Preferably, the ink ribbon direction of the first printing device 1 and the second printing device 2 is perpendicular, and the ink ribbon direction of the second printing device 2 coincides with the feeding movement direction of the film material 3.
The moving direction of the ribbon of the second printing device 2 is the same as that of the feeding ribbon of the film material 3, and after the pressure head is lifted after the thermal transfer printing is finished, the servo motor is started to pull out the ribbon by a specified distance.
As shown in fig. 3, a floating tensioning roller 212 and a first guiding roller 214 are rotatably arranged below the second fixing plate, and a colored belt feeding device 211 and a guiding fixing roller 213 are rotatably arranged above the second fixing plate.
As shown in fig. 4, a second guide roller 221 is rotatably disposed below the second fixing plate, and a ribbon take-up roller 222 is rotatably disposed above the second fixing plate by a servo motor 223.
The ribbon feeding roller 211 is a fixed end and is provided with a locking mechanism, when the servo motor 223 is started, the locking mechanism is opened, the second ribbon 23 can be uncoiled, and after the servo motor 223 stops working, the locking mechanism is closed, and the second ribbon 23 cannot rotate; the floating tensioning roller 212 can float up and down, plays a role in expanding the second color belt 23 and prevents deviation; the whole set of mechanism can adjust the position left and right relative to the infusion bag and can be compatible with the color band with the width less than 50 mm.
The ribbon material receiving roller 224 is driven by a servo motor 223 and is matched with an encoder 226 to accurately control the material receiving length; after the lettering plate is lifted up after the printing is finished for one time, the servo motor 223 is started to drive the second color band 23 to move forwards, and the movement time is about 3 s; the whole set of mechanism can adjust the position relative to the infusion bag from left to right, and the relative position of the whole set of mechanism and the ribbon feeding mechanism 21 needs to be ensured to be consistent.
Compared with the prior art, the double-color-band overprinting is carried out on the surface of the soft bag, so that not only can the printed contents needing special attention be distinguished by using relatively striking colors, but also the colored non-PVC soft bag subjected to overprinting also conforms to the idea of humanized service provided by the current medical system; simple and effective, less investment and low cost.
