tension force of the seat belt is detected by the tension detection sensor 300, and if the fastener 100 is in an unlocking state, the prompting device 500 sends out a warning signal to sequentially prompt a user to stably connect the fastener 100.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the use state of the seat belt based on the signal of the tension detecting sensor 300 includes:
acquiring a tension test value of the tension detection sensor 300;
if the tension force test value is smaller than the preset tension value, judging that the safety belt is not tensioned;
and if the tension force test value is greater than or equal to the preset tension force value, judging that the safety belt is tensioned.
The tension of safety belt is less than and predetermines the pulling force value then is difficult to reach the safety protection utility, only when the tension of safety belt is greater than or equal to when predetermineeing the pulling force value, the safety belt can play good constraint effect to the user to realize passive safety protection. It should be noted that the preset tension value can be tested and determined according to safety experiments, and can be calibrated in combination with the comfort senses of the user.
Further, the seat belt tension detection method further includes:
when the safety belt is not tensioned, the prompting device 500 is controlled to send out a prompting signal;
in the state where the webbing is tightened, the controller 400 enters the sleep state.
When the webbing is tightened, the controller 400 switches to the sleep state, and the controller 400 and the tension detecting sensor 300 may stop operating, thereby achieving low-power operation of the webbing tension detecting device.
When the locking state of the locking element 100 is switched to the unlocking state, the controller 400 is switched from the dormant state to the working state. In the working state, the controller 400 determines the connection state of the buckle 100 according to the state signal of the microswitch 200, and when the buckle 100 is in the locking state, obtains the tension test value of the tension detection sensor 300, and determines the tension state of the seat belt according to the tension test value. When the fastener 100 is in the unlocking state, the prompting device 500 sends a prompting signal, the fastener 100 is switched to the locking state and triggers the micro switch 200, and the tightening force of the safety belt is detected through the tightening detection sensor 300 again.
EXAMPLE III
The safety seat provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the safety belt tensioning detection device, so that the safety seat has the technical effect of the safety belt tensioning detection device, and the details are not repeated.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
